Before reading my complaint _ i request all users to buy phone from trusted online sites rather than poorvika or any retail showroom. They have no return or exchange policy and are greedy about money and no ethics

I have purchased a product, and since the bill amount was not correct, i requested for a proper bill. Since the bill amount cannot be changed they have done a refund transaction. It is nearly 2 weeks and my amount was not credited to my account. Please help me in this regards. Thank you.

I have bought moto c plus mobile on this Saturday on Express avenue Chennai poorvika showroom. On the next day I feel there is network issue in phone and it not work properly.
I went to showroom on Monday evening to raise complaint.but they ask me to go service centre of moto and they are not responsible for service.
I have argued with manager they are not giving proper justification. I have bought some other mobiles before...

I have bought 9500 worth samsung j6 two weeks back. From next day onwards there some sounds keep on coming during that time could not listening videos, music. Hi,
I had taken a flip cover for samsung j2 pro. And the device also i had taken in poorvika rajajinagar 6th block. The flip cover is not compatible with the device even though the cover is for j2 pro. They confirmed then i came to exchange in vijay nagar poorvika, but here they did not allowed me to take other product. Because if i take cover for j2 pro it is of no use. I was ready to buy any other product. It did not work there....

Sir, i purchased a gionee mobile on 20.11.2017 in your vadapalani (Forum mall) branch, yesterday evening i note the second sim slot is damaged. Today morning i visit the branch at 10.30 - 10.45am that time shop cleaning (Housekeeping) works also under process.

I just went in the idea of buying redmi 4a to poorvika but sales guys convinced and changed my mind to buy micromax but phone was not good. I m not satisfied... It has many defects my model is micromax canvas 5 lite the price is just 5500 but they gave it to me for 6500 saying u have free memory card and sim... Poorvika just thieves stealing our money...
