I bought a mobile - samsung galaxy j7 max and flip case (Samsung) from poorvika mobiles pvt ltd, no.2/91, meyyanur main road,, near: arrs theatre, ram nagar, meyyanur, salem, tamil nadu 636006. With in few days hair line crack was appeared in the corners. So i was asked about this in the showroom, they said "we are not responsible for mobile case, no warranty for mobile case. The product seems that like a duplicate product even worst than duplicate product.

    Hi,
    I bought one karbonn a1 indian model phone from poorvika mobiles, no:9&10 dudly school complex amc road, dindigul-1 ph:[protected].
    Purchase date:7/01/2018. 2/02/2018 switch off the phone, inform to poorvika he said phone charger connector failed you conduct the service centre and he recommended the aravinda cell phone service centre. Phone hand over to aravinda service centre till not ready, he said spares not available and order to karbonn but spares not received. Please give the solution than why we purchased from poorvika. Please replace the new one.

      I have purchased gionee x1s mobile for rs.12300/- on 13 nov 2017from poorvika mobile near cmc vellore through my credit card and converted the same to emi, with in a week the phone started hanging out i made a complain to them, they said this is manufacturing defect and the replaced the same with another same mobile on 29th nov2017, vide invoice nogsi/velo/15169 dt.29.11.207again the replaced mobile also started hanging problems on 10th of feb 2018 at 6 pm again i visited to poorvika and informed about the problem, tried to rectify the phone up to 9.30 but it not worked, again 11th i visited and handed over the phone to poorvika from their assurance to phone will be rectified on 12th, today morning i visited to poorvika they said phone will be ready by 3 pm, again 3.30pm i visited to them, but manager response is very rude, due to this mobile i am loosing my business. I am not traceable from my clients and loosing my credibility.

      I got call from your service center they said tuchpad got problem, this is new mobile, earlier i faced same problem with same model with in a week your service center said this is manufacturing defect, and they replaced the phone, now with 2.5months the again same problem started, i am a business person, due to this phone i am loosing my business and suffering mental agony. i request you to kindly replace the better model phone, because i cant loose my business due to your faulty model. your quick response is highly appreciated

      What is poorvika role in this regard. We are purchased through poorvika based on your goodwill and asper your sales person's advice, but I suffer lot after purchase of this s1x model phone, is this not your responsibility to resolve my greavence, if not, you want only sales commission and you don't want to take any responsibility after sales, I have no option to take this matter in to consumer court as protect my rights.
      I bought Samsung 7j max inlast week Bajajcard pudukkottai bust and showroom. Hence. I am not any one gift&offer. Please give me a any one gift or offer

        i dont get any call from any one from their side. This is very worst response and behavior towards the customer. This will definitely lead the customers to avoid Poorvika. I will never recommend anyone to use poorvika's service. And I forward this issue to every consumer forum. Let them know about your worst service. thank you

          Dear sir /madam

          I bought samsung s8 plus on december 7 from poorvika mobiles bharathi salai branch mr. Hussain and mr. Abdul said that i have a cash back of rs 8000 while purchasing from paytm i did the same till now i didnt received the cash back and i contacted paytm call centre they said i have not applied promo code while purchasing so i will not eligible for cash back. I contacted mr. Hussain and mr. Abdul they are not responsing now. I feel i cheated by them and i email and contacted poorvika head office so many times they also not responsing to my issue. Can any one tell me where i can complaint about them so they can take necessary action with my issue.

            I'm buy samsung keypad mobile to ur poorvika showroom tirunelveli.. He said mobile price is 1400rs only. Im buy the mobile to my atm card and then back to my home & see the bill.. Product price is 1450.. Mobile+screen guard.
            I'm not buy any screen guard but ur sales team rly to me. Screen card already apply to ur mobile with out my permission.
            I know screen card is not compulsory to keypad mobile. Alread i'm buy so many mobiles in madurai poorvika.. But this time i'm very hate do ur management and employess.

              Hi,

              I bought screen card for my new samsung s7 edge for 1500/- in poorvika mobiles in phoenix mall in the month of aug. The time we bought it was not responsive in phone so we reached him who is kalaiarasan a working guy there. He promised saying that we will call madam once we get new stock but was no calls from him then i called repetitively and visited stores for number of times. Finally he arranged me at one of the stores after 4 months by that my screen has also got broked which is costing me now 18, 000... Its all because of the poorvika irresponsiveness towards customers. But which i got after having all this agitations with him is also in the same condition. I requested him to arrange a new one as early as possible but he says yes but finally he is not responding nor the poorvika mobiles took action in providing justification to me.

                  I julin joseph, residing at thatchur bought a celkon mobile cost 3500 on 11/01/2018. The product sold was very poor in quality as its battery did not last even for 3 hours. When i asked for an exchange of the product on 14/01/2018, they tried to console me by taking a battery from another mobile which was under seal. I lost the trust i had on poorvika now after seeing what they did to me. Kindly do the needful as its high time i cannot tolerate their negligence of duty and delay in delivering the product. Or let the amount be refunded as soon as possible.

                    Complaint no raised with poorvika mobile - case id[protected]Staff damaged my original iphone silicon case while replacing the new iphone tempered glass) i went to poorvika mobile at new thippasandra main road branch to replace the tempered glass of my iphone 7 plus. I have protected my iphone using iphone silicon case purchased from imagine showroom, mr. Krishnamoorthy who attended my request showed me 3 tempered glass to select and i selected black color receommended by him. Then i handed over the iphone to mr. Krishnamoorthy, when he tried to remove the iphone silicon case (Blue color) he unknowingly broke the iphone original silicon cover at the top left corner. When i noticed that he incorrectly opening the silicon case uisng his nails, i plucked the iphone from his hands and told him that this hard silicon case and has to be opened through the bottom of the iphone, after i opened the iphone silicon case, i found that the case was tampered and damaged, broken severely. I reported this incident to the manager but everyone in the store tried to convince me that it was already broken. Then i contacted mr. Janardhanan at poorvika chennai through customer care and escalated the issue and also asked them to share the cctv footage. The store team said that they will replace the case with some other brand. But i wanted original iphonce silicon case to be replaced.in that footage, it is clearly visible that i tried to pluck the iphone when he wrongly opened the case, after wathcing the footage, everyone including mr. Janardhan saying that i only damaged the silicon case. I hope that my case will be addressed with justice, else i may send a copy to pm, president and all top bureacriaces

                    Mr. Janrdhan agreed that he will talk to mohan on 16th jan and will do something. When i told the original cost of the silicon case (Rs.3500) he said that he can replace whatever available silicon case in the store. But i refused to accept this offer, when your staff made a damage to my product where i came for buying a product from you. But if this is the way you handle the customer and make them unhappy it is not fair. It is sad to say that there is no professionalism with poorvika.

                    When mr. Janardhan said that i only damaged the product i got frustrated and told him that i will file a case with consumer court and legally seek the compensation for the damage made by your staff. Can't you think why i will watse my time with you for a matter of rs, 3500/-.

                    If your staff did not damage my silicon case then why everyone asking me to go for a free replacement. When i asked for iphone silicon case they started to support their staff which looks very cheap. I know that poorvika mobiles is a reputed company and i dont want to waste my time in filing a case against them. Bit if needed i will file a case when my damage is not compensated with same iphone silicon case. This silicon case is available only with apple resellers.

                    I appreciate if you take immediate action on my genuine complaint on your staff/branch to replace me the same model of silicon case. Else i have to file case against poorvika and mr. Uvaraj natarajan with karnatka magistrate for seeking damage and mental agony made for me today.

                    This is my hard earned money and i lknow the value of money because i started my career without dsalary for 2 years and made rs.1000/- as first month salary, i doesn't wanted to cheat anyone in this world. Just because of rs.3500/- whay should waste my time and energy for writing this email to you.

                    I hope that my case will be addressed with justice, else i may send a copy to pm, president and all top bureacriaces

                    Dear Consumer helpline, I received a call from Poorvika Customer care team today on follow up of my email complaint sent to them. In that call they asked me to go and meet the ASM (Sales Manager) of Bangalore Poorvika Mobiles at the store, When I went to the store they told that ASM not available. Simply they are making me to run pillar to post. Initially the chennai customer care team told that Janardhan will sort this issue and now he is asking to meet ASM in bnagalore and sais that Chennai team cant help on this matter. I called Poorvika customer care again and asked the status of my case. Poorvika team told that they will be able to take any action or compensate the damage made by the staff. They keep saying that I have broke my silicon case based on the CCTV footage. I am sharing this additional information to you just for your references. This company is completely unprofessional and appointed Goondas and Rowdies. I will follow your instruction shared over today's call and take leagl action against this FRAUD and CHEATING company - Poorvika Mobiles Poorly managed by Janardhan, Uvraj Nataraj etc,

                    I received a call from the Local Poorvika Staff Mr. Krishnamoorthy yesterday and he admitted that he has unknowingly broke the silicon case and requested me to consider this case without any penalty as his salary is only Rs.9000/-. Moreover I got a call from Mr.Shankar who is ASM for Bangalore at 9 PM yesterday and he promised that he will talk to seniors and replace the same model of Iphone case which was damaged. I shared the Bill, Part Number and image of the Silicon case to Mr.Shankar using Whatsapp. I even mentioned that I will wait for one day and if not replaced then I will follow the same strps that you shared me on the call.
                    It is evident that this Chennai team is trying to foolproof all o[censored]s with the CCTV footage.

                    I have clearly stated Poorvika customer care but they dont have brains to think logically, why would a customer give an expensive Rs.85000 iphone to the staff and remove immediately from him. Can't they think there is a reason behind that? The staff accepted that he is not aware or seen this kind of Hard Coated Silicon Iphone Original case before and attempted to remove from the Top left corner. I am asking someone in Poorvika who is well educated and professional who can think logically this incident.

                    Also based on our call, I have formatted the written complaint to Mr.Uvraj Natarajan at Corporate Office and also to Mr.Shankar and Mr.Mohan at local store as a basis and proof for filing Consumer case with Karnataka Dist Magistrate court. I will take action legally against Poorvika at any cost if claim is not settled. The written complaint will be sent to Poorvika by 18-Jan-2018.

                    hello Poorvika and hello Consumer Forum,

                    One more point I would like to strongly highlight that - On 15th Jan-2018, I took a picture of Staff krishnamoorthy and manager Mohan for identificaton purpose after when they asked me to leave from the store. Both Krishnamoorthy and Mohan chased me and blocked my Motorcycle and threatned to delete the photo which was taken. This incident happened in front of the Store and all public were watching. I was insulted by both the staff by snacthing my Bike keys and fought with me. I wil take up this incident with jeevan Bhima Nagar Police station for manhandling, insulting and threatening me.                     My concern is that your staff is keep saying from the day he damaged the Case and he will always say that he didn't break the silicon case because he dont know about the damage that he made. He already agreed to me in his call yesterday 1:1 that he never ever seen or used this type of original iphone case.

                    Dear Consumer Helpline Forum,

                    I have informed J.B.Nagar Police station about the attack on 15th Jan and after which Poorvika Mobiles at Thipppasandra Bangalore agreed to replace the Original Silicon case by 24th Jan. On 23rd, Poorvika Mobiles stated that they couldn't get the original case due to no stocks with Apple. Finallyt Poorvika Mobiles has settled this case by paying the Bill amount of Rs.3500/- for the Iphone Original Case.

                    I would like to Thank J.B.Nagar Police station (Mr.Siddha, Mr. Sunil and Mr. Srinivasan) for their efforts and spending time for investigating this case and resolved to my satisfaction.

                    I would like to inform Poorvika mobiles to stop threatening or any type of attacks to their customers in future and treat their customers with respect.

                      Hi,
                      I purchased samsung j7 prime along with tempered glass and back cover as a package from akshat nagar, marathahalli, bangalore. The back cover (400 inr) is not compatible with the device at charger spot even though the cover is for j7 prime. I walked to the store next day evening and verified & concluded the same by their store team. But, they did not allowed me to take other product or return cover. Instead of support, shop manager tells that all customers being used with non compatible covers. He expected me to complain within 12 hours, why 24 hours took to rise the issue. Shop manager advises to their team to return 50% money. I am not conveyed the way the shop manger responds and it is irrelevant to the support&warranty terms and conditions. I left the flip cover in the same shop poorvika and came off without taking money. I am so unhappy with the response there.

                        Hi,
                        Before reading my complaint _ i request all users to buy phone from trusted online sites rather than poorvika or any retail showroom. They have no return or exchange policy and are greedy about money and no ethics

                        I went to poorvika chengelpet to buy redmi 5a, but they said it is not in stock, but they said moto c plus is having the same features and available. I said that i want redmi 5a for the both sim 4g same time standby and usage support and mr. Velu assured me again and again that in this phone 1 sim will be 4g and other sim will be 3g at the same time. I bought the phone the next day and again another salesman assured that one sim will be 4g and another as 3g.
                        But after 2 days, i inserted a vodafone 4g sim and the automatically the sim setting turned as 2g and got greyed out. I was shocked and went back to poorvika, where mr. Velu said that it should be some issue and will get it checked. But next day he and the manager mr. Bashid said it is standard feature and nothing can be done.

                        Mr. Bashid started saying that no such assurance was given by any salesman and started pointing out the fault is with me and started in threatening voice.
                        Though 2 salesperson including velu assured this feature, he started lying that they did not say anything like that. My. Velu conveniently did not answer my calls.

                        I had no option but to take back the phone and walk away.

                        I request poorvika to stop this cheating and threatening customer.

                        There is no hardware defect in the phone; the problem is with the POORVIKA Staff in Chengelpet office who LIED to me about dual 4G support feature in the phone. In reality there is no such feature in the phone and so Moto Service centre cannot do anything to add it.

                        The staff(Mr.Velu) deliberately misled the customer(myself) to buy the phone and later the manager Mr.Bashid said that Mr.Velu never said something about this feature. This drama is the problem which I want to highlight.

                        Moto service centre cannot change the behaviour of your staff, maybe you can.

                        No action taken on the staff for misleading the customer. All the previous complaints by other customer are NOT resolved, they are closed automatically if not updated within 30 days. So the resolution rate mentioned in POORVIKA MOBILE profile here in this website is again a FALSE information.

                            I wish to talk with poorvika high official with in today or i will file a complaint in consumer court. Its damn sure.

                            My dad had purchased moto e4 plus - gold (Xt1770) on 27/12/2017 at time 12:21:18 (Invoice no. Gsi/meda/12037 in medavakam poorvika branch

                            On 31/12/2017 the corresponding mobile moto e4 charger was not working. With in one week we had faced this issue,

                            Today 31/12/2017 i had visited medavakam poorvika branch and explained the problem of moto e4 charger to store manager bala murali. He says that for this issue poorvika cant able to help, only solution is to visit moto service centre because after a sale the product responsibility is full of moto. Relationship between poorvika and customer ends after a sale of the product

                            My question to poorvika, if the product has been sold out from poorvika. You wont help your customers if they face a problem in product with in a week???

                            You wont have customer retention.

                            Bala murali is asking me to file a complaint in consumer court, is the right way of handling the customers???

                            For this simple charger issue, i had wasted 3hours today in poorvika medavakam branch. Area manager and sales manager are also simply watched and after 3 hours only they had said i will get a replacement on 02/01/2018 at 11.00 am

                            They had given me a local charger to use with my phone. If i use this local company charger, i wont get any battery problem with my mobile. Whether poorvika can give any assurance to this solution which is given by store manager, area manager and regional manager.

                            I hope poorvika has some responsibility to their customers and they will take action on this problem with store manager bala murali for the irresponsible response. I dont like to continue with this issue as he said to raise a complaint in consumer court and give a police complaint.

                            If poorvika has any doubt in my point what had happend in medavakam store with this issue, please kindly check with the cctv video and audio.

                            Please kindly take some necessary action on this issue, i hope poorvika has a good customer retention policy and good conduct policy with the customers, due to this irresponsibility of some managers poorvika brand is getting spoiled and i wish to save a poorvika brand with the customers for that am raising this complaint. I believe that i will get reply and call back from poorvika after taking the actions.

                                  I have bought moto c plus mobile on this Saturday on Express avenue Chennai poorvika showroom. On the next day I feel there is network issue in phone and it not work properly.
                                  I went to showroom on Monday evening to raise complaint.but they ask me to go service centre of moto and they are not responsible for service.
                                  I have argued with manager they are not giving proper justification. I have bought some other mobiles before in poorvika they told me that if any complaints found ask to bring showroom only. Now the things suddenly changed.
                                  I never ever recommend or go to poorvika anymore.

                                        I had bought the vivo v5s mobile in poorvika mobiles perambur (Near venus market) on[protected] the time of purchase the offered 5000amh power bank has compliment to me, while i try use the power bank i witness that's not in working condition, then i took the same on 07-11-17 for replacement but the told they will revert me back in a week, but so for it's crossed 1 month still i didn't get any replay from their end, regarding the same i try to reach the customer care but their response also very worst, if the brand like poorvika is not able to provide the quality stuffs has a compliment, then why you guys providing the compliments to cheat the customers, in this competitive mobile market still we believe your brand will give a the good quality and service to the customers but it's seems very disappointing us to were we trust in the wrong brand.

                                        I'm Informing u that the staff of Poorvika stores at malleshwaram is not responding correctly. When I visited the store they used to talk oddly and they r not well mannered.
