I had been to poorvika mobiles (Phoenix mall, bengaluru) to buy a lyf mobile phone and this vendor sold me an unpacked (Seal opened) phone and charged me the price of a new phone. I even said them that the phone was not new but the accountant said that the bill cannot be reversed as it had already been done. I noticed that the phone was used as it had some images pre-clicked inside the gallery of the phone. The snaps were of the interior of the store. This has highly disappointed me and has been the worst experience. I shall open this in the social media also and if required i will go ahead to put a complaint in the human ombudsman court of india. I want the set to be replaced or my amount to be refunded. I have bought the phone on 20.08.2016. Even on the bill i have signed with a declaration mentioned which reads "seal was not there". I have the bill with me as well and i will produce it as and when required.

Updated by SURAJ SHUBHADARSHEE Hi Hepzi, yesterday[protected] I had visited your store at the Phoneix Market city, Blr at around 8.45 to 9.00 PM as I was had a busy calendar yesterday.The store people were helpless about the situation and asked me to re-visit the store today.Please do not test the patience of a customer.Who is going to pay for the fuel expenses that I have borne for a petty 3K mobile??..I have asked the store people to send one of the executives to my office with a proper solution and the deadline for this is today[protected] EOD failing which Poorvika Stores is going to face a consumer case NOT in the consumer court but in "HUMAN OMBUDSMAN" court and I shall also upload all the images of the phone, bill, the gallery of the phone, the IMEI number of the handset in Facebook and Twitter.Please take proper care to refrain getting into any trouble because I am not gonna stop.You just can't take a customer for granted.This was the first and LAST transaction with Poorvika..
