i got a call from this number [protected]. told me, refund your money soon but yet i am not receiving it. he got all details from me but he did not transfer the money.
last friday he told me but still iam not receving the amount. he asked the invoice copy and bank a/c no . i give them all but he did not process the refund. please refund my money soon.

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased one Karbon K26 mobile from your Namakkal, Salem Road Branch on 27.08.2016. I have informed by the sales person that the mobile cost is Rs.1300/- . I make the payment and he told that, as the bill has not ready and asked me to collect the bill later. When I collect my bill, he offered one free gift o[censored]SB Fan.

    While go through the bill it is mentioned that USB fan also billed along with my mobile price. Ie.Rs.171.67+ tax. Now I want some clarification from your end:

    1. This is actually free gift for above mobile?
    2. If it is free gift for this mobile then why are you charging in my bill for USB Fan?
    3. What is actual price for above mobile in your Poorvika?

    Herewith attached scan copy of your bill for your reference. Please clarify the above matter.

      hello,
      This is santhosh kumar, i bought a mobile on 20.06.2016 at poorvika.
      four days after the phone misbehaves in operation due to my personal schedule i cant reach the service centre soon. 13th day i reach the service centre and registered the complaint. they simply put the os and hand over the mobile. 17th day again i found a problem and went to servicecentre but they again put the os.i told them the i get repeated and new problems and demand for replacement but they dont .
      23rd day problem occurs and they changed the touch and ringsets of the mobile and 31th day mobile totally shutdowns and not working. so i dont want service please put DOA but they didnot response and they ask me for board change.
      so i refused to get the mobile from service centre.
      i am totally disappointed and depressed. got irritated of that mobil([protected])
      i told the poorvika about that problems but they simply assisting me and irritates me
      demand for refund

      I bought mobile on (20/06/2016) in poorivka mobile centre in t.nagar branch soon after the mobile didnot work properly.i had been complained lot of time but there response was unsatisfied.i got again and again problems in mobile.
      Due that i need the compensaation of the mobile.
      i dont want to speak customer executives. poorvika sold me a defect mobile and totally disappointed of that mobile

        Brought Micromax Q383 on 19/08/2016 at Poorvika Yelahanka Newtown, Bangalore .

        Box mentions 4gb internal Memory
        but when powered on its says 2GB internal memory
        in that 1.4GB is reserved for OS and boltwares and 0.6gb is other apps and update, when question the store about this, they throw the phone and said once billed we cannot do any thing, take it to service center or speak with micromax
        I did not make even 1 call from that phone yet,

        When i mailed poorvika HQ, no response from them ..
        Never ever buy any stuff from poorvika

            I had been to poorvika mobiles (Phoenix mall, bengaluru) to buy a lyf mobile phone and this vendor sold me an unpacked (Seal opened) phone and charged me the price of a new phone. I even said them that the phone was not new but the accountant said that the bill cannot be reversed as it had already been done. I noticed that the phone was used as it had some images pre-clicked inside the gallery of the phone. The snaps were of the interior of the store. This has highly disappointed me and has been the worst experience. I shall open this in the social media also and if required i will go ahead to put a complaint in the human ombudsman court of india. I want the set to be replaced or my amount to be refunded. I have bought the phone on 20.08.2016. Even on the bill i have signed with a declaration mentioned which reads "seal was not there". I have the bill with me as well and i will produce it as and when required.

            Hi Hepzi, yesterday[protected] I had visited your store at the Phoneix Market city, Blr at around 8.45 to 9.00 PM as I was had a busy calendar yesterday.The store people were helpless about the situation and asked me to re-visit the store today.Please do not test the patience of a customer.Who is going to pay for the fuel expenses that I have borne for a petty 3K mobile??..I have asked the store people to send one of the executives to my office with a proper solution and the deadline for this is today[protected] EOD failing which Poorvika Stores is going to face a consumer case NOT in the consumer court but in "HUMAN OMBUDSMAN" court and I shall also upload all the images of the phone, bill, the gallery of the phone, the IMEI number of the handset in Facebook and Twitter.Please take proper care to refrain getting into any trouble because I am not gonna stop.You just can't take a customer for granted.This was the first and LAST transaction with Poorvika..

              I purchased a lyf flame 4 mobile from poorvika avinashi road store, tirupur on 16.08.2016 but the Jio sim card that I received with the handset is still not activated even though I submit all the documents immediately. Daily I have called the store customer care number but daily he I telling today evening it will be activated but still now it's not activated. My reliance Jio no. is [protected].               I have Lost My xperia z2 and i have applied insurance 3months before! Till today i haven't get settlement!
              Every time the customer care says you need to wait two weeks ! And after those days again im calling today they are saying again you have to wait for two weeks! Whats happening over there?

                I have purchased a mobile in ramamurthy nagar on 20/08/2016 & the mobile is defective. when we arrived to same shop on 21/08/2016. there was no response from the executives. they are concentrating only on new buyers. and i asked the excutive to exchange the mobile. no response were there. and also when i purchased the phone. the seal was already opened. and i paid them rs: 7100/- they gave the bill of rs:7400/- i just dont know wts the mafia going on into the poorvika shops. and also i have decided to file a case in consumer court. i have all the proofs cont: [protected]

                  Dear sir/Madam,

                  This is again the worst experience in Vellore showroom. I exchanged my old mobile phones for Rs : 500/- (agreed in words) and i purchased the mobile LYF Flame 3 for Rs : 4600/- and the sales executive (Mr. Tamil selvan ) told 8GB memory card is free for you. But in the invoice, they charged Rs: 333 + 5 = 338 for 8 GB memory card without my knowledge and they detect Rs : 400/- for old mobiles. This is the very worst experience in poorvika, i also indicated to the manager, but he response for my words. The public also not have good opinion, due to these type irresponsible branch managers. Kindly take strict action against this complaint (immediately), else i will not recommend other peoples to buy in poorvika, due to the bad experiences (2 times) Note : the same mobile available at Rs:4200/-

                        One of the worst dealer And response from store manager. I bought mobile from poorvika in vellore store opposite to CMC gate, 3 month before I bought Samsung A5 2016 edition for that they promise we I'll offer speaker but out stock, so you come after week I'll deliver speaker but after 3 month they saying we din say anything about that. Who promised that person was left our store so we can't give when I talked to manager insulting me by poor reply. Here after my friends and neighbours won't buy any products from poorvika

                          Hi,

                          As a client, we regret to say that we are really disappointed with poorvika becoz of their one bada* salesperson (Emp id:4891-naveenkumar) and his responses to our queries are mannered in a arrogant way. We bought samsung mobile and asked for some additional info but his response is not tolarable and make us to think about your management doesn't care about how their employees are dealing with their valuable customers.

                          We hope management will take required action.

                            This is to inform you that I have purchased samsung galaxy j7 phone on 14th July 2016 from poorvika mobiles old washermenpet branch near maharani theatre. This phone I purchased to gift my cousin. At that I only checked camera clarity only. I purchased and kept with me but I never used I gifted him on 28th July. When he inserted his sim card he was unable to make calls. I went to samsung service centre to check what's wrong with this new mobile. They said that this is the defect piece the motherboard is damaged I asked repeatedly why is this problem they repeatedly saying that this a defect piece u have got. I was shocked to hear that I got cheated by poorvika mobiles old washermenpet branch. I went directly to poorvika mobiles showroom at 4p.m the sales person said manager is not available now come after 7p.m . Again I went there to check with the manager. He refuses to say his name and was very ruse he said we look only for sales and he refused to listen to me. I politely I explained him that I only checked camera clarity and not any other options.I request you to replace my phone immediately or otherwise I will take necessary actions on this.                               I had purchased Sony C4 mobile and get insurance vide poorvika protect.My mobile accidentally droped for my hand by some one dashed me, and mobile screen damaged.I would called customer care no:[protected] and reported, but they denied to rectification, and stated it was my fault. But in the term of poorvika protect accident coverage would included. I request that do the need full for rectify my mobile .This is consider as a Legal notice.

                                I brought a lyf mobile from bangalore branch located in 17, srinivasa nagar, 2nd phase, bsk 3rd stage on 11/07/16.
                                They took photocopy of adhaar card and photo for verification. after 5 days they said it was not approved. then i gave photocopy of pan card, after 3 days
                                Again they said it was not approved and we can not do anything.
                                When i ask why you are doing like this, they talk very rudely and said do whatever you want.
                                My question is what i should do with the mobile without activation?
                                1. should i give compliant to the consumer court
                                2. should i give complaint to the nearest police station

                                  I bought a new mobile samsung galaxy j7 on 06/06/2016 from a poorvika showroom located near 5 roads salem, tamilnadu. i bought that phone in emi (bajaj finance). some staff in the showroom said " you are paying in advance so no need to pay the emi for next 3 months. so i left with out depositing money on the account fro payment. now bajaj finance tried to make a payment to the bank which is failed due to insufficient funds. now there is a charge of rs.350 in finance and rs.499 in bank due to the cheque bounce. i went to the showroom and asked the manger on the location (kathir) least concerned about the issue and repeating we are nor responsible. i'm very much annoyed and frustrated due to this.

                                    Dear sir/madam. hope you are gd. i bought a vodafone simcard from one of your branch in mahalakshmi nagar chennai, i was told it would be activated next day i. e. 24hours but when i called to find out why it wasn't activated the answer various from each person. one was that the person who comes to collect the card took day off yesterday, the second answer was that they will defintely come today to collect it and it will be activated today evening. after 15-20 mins i got a call and i was told that it is eid and no one will be there to collect and it will no be activated until saturday. i don't understand how different person give different answers. when i first went to get simcard i didn't have my photo and i said i will be back to give it to you just make sure you get everything ready i will coming and i did mention i am heading to wedding later that evening. when i went the form wasn't filled out and i had to pay additional waiting charge for the taxi and it would be same thing. i wanted to find out what would you do and what you are going to do about my waiting charge. i have said i don't need your service at all.

                                      My name is Ms.Pritha. Yesterday I went to porvikha showroom at dharmapuri for exchanged my two mobiles and planned to purchase one basic keypad mobile for my father. I gave Samsung wave 525 and Samsung GT 2305 both are touch screen for exchange. First person told it will go for only 1000 rs. And second one said not for 1000 May be below 1000. Then finally concluded 500. I was in shock. But I was not familiar with mobile rates and all so I said ok. But in bill they didnt mention about mobiles which are taken for exchange they simply added 450 rs only for exchange. They made hurry to sign the invoice and after noticed the value in invoice and When I Enquired about that they said It's more than the normal rate. Worst experience with such cheating people I even seen. My invoice number is SI /2DHAR/2167 DTD 19.6.2016

They made me hurry to sign the invoice and when i noticed the value mentioned in invoice and enquired about. they replied It's more than the normal rate. And continued that One mobile goes for 300 another is waste Simply we took.

                                      Why should they take my mobile when it's called not worth. Without consulting me they took decision.

                                      Very Worst experience purvikha mobiles. Sales man doesn't have clear knowledge about mobiles who are working in these stores.

                                        I bought samsung A5 mobile in karaikudi poorvika mobiles 05. 05. 16. On buying day itself the back camera image was blurry for few seconds and after that it was clear. Sales executive Mr. Aravind kumar said that the camera will be like this in A5 model. So we bought . now the camera isfully blurry and we could not even catch photos. Again we contact he said that it is manufacture defect. So he knows on very first day itself but he foolished me. What shall we do.
