    I ordered online redmi note 4 black 4gb ram. 64 gb rom in poorvika site. Order no 65129. Order delivered by 8.30pm today but item ordered was redmi note 4 but i received some other item. I am not happy. Issue needs to be resolved asap or will go to consumer court. Attached the pics of item delivered. Called the poorvika person selvam, response is too bad. Talking with customers without giving proper response.

    Online i order Redmi note 4 mobile black color 4gb ram.64gb rom mobile on 21st apr 2017 and mobile starts shipping from 24th apr 2017. If i call and ask the delivery date, poorvika customer care answered will give u gold color mobile and black not availble. But online it shows available and they are taking orders, but answering that model not availble, when enquired over call. My order no. 65358 in poorvika.

      I have bought one redmi note 4 from poorvika. After a week delivery, i found this phone is defective and seems duplicate. When i called them up to return. One executive rajeudra told me that i need to visit service center even in case of return. They do not have any such policy. Please do not buy any phone these fraud people they sell defective mobile. I am gonna sue them in consumer court for this fraud. [protected]

        We purchased a mobile online from "http://www.poorvikamobile.com" on april 05, 2017, please find attached online payment receipt copy. As per there post they promise us to delivering it from april 08 2017. But we have not received it yet. The order number is 51139.

        When we reached out to them they gave us tracking code of aramex #[protected] (https://www.aramex.com/track/shipment-details?q=c2hpcG1lbnRJZD00NzA3MjYxMTYm-vN...

        In first status it said payment not ready. They never contacted my friend then how can the status is payment not ready. Secondly, we made online payment why should i have this status.

        The delivery address we gave is my friend office address. They say they delivered it on friday but the office was close on occasion of good friday.

        We have never received the phone. When we reached poorvikamobile they say we need more time and we will let you know in 24 hours. Now they are saying that we have pod and we have delivered the phone. When i asked them if you have verified the photo id or do you have print of photo id they are saying no they don't have it.

        Please help us with this.

          Dear team,

          Hi i had order my mobile phone redmi note 4 3 gb on date : 12/04/2017 order id: #58455, i had already paid rs.11, 499 but there is no response when my phone will be dispatched.

          When i booked my phone the customer care of poorvika told me phone is available and grey colour phone is in stock so kindly book it and the phone will be dispatched latest by 15/04/2017 but till date no one is responding on the same.

          They have my advance money rs 11, 499 but poorvika mobiles are not responding.

          Pl help or else i have to raise my complaint at consumer forum.

              I have a loudspeaker problem with my motoE but the earpiece speaker and headset slot was working fine with that mobile. I went to poorvika pallavaram for servicing my mobile, they checked everything and said it will cost 350 to repair the loudspeaker. I agreed and gave the phone to technician, he said he will replace the loudspeaker with new one and asked to wait for 15 min, he took the phone in and came out after 25 min and gave my phone to me and said currently he is not having that spare, he asked me to come by tomorrow same time. So I got my phone and turned it on, I tried to call my friend from there and the bad thing is the earpiece and headset is not working, I told that technician, he said he might missed to give the connection, so he opened the phone again and did something and turned on my phone but still it is not working, he agreed it was his mistake asked me to come and collect the phone by next day. I gave the phone on march 11 2017 but it was April 16 2017 today, still they didn't give my phone back to me, every day went to check my condition, he will ask me to come by next day and collect the phone, for 1 month he is telling the same.

                  As I went to the poorvika store in Bangalore near rbi layout, wanting to buy a phone I was told the Vivo was a snapdragon 652 and a full hd display.. And also they had told that the battery was 3500 Mah buy turned out to be only 3000mah, They were lying about the specs of the phone and i was really disappointed with that. I am requesting a refund as they had lied about the phone.
                  If not taken care then a complaint would be given.

                      I purchased Redmi 4phone and scratch guard for the same on 6/4/17.
                      Scratch guard rate 524/-. Phone 13500/-
                      Within two days the scratch guard get faulty and too phone. I approached to replace it. But poorvika is not willing to do replacement for phone only. They supplying poor quality products in high rate and cheated me.
                      Kindly take action about this and give value for my money.

                        I had Given my mobile I9060 Galaxy Grand Neo Black Samsung mobile at Poorvika Mobiles No4, Kaveri Illam, anna Indra, Gandhi Street, Mahalakshmi Nagar, Chennai 600073, Ph [protected] on 1st of April. it was accepted by Mr Raja Service incharge with a Job sheet that the issue will be fixed by 2-3 days maximum and charges with be around 3k. However, i asked him to rush and get me ASAP without the contacts being deleted. Since then i am being going to the showroom personally and calling mr. Raja ([protected]) aswell as the Service center. But Absolutely No clue and No one bothers to even pick the calls. I spoke to customer care [protected] today around 3.16 pm and Asked for a sensible person to chk with the service center and get back to me.. However, Nothing of such happened, I understand i am in india and had some vanue for giving the mobile for service with a big banner instead of Road side shop. Nothing Gr8. .Again i called by 8 56 PM and asked for a sensible person who can not just understand and feel sorry for the inconvenience but can really act on it. I got this Mail id from mr. Venkatesh . Again i am not sure.. if this is going to the right person and IS THERE ANYBODY IN POORVIKA TO HELP ME ON THIS, Have read about customer service by Natarajan Uvaraj... but do understand what is all about

                            I bought Jio SIM and ordered Iphone 5s from poorvika mobiles-Kelambakam-63103.
                            I went to collect iphone and paid the price on 27th..
                            Jio SIM was not working on Iphone 5s, i found that SiM is active but it is not compatible with IPHONE 5s..

                            I callled poorvika-kelambakam, he told that it is my fault to by iphone, i phone buyers are expected to know all things..he was very rude and arrogant..
                            I am neither able to use SIM nor able to use iphone..
                            I want to return it..please help..

                            P.S:
                            If buyer is expected to know everything then what is the use of employees at mobile show room, are they mere sales person who doesn't care about customer service...Amazon/flipkart has return policy, they provide all relavent details that can be read by customer...

                            but poorivka is only sales, no service..as soon as i paid price for phone, they overhelmed me with extra sales related to cell phone cover and glass..with no time to ask questions on iphone..or to test it and see it...

                              I booked Redmi note 4 through online and my booking id is 43883. Poorvika committed to delivered the product by evening.I keep on calling to customer service to check the status of my product but no call back. Finally they informed to medavakkam shop to delivered the product but they ignored. Poovika committed for free shipping to my home but medavakkam shot guy is telling there is no home delivery. Then why they have kept this option in online. Still product is not delivered. Worst experience.

                                    I bought karbon k22 ultra mobile in poorvika showroom anna nagar. And they opened the box. I have checked with the sim card and tried to make call. Voice is hearing through loud speaker only. I have asked them they said you should go for service center. I was shocked and said them i bought mobile just now how can you say like that. They said its their rule. Punch of frauds.. Dont buy the mobile from poorvika... Worst guys

This was my 2nd purchse from Poorvika mobile, when i thought of buying an Appls i5s i visited the store, i selected the phone and then i asking for offers, the sales personMr. Dinesh S (Emp ID 6978) made a diffrent face at me and in rude voice told that since im purchasing through Bajaj fin serv. he can't give any offer. when i said " yes im buying it through loan but company will get money anyway, im also customer" i said, then your sales person told " for your loan approvel and transaction we also paying 7% of you bill".

                                      then i realised that no pont in arguing so i just told to another sales person '
                                      just because im buying through a loan it doesnt mean ive no money or im not capable of buying it and this not the way how u treat your customer" but this guy also not responding. may be Mr. Dinesh S (Emp ID 6978) could be the senior or manager i dont know. finally with a sad faces they throw a travell bag as if im buying a 20500 /- worth phone just for the sake of bag for some useless offer. I denied the bag and also what ever the free sim all.

                                      As a customer i could like to know this-
                                      1. if a customer buy products from you through a loas is that the way you treat.
                                      2. or Are you people expecting all your customers to cary bag full of cash or some Amex credit cards?
                                      3. is all the stores have the same kind of attitude sales persons like jayanagar branch, who is busy in arranging, borowing money for boozing insted of closing my billing?

                                      If your company says yes for all this 3 abov points then im never ever coming back and ill suggest not to buy anything from poorvika mobiles, thats for sure.
                                      one thing comany should understand" customers are not coming to buy just products but service" same products availabe in somany places but y should i come to you thats where customer srvice stands.

                                      im also from retails im working as a manager in retails sector, i really felt so bad when i came accross this kind of service. i never experinced this kind of situation in my life'

                                      i could have shouted at them in the same time but i should not repeat for any one, so i kept quite and sharing here so that no body will get hurt like me.

                                      one organisations future is depends on their customer satisfaction, I hope u guys will understand.

                                      i hope ill get some positive response.

                                        Sir request nokia 130 normal ph bought in your simmakkal branch dt 21.08.16, for senier citizen usage purpos, unfortunately ph not working 30th jan 17, approach yr branch people say 15 wkg days after that replacement committ, but still now not recd the replacement new phone. today call your service no contact taken time andvwait for this month end . sorry to say very wost service in poorvika i dont expact, arrange and immediatly. ph ime ref # [protected]. thans s ananth [protected].

                                        Poorvika store managers specialy Phoenix mall banglore store manager don't have manner to behave with customer, he feel he is the owner of the company,

                                        I never expect they treat like this to customers,

                                        They treat costomer are buggers in that way
                                        Poorvika is mobile store is real hell.
