I bought mi note 3 mobile on 17/10/2016 in poorvika mobile world then
Used only 6 days with single sim but there is in mobile the sim slot is not properly fixed from companies.
I need my money back or i need exchange of my mobile......

I bought my mobile in poorvika store for 10% cashback offer .its been 3 months but money was not deposited in to my account ..i am attaching the debit card slip and invoice ..and i need my money immediately.

Given my Infocus M810 for service, on 24/10/2016, for problem with software. For which Parthiban has given me the Invoice of Rs.500/- and told within 2 days he will call me back and I can take the mobile. But after that, there was no call at all, so I waited and I gone again on 02/11/2016, there was no service guy available at that time, so the Poorvika people told that the service guy will call me, but on that day also no call came at all...

We purchased a mobile LAVA IRIS 3 month back. Now we want to replace it.
They are saying that they will only give 800 for the mobile.the mobile is actually 3000 rs when we purchased.
We have not used the mobile much.

Poorvika mobiles, indiranagar branch has been cheating me for past 6 days. I was asked to buy lyf flame 8 mobile for rs 5200 to get jio sim. After buying the phone they have not activated the sim. They have been giving the same excuse that the person is on sick leave. They seem to be nonchalant about the issues and asked to make police complaint.
