But after that, there was no call at all, so I waited and I gone again on 02/11/2016, there was no service guy available at that time, so the Poorvika people told that the service guy will call me, but on that day also no call came at all...

They have been giving the same excuse that the person is on sick leave. They seem to be nonchalant about the issues and asked to make police complaint.
