I have purchased vivo v5 phone from Poorvika Mobiles, Bommanahalli, Bangalore on 07.02.17 through Bajaj finance.
They have told that give offer item selfie stick later. but still date they not yet given.I have called so many times to Mr.Karthick [protected], he told that giving by next day. finally he disconnecting my phone calls.

    On[protected], I bought a Samsung Galaxy A8 (IMEI:[protected]). I made this purchase at Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited, Vijaya Complex, Ambattur, Chennai.
    On[protected] I faced an issue with My Phone’s Charging Slot as I was in Coimbatore that time I have taken it to nearest service centre they have told me that my phone’s warranty period was over By 4-1-2017 to reconfirm this I have taken my phone to the Samsung Authorized Service Centre at Anna Nagar they have also told me the same.
    I have approached Poorvika Showroom, Ambattur There I Met the store manager Mr.Haji. I told him about this issue he forwarded my Complaint to Mrs.Aishwarya(Mobile:[protected]) now she is handling the complaint.
    I am depressed after Knowing the fact that Poorvika sold me a used mobile and I also like to mention that my phone seal was open at the time of purchase. I have not taken it as a big issue because I brought my first mobile at Poorvika which is still working well So I am kindly asking You to Replace My Phone or take the responsibility of service charge before 9-2-2017. If no action is taken before 9-2-2016 I will have to take sever actions.

      I went to Chrompet poorvika to purchase RedMi Note but there I was asked to purchase HTC desire 628 he convinced me saying tat long lasting battery and dual speaker bla bla. It's just been a month battery drains in 3 hrs and since the day I purchased the person at the other end couldn't hear me. Now poorvika and the sales person is irresponsible and not ready to replace my product. Very very worst service.

      (Mahalakshmi layout branch) They have exposed with offers outside. But after selecting mobile they misguided me that offers are only for selected brands. Even for bajaj emi they didn't support as promised. Too bad experience. My approach of cancellation was cool for them. Is this the way they do?

        Sir, i bought sony xperia xa ultra in the month of october..within two weeks time i was not able to hear for the other side...i went to poorvika kodombakkam branch, , they wear so negelent..i did nt got any decent responce from them, , they jest said they should go to the sony center..ur nt supposed to come here...then i brought a htc 626 in the same showroom...in the month of november..while buying i fixed a tamper glass..they promised it should be ter fr atlest 6months..it came of in two weeks time...since i ws nt n town, , i only came fr christmas..yesterday(5th dec) i wewnt to the same show room..they fixed a new tamper glass..this time they promised 1 year..today it came off..i went to the showroom..these guys were so rude to me..espacily a person named kumar..incharge of accessories..they r saying u must hv throwed the phone down, , i said no..then they r saying ur phone is bend..we cant fix the tamep glass...i asked them then u must hv given me a defective mobile..they wr quite...i ws serching fr the te store manager mr.vasanth([protected])..he cannot be contacted..then i realised i hv been fooled...my money is gone, , i hv a defective mobile...i dont know what to do...please..help me..

        I gave my headphones 20 days before for service at kovilpatti showroom. They are not responding properly. I didn't get my headphone still now. It seriously give bad opinion about the shop.

          Respected sir, i am using samsung galaxy a7 for dis 1 year.two weeks back there was a problem with my touch screen.so i gave my mobile for service in poorvika mobile shop, poonamalle.ater two days a worker there gave me the mobile back and he told while cleaning the mobile he accidently broke my display.they are asking 10, 000 rupees to change my display.and they told me that dont have stalk for samsung galaxy gold display parts.i was not informed about this beforehand.nothing was informed and they broke my display but asking me to pay for dat.kindly enquire about this and please do the needful

              I purchased an iPhone 6s from poorvika mobiles Madurai .It was a defective.I had the insurance of poorvika.Its was not even a year old .i claimed for it and my claim was successful.They told me to give 26k and get a new phone from the nearby istore.They told me within 48hours the cash will be credited .After Two days I asked for my refund .They told me to wait for 48days.i didn't receive any notifications reguarding this issues .Kindly help me

                Poorvika I went to one of their store near Jalahalli cross bangalore. i took LG K10 mobile their sale man motivated to bring that mobile. but its old version moblie he cheated me, next i asked for exchange. they said they will take half rate then i asked with manager Suresh babu is a useless they are rude and never give me good reason why they won't take the product back and hung up on me( not so friendly customer care). After many hours of argue sales person ready to give me a same phone with exchange option and took my mobile and nearly one day i don't get any exchange mobile. they said next day they don't have exchange offer. then i didn't get any exchange offer. that store manager is big fraud he don't know how talk with customer. i am gonna give to media for public awareness. The worst one I've seen. I read some horrible return policy about them, so i want to test that by myself.

                    My insurance settled before a Month only. Since I was following more than a year & fed up with the response I register the same & happy that after register in this forum there is immediate response. Thanks poorvika mobiles. But the settlement is very less. Initially they told that the claim will be Minimum 8000 ( I purchased mobile for 15000), But my settlement was just 3300. Thanks

                    Sorry, I got a call from Poorvika Mobiles ( Saranya) that the amount was settled in Oct.
                    Since I was fed up after following up to 1 year. I thought settlement was not happened.

                    I checked for the same and Settlement did for the same. Thanks for the immediate response.

                    But my settlement was seems to be very less. But atleast iam happy that settlement was done.

                      Hi this is Imran. I got a samsung j7 on 5th dec at ur store in Express Avenue . unfortunately it stopped working just after 10min of purchase. I took it to samsung autorised service center at Nandanam and they gave as the fone sealed and packed again. Then we took that to the show room again. A senior sales man over there started yelling at us and asked us to get out of the store saying that the store was closed on 5th and of dec and how did you purchase?
                      He didn't even check the register.
                      Later he started pulling my hands to throw me out of the store.
                      I seriously demand an explanation in a couple if days.
                      I've also attached a video along with that sales guy.
                      I've waited 2 hours at the samsung service center and an hour at Poorvika store. This is what a customer at your place getting treated?

                          Add#54/4, 320/1A2, siddappa reddy industrial layout, hour main road bommanahalli bangalore 560068,

                          As I was looking for Samsung smartphone, but your sales exicutive

                          Name :- Mr sunil

                          Told me there is a smartphone called VIVO V5 price 17999rs with 0 down payment it's going to launch on 26th of November 2016 , and also I got bajaj finser EMI CARD , so as your sales exicutive told me there is no any down payment only you have to pre-book to order the mobile, so he made us to pay 500rs for booking charges they gave me the booking date 18/11/2016, , receipt no:-27041 ..

                          as I also conformed twice with u r sales exicutive that's is it a 0 downpayment in 7/0 sceame as u r exicutive promised me,

                          But on 26/11/2016 I conformed with u r exicutive that today is the mobile available in the outlet so that I can come and buy it so u r exicutive told me just swipe the card and take the mobile . But the exicutive gave me wrong commitment . Now the bajaj finance scheme as been changed to 6/1 as on today 26/11/2016, executive told me that you have to pay down payment 3000 rs,

                          As my question is

                          1. Why dint you inform us that the bajaj finance made all o[censored]s a sudden changes in scheme 7/0 to 6/1 today 7:45 pm when I visited the outlet, so why dint you inform me or through a call, send a SMS or drop a mail to the customers.

                          2.So your sales executive told that scheme is chancelled so you have to pay 3000k down payment.

                          3.why dint you all question bajaj finance regrading all o[censored]s sudden changes and already many of the costumers have pre booked the mobile vivo v5. When it is been already promised to the customer giving a fake report.

                          4.Now your sales executive is saying either you'll pay 3000k or will cancel the booking amount Rs.500, So it's really illegal what your company is doing.

                          5.Its all waste of time what you all have done to us, So you all will have to face the consequences shortly through "COURT OF LAW" and so we planning to post this illegal thing on WhatsApp and Facebook.

                          6.Now what decision you people are going to take for the pre booked customers ?

                          But we had lot of interest in buying vivo v5 mobile at poorvika showroom, after happening this illigel we lost hope in your poorvika showroom.. even with so much of financial status in the current situation in India we are still coming to buy the products, but you people are taking advantage of the public and not making a right business, please see that you are all making a right business and taking a correct decision regarding this matter

                            I had provided all the documents required by the company for the insurance claim by mail and they requested all the originals be sent to the address given by courier to the Poorvika Chennai office, which I had done through Professional Courier, but still no reply of any kind from the company. Kindly request to consider, clarify and do the needful at the earliest.

                              Customer invite is very bad... Then i give new mobile any offer...in showroom... Yes telling manager but no offer he is no giving.. Next i take compliment sir... Tell manager... But no offer no compliment.. So my relatives... And friends no suggested poorvika very bad... Next i am another show room chennai mobiles.. Good communication... And mobile explain so please customer is important..

                                They are making fools to customers
                                I bought mi note 3 mobile on 17/10/2016 in poorvika mobile world then
                                Used only 6 days with single sim but there is in mobile the sim slot is not properly fixed from companies.
                                I need my money back or i need exchange of my mobile...

                                    Given my Infocus M810 for service, on 24/10/2016, for problem with software. For which Parthiban has given me the Invoice of Rs.500/- and told within 2 days he will call me back and I can take the mobile. But after that, there was no call at all, so I waited and I gone again on 02/11/2016, there was no service guy available at that time, so the Poorvika people told that the service guy will call me, but on that day also no call came at all and i only was calling him in this number ([protected]) after two hours he call and say, mobile not got ready on Friday (04/11/2016) it will get ready. On Friday, also the same situation. And on Saturday, (05/11/2016), also the same situation. I told that you return the mobile, they returned me without doing anything.
                                    Parthiban is totally a fraud, no manners of talking to customers, his number is ([protected]), and no money he have i think so., and a totally waste person at all. in short, a zero sales and service man Mr. Parthiban.

But they telling lie to the people.. And they did not give preview. Very very poor.. Poorvika.. Here after I ll not buy the any one. I losed 15500.if company have possible to change my mobile.pls tell me.
