On 18-oct-16 i purchased lyf flame 7 mobile in your poorvika padi showroom. the reason for purchasing lyf company phone is to enjoy the offer of jio sim. on that date of purchase, the gave the jio sim but did not activated due to some technical reason. later they asked me come in the evening (after 7:30pm) on that same day, as per their advice i visited around 8:30pm, but they said the same reason and again asked to come tomorrow (i. e. 19th oct). then, i asked them to give assurance by writing that they will not delay it further. but the person refused to give such assurance and moreover, he lethargically said there is no way and what to do, you have to come tomorrow, the response seems to be very careless and no customer interest.
I am worried whether poorvika will smile while only buying mobiles but later on any issues they do not attend. i am not actually bothered to get the assurance in writing, just asked to know the customer service commitment, but i do not see it. hope i expect some action will be taken on the person and the branch.
