I think this mobile store is taking a revenge on me as they had given me an old handset(Lyf phone) and had to change it when I had raised consumer complaint.Now it has been a month that my Jio SIM has not been activated.Each time I gave them a call, the store's person would say me that the SIM would be activated in a couple of days.Now I gave a call to the Reliance Jio customer5 care nad they informed me that the SIM has not been activated...

Poorvika a mobile and accessories selling company, They have this weird no return policy that you can't return and Exchange a mobile or accessories even if they just bought 5min before. Even online sellers like flipkart and Amazon have nice return policy.
If you buy a mobile in Poorvika and you dont like it or not working means it cant be replaced or returned to them, beware before buying in poorvika...
