As i had purchased iphone 5s tempered glass on 15/06/17 for the price rs. 500/- (Bill copy available) and while purchasing found a very tiny bit broken on the tempered and i didnt mind and the very next day air bubbles on the phone starts developing and when i claim this poorvika porur showroom to customer care, they lethargically saying that because of the physical damage (Which was happened while purchasing) was the cause for developing air bubbles (Pls look at the image and tell me the correlation)..
Kindly look at the pics attached to it. Note: esp: physical damage (Tiny damage - cause of poor quality & air bubbles within 24 hours of time).
The quality of the tempered glass also not worth for the money and the one who fix tempered glass on my phone also not fix it properly.
Its not about matter of rs.500/- (Anyhow its money spent on a prduct which is not even had a life for 24 hours of time) but the quality and very short life span and lethargic and giving foolish answer and making me to believe such answers.

    Hi have ordered redmi 4a mobile on 9th june and before ordering i have asked your customer support agents that by when i'll be receiving the product they told that i'll be getting in 6 days at max and from then i am calling your support agents since 4days they are not providing the correct information regarding the delivery of the product they are saying everytimr that i'll be receiving it tomorrow this was the worst experience i have experienced in online ordering till now no one are giving me a correct information and i didn't even got a tracking mail from you agents this is the worst service i have ever experienced day by day they are telling different reasons i need refund of my money or else i should get the product by tomorrow my order number is 147028

    I have bought iPhone 6s on march 19 2017 with offer of 8000 cash back in 90days
    It's over 90days and not received cash back yet . When I called customer and Chromepet branch where I bought the mobile the response was very bad

      I am a regular customer of poorvika mobiles, tirunelveli for the past 5 years.
      I ve purchased one celkon mobile from poorvika. The charger slot in mobile has been broken. For servicing i ve contacted poorvika, town branch. The person who attended me asked me to go to junction branch or some where else. Being a customer of that branch i m expecting full service at that same branch. Please help in this regard. Expecting reply.

        I am one of many customers of poorvika.in recent times they are not interested in treating the customers in polite way. Particularly kalavasal brqanch at madurai. Once you go there a hi profile watchman will decide where to park your car. And then when you enter the shop with high expectations, they will welcome you with vannakan with their two hands togher in traditional way. You will be pleased, but later once you starting chatting with them to select a phone, they will list other phones as good. Ok then you finalize a phone, they will be eager to bill and send you out, all these will happen with grim face of them. No smile, good gestures. We think to advice them but thinking pity we leave the place. Another company was like this and everyone know weather it is. Poorvika put some good guys there who are really interested in work. Give them name card on their dress. Place a complaint box and make display saying complaint box is availablle.

          I bought a phone in poorvika. They charged me extra vat. Already the phone bill comes with inclusive of all taxes, then why did they charge me for vat. I bought the same phone in Amazon they never charged me for vat

            As per your request i went to poorvika store and had a speak with executives regarding this.They spoke with higher officials from head office and still I didn't get any replacement for the defective handset.I didn't receive any reply from poorvika after that.i have mentioned all the complaints and forwarded mails which I have sent to Samsung to [protected]@poorvika.com.i request you to kindly speak with your higher official and arrange for free replacement.

              On 21 may i buy a samsung galaxy tab a... Tab was good... For that tab i buy a flip cover... With in a one week of time it was broken... While selling the accessories they says like... Its awesome nice... It worth like anything... But with in one week of time...3 corner side is broken... What can i do for it... I want to replace thisflip cover... Ask the mrp of this flipcover to the sales guy in porvika showroom... Mrp for this is 1500 they replied...

              They cheat the customers like anything... For my concern worth of the flip cover is not more 250 rs... But they charge as like they want...in that flip cover we dont have the chance of seeing the mrp... Cheaters poorviga... This is how you grow in tamil nadu

                Dear Sir,
                The communication may not be of much interest for you or may not create an allurement or at the first sight would like to discard it but before that I just request to give a look as it could save a lot of common people from the offensive attacks where their mobiles are snatched and to retrieve them back. The police help is a mere dream in this regard.
                My mobile SAMSUNG J 2 4G Android was snatched from my bag at Chennai on 13.04.2017 and a CSR No.187/2017 was registered with PS:Royapettah, Mylapore, Chennai.
                What the police will do is a different story but I at my own made the discreet enquiries to various shops, which deal with or buy such types of gadgets and what my discreet investigations reveal, I am placing before you to provide all assistance in this regard.
                1. All such stolen mobiles are either kept idle to be used after few months perhaps with a view that the culprits might not be caught as in most of the cases, the IMEI number is not available with the owner. Lodgement of FIR/CSR with police, thus, carries a little or no meaning. Keeping the mobile on surveillance for a shorter or limited period just as a formality gives way to such offences with a chance not to apprehend the culprits.

                2. In most of the cases, such stolen mobiles are sold to be dismantled and to use the spare parts for other mobiles. Once dismantled, no trace of mobile.

                The 3rd position is the post crucial and needs address.
                3. On discreet enquiries, it revealed that the mobile sellers viz. the SAMSUNG and Poorvika etc. are purchasing the old mobiles in exchange policy. They never take pain to enquire whether or not the mobile offered in exchange belongs the person or not. They just sell the new by reducing the value of the old / stolen device. When further enquired what they do for this old/stolen mobile, it is disclosed that it is sent to their head-office. When further asked what the HO had to do, it is further disclosed that the spare parts are used in repairing of other mobiles. What I gathered that the service centres use such spare parts while repairing/servicing the mobiles. If it is so, the company is not making a pre-check with the IMEI number with the Cyber Crime or Crime Branch of the police to know about the exact status of the mobile and thus circumventing all legal binding on one hand and helping out the offender in disposing off the stolen mobile in a discreet manner.

                If this is the factual position, the company is therefore helping out the culprits in screening them from the clutches of law and evading punishment. In this way it emboldens the offenders to repeatedly violate the law with more vigour.

                4. It the company is adopting this practice in exchange of stolen mobiles, whether the company may provide the details of the mobiles got in exchange especially that of mine bearing IMEI No. 355260/7/824803/7, 355256/7/824803/9 – SAMSUNG J2 4G GOLD ANDRIOD AP since 13.04.2017.

                5. It is further required to make clear whether all mobile dealers exchange all types of mobiles or any particular make. I mean to say whether SAMSUNG will exchange only SAMSUNG mobiles or the mobiles of any other make and model also. The Poorvika deals in all make of mobiles. In this eventuality they might be buying mobiles of all brands. If it is so, whether Poorvika segregates the mobiles as per their make and then sends to the respective particular company or any company may buy any make.

                6. Technically, whether it is possible that the parts of any one mobile may be used in any other mobile irrespective of its make or model? Further, whether the mobile contains parts that might be common in all the mobiles of any make and may be used without any deficiency or restriction.
                Your valuable response will help me in evaluating the modus operandi of the offenders and to investigate further in this direction.
                I further submit that if at any time, your company comes to know that this particular mobile has change the hands and irrespective of the state of this mobile, if through the details provided by any such offender as to his mobile, address, Photo identity proof or any other documents, it would be desired that this information may kindly be pass on to me at my mobile no.[protected] / [protected] and on e-mail ID: [protected]@yahoo.co.in and [protected]@gmail.com without any hesitation as it would prevent occurrence of such incidents and the public in general may breath in peace. I feel obliged.

                  I bought a samsung s7 edge on 27/09/2016. It was working good till 09/05/2017. But now when the screen brightness goes low, few horizontal grey lines are seen in my display. If the brightness set to high those lines can't be seen. Then i found that many of the samsung s7 edge users are facing the same problem. I have went through factory reset and safe mode but the problem still exist. So i asked with samsung service centre, they are simply saying that your phone has a slight damage on rearcase, so it must be your fault something like that. Many of the people got a new phone replacement.
                  So i request you to speak with higher officials and arrange for free replacement. Or else do something from your side. As i have purchased many products from poorvika. I believe that you could help me. If i don't get a good product for my money. Its not good right.

                      I bought redmi note 4 64 gb on 12/5/16 in Bangalore and now I am in Coimbatore. after one week usage I could feel the battery drains quickly I could feel something unusual . If I charged my phone up to 90 percent it comes to 60 percent very sooner in less usage in less time even if I don't used it losses up to 10 percent in 20mins that's not usual in redmi . I feel that I am cheated . I feel that it is a defective piece . Can you replace it or can I solve my problem????

                              I have bought samsung j7 prime mobile on 7.5.2017 from poorvika virugambakkam branch. Clarity of display is not good. When I asked the branch, they said that it is with TFT display, but the salesperson did not explained about the display that it will not look like other normal phones. I asked for exchange but they said that exchange is not possible. Then I contacted the poorvika customer care, they said exchange is possible, they asked me to hold and later they said that exchange is not applicable in poorvika.

                              There is exchange policy in online sites like flipkart, amazon. But why these type of shops are not giving this exchange policy.

                                I have bought gionee p12 phone on sunday (May 7th 8 :45 pm) @ poorivika mobiles < near mahalakshmi nagar - east tambaram> when i went home around 9 :15 and used it it generates lots of heat which i cannot mange on my ears, so on monday may 8th 11:00am i went to the same staff nithya, she said their may be problem in the battery, later they said system software has to update, so i gave the phone and started to office, by 8:30 pm when i went to get the phone back from service, i still feel the heat so i again complaint to the staffs, no proper response from them, they are asking to me speak in the phone till the heat become very enormous ; i have called the manger ; he dint come and finally a staff again asked to me check without memory card tonight ; if the problem is same come tomorrow to showroom, when i went home i see staffs has taken the photos/selfies and my photos was gone and they were some pictures of the staff having bear and hot drinks in my phone ; i completely fed-up with this behaviour and i want a solution to this ; i bought a phone and memory card of 8500 rupees and people are not responsible for this ; i need justification : when i called customer a girl called pavithra ; whose way of speaking is worst ; i want this to be resolved asap

                                  Greetings, I have purchased around 2to3 mobiles in poorvika manglore. But recently one of the mobile got hardware issue so I went to replace the mobile. But the behavior of the staffs is completely unexpected. At starting they told we accept card, later they told machine got some problems. They took more time to solve a replacement issues. And please tell ur staff members to suggest the mobile to purchase. They are forcing the people to purchase some particular brand so that they can get incentives . Manager or division head correct them away it's so annoying

                                      This happened on te 30th of april 2017 in the poorvika shop in phoenix mall in chennai. A regular customer of that branch we had purchased 2 or 3 mobiles from there and also some accessories.
                                      Recently we purchased a mobile from there and later we purchased the full temperal glass cover from there. Within a week the mobile cover started to peel off on the edges. We reported this issue on the 30th of april 1
                                      2017. The sales representatives were not able to solve the problem and behaved very rudely. The sales rep i was speaking was called — and then another guy who was a sales rep intervened into the matter saying that he was the manager when he was a sales rep. Is this the ethics which the staff have been taught to cheat their customers. Does poorvika staff think that people who visit they shop are not observant. I really wish to get the number of the franchise owner of that branch. I have also changed my mind of getting the mobile from any of the poorvika branches because i never got a solution for the problem and felt that they cheat the general public by selling the temporal glass at a high price of 500 which is of low quality. People go for such shops with the idea of getting quality products but are denied of this. I want a solution to this problem at the very earliest.
