Hi Sir/Madam
Recently I brought Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra Mobile RBI Layout (JP Nagar) Store. Before buying a phone, I visited the store to know the offers and discounts for the Mobile The store manager Mis Mangala told me that they will provide a 45 W Power adapter free with Mobile and a Rs 8000 discount on the Samsung Upgrade offer and nowhere Mis Mangala said on Gift coupon. After a few days, I got a WhatsUp message from Poorvika Mobile stating you got surprise Gift vouchers of Rs 2000. and claim it at our offline store.
So, I visited the store to claim a Gift voucher, Mis magala told me that this discount we give at the time of purchase now Coupon is invalid. if they would have told me at the time of purchase I would not purchase a mobile. this manager misleads me and canceled my coupon also.
Now I need to file a complaint on this store for misleading the customer for buying mobiles and penalties for wasting my time.

    I went to poorvika mobile on[protected]:30pm to buy fire boltt. The saleman forced us to buy the zebronics smart watch saying it one of best sellers in our store no complaints in it, we provide service for zebronics and it better than fireboltt and fire boltt does not have service in India we well also not willing providing service .
    it near closing time he said can't open the box .
    So bought it, when i checked in home it was worst product and worst quality.
    The sensor where not properly working.
    I went to return on 18-03-22 they said there no return. They taken it for service and came tomorrow .
    When went next day they say come after 3 days, when went after 3 days now they say come after 2 days.

    When i complaint to customer service,
    They connect to showroom.
    They say we did not force you, it your fault, we can't do anything, when i asked you said there is no service for fire boltt, they said no its online service .i asked you should have inform me that . they sir sale boy was new, so sorry . its billed we can't do anything

    So i gone file case against poorvika mobiles.
    There are many costumer like me.

      We have purchased LED TV from poorvika showroom on January. we were offered a gift box with the purchase as Pongal offer. On the time of the purchase the sales executive told like we are short of gift right now, once we received the gift box we will intimate you, but it's being 2months we have not received any information regarding this, we tried to connect with that sales executive several times, no response from them. This is really a disappointing experience with you.

          Duplicate bill copy required

          Sir i purchsed my phone last year from poorvika mobiles. I lost that bill copy. Now my phone is in some problem and i need bill copy to submit it to service centre. So i request you to provide me as early as possible. I'm trying to get bill copy from past few days but not getting. Please help me to get it.           I went to gudvanchery poorvika on 03/03/2022 which is next to H2 police station.
          I want to buy VIVO V23 GOLDEN color phone, before starting the finance procedure i asked him whether Golden color available or not.
          The incharge person confirmed that It will available you can start to do process the billing.
          I spent nearly 2 hrs for processing the loan & finally that incharge person telling that you can collect the mobile tomorrow.
          Also stating that, i said i will give, i didn't said now itself i will give..

                        My mobile had an display issue and I gave it for replacement during End of November 2021. Till today 26th Jan 2022 i haven't received the replacement mobile. Since the mobile is for elderly who has vision issues I told them to replace the mobile with same color which I bought. Every time I visit the shop they say I will get it next week. It is more than 2 months now every time I visit or call they don't give any proper response.

                          Recently purchased Iphone from Poorvika online store after verifying the cashback from both customer service and a retail employee.It's been more than 30 days, so I contacted SBI bank, who informed me that the merchant had not shared your account information for the cashback winners list on the purchase. Since I made an online payment with a credit card and did not receive a receipt mentioning the cashback.
                          The Merchant has put credit card EMI for 6 months as he said EMI interest is 14% but it is more than 14% taking from my account.

                          @Poorvika, kindly assist to resolve and disburse the cashback amount and interest as soon as possible.

                            Today - 14th Jan 2022 I visited the Kundrathur Poorvika Branch for buying a Redmi Note 10 Pro - 6gb RAM smart phone. The salesperson told that the cost was Rs. 18, 999 (which was the cost of 8gb specification). The actual price of the phone is Rs.17, 999 in Poorvika website as well as other online platforms. I enquired on the discount, but I was informed that there was no discount for the phone however they would give a discount for the accessories if it was also purchased along with the phone.

                            Later, another salesperson started to speak to me about the phone. As I knew the actual price for the model I showed the online price and conversed regarding it. Then, this person said that a maximum discount of Rs. 500 could be made and informed that the final price would be Rs. 18, 499. Because of this I denied the offer and left the showroom.

                              Recently I ordered Apple AirPods Pro at the nearest Poorvika store. They charged me RS. 22, 200 for it. (whereas the actual price was 20, 900 in Poorvika's website and amazon).

                              I haven’t received the product at the promised time and I had to leave from the current city [work] to another [Home].

                              When I contacted the store for cancellation, they said cancellation is not possible and I had to receive the product.

                              I haven't received the product yet and I want to cancel the order (which didn't receive).

                              I have emailed the same to [protected]@poorvika.com and it's been three days and no resolution taken by them.

                              FYI: I haven't received any order id for my order / any ticket id for the registered complaint.

                                I had purchased the BoAt Rockerz 258 pro headphone from poorivika in Bangalore Phoenix Marketcity on 21/02/2021, its still in warranty. We didn’t drop or do anything, my daughter was using for online classes but suddenly it stopped working, I went to poorivika ramamurthynagar in Bangalore for replacement because it’s still under warranty, they told me we need one day to check and reply, but now they are calling me and telling the charge point is been damaged. The charge point doesn’t come in warranty, so I called the Poorvika Mobiles customer care ([protected]), and they took conference call to ramamurthynagar poorivika manager Mr. Arvind and i had 20 minutes conversation with both and I explained that we didn’t dropped or did any anything, but they told sorry charge point damaged doesn’t have warranty. We can’t do anything. They are not even hear what the customer is saying. They gave me fake commitments and false information about the products will buying.
                                I'm writing this to make the awareness to the people and avoid the cheating. Don't get cheated by Poorvika Mobiles. I won't step into Poorvika Mobiles never again.
                                Please don't purchase any products from Poorvika it is simply waste of money, they are selling fake products.
