Yesterday I have purchased, iphone mobile in poorvika mobiles . including they stuffed me to take oneassist insurance in the amount of 5200/- . i explained don't want this now . but they redeemed money and saying, insurance booked already we cannot cancel again, if we cancel again amount deducted 1700 /- or cancellation charges they making blakmailing me . please hep me to cancel this insurance and refund the money

Actually problem with ourside only not poorvik due to misunderstanding. First of all sorry for the misunderstanding, it's all about people's mindset. anything is regretted to you, I would say ‘ sorry behalf, my brother. Actually that time while purchasing I'm also, be therein Poorvika. As usual, they explained your service well. Especially the manager ( Bala) gave a good explanation about the product) Issue is ‘ poor understanding by my brother. Sorry for that, once again sorry for the misunderstanding.       Firstly got cheated in term of explaining the EMI option then the agent herself considered for finance service where as about finance it was not explained and approval was not taken from my end Next thing I had HDFC bank pre approval loan of rs 25000 they did not say me about it even if it is not there job to check pre approval loan thing atleast they could have told me about it or said the option of debit card EMI which did not happen. Third thing they collected the DBD amount of rs. 2000 where as the clear explaination was not given and still now there is no appropriate note on it I want to know the true DBD amount And where the rest of the amount went how could an agent cheat a customer in term of money ( I very badly want an answer for it) they provided me one mi earphone, two sim cards and one body guard for phone for which they took rs 200 telling that they have discounted so in total I have paid rs. 2200 . Fourth thing the agent there communicated in an inappropriate manner which is not at all fine from my end it is disturbing my mental condition. Haritha. K p- 08756 and Suman Raj P- 02552 communicated in inappropriate manner the female agent Haritha is telling her co agents that the customer will not understand no matter what and the man is questioning what are u doing here from one an half hour. Is this the way how the customer should be created ?firstly complete fraud is taken place secondly passing Inappropriate comment on a customer Is this the work ethics what poorvika follows? . If the action is not taken on this issue definitely I will post it in social media and raise the complaint in consumer court because not getting to know the complete and correct information is not fine consumer have a right to get the correct information and right to question on the same where as when a customer is talking about it all this rude words are passed and the man lied on his designation whats the point in lieing on the job role then what's the point of approaching authorities . I want an correct and appropriate action to be taken. I want an clear explaination from agents and manager end.

        On 2/6/22 i (jayamani plastics and crafts [protected])bought lenovo yoga 6 ryzen laptop, the active pen gave me worst experience.but the showroom manager told me that he can't return.buying a laptop is a dream.kindly help me to light up my dream.i have good experience in poorvika service except this.it is weird to hear that a large selling company poorvika has no return policy.

            I bought a new iPhone from poorvika mobiles Salem branch near pothys. Highly disappointed with the service. They have not explained clearly about my emi details due to which I want to pay 2500 more. Requesting you to look into the issue.

              I had purchased flash guard for 999 as convinced by sales executive at the counter but it has bubbles on the screen and it was replaced by the same executive as i had visited 3 times for a simple flash guard. So i called their customer care and they wanted me to again visit the showroom and call from the showroom. Do u expect me visit the showroom for this issue multiple times. It is really disappointing service rendered by Poorvika.

                I am Adesh, I had purchased VIVO Y21 mobile in poorvika showroom Thirthahalli branch shivamogga district in Karnataka 2 month back and due to my fault display was damaged and and given to showroom for replacement on 26/04/2022 but till it was not replaced and showroom people telling stories in every day, i never expected this kind of service from poorvika mobiles, Today showroom person is telling it will take more time other wise you take back your mobile, from fast 5 years I have purchasing mobiles in poorvika but i had never experienced like this it hurts me. Loosing one customer is equal to loss of business, showroom people are not responding properly, in future I will not enter into poorvika mobiles.

                  Sir.. i brought NOKIA 6310 at MR nagar branch, chennai (pin code -118) on 20/02/2022 with REPLACEMENT warranty.

                  However I have facing the 1st issues on 21/02/2022 - mobile charger is not working with mobile and i went Branch they gave no charger (not mobile) okay i accepted

                  Again on 09.04.2022 i faced 2nd issues MOBILE NOT SWITCHED ON..

                  I strictly informed to branch i don't want this was purchased as you said it's REPLACEMENT mobile (if any issues facing during the year, we will replace the new one to you) and they also agreed to request and replace new mobile...

                  Almost 1 month gone and not proper respond from branch...

                  Today 07/05/2022 they called me to take back mobile repaired one... I don't accept and will mo accept this... SEE while purchased what you said it's replacement one if you are facing any issues we will give claim and give new within 10 to 15 days..

                  But I takes almost 30 days that's also not gave new mobile they repairing and give its...

                  Sir why cheating the customers... Please assist and do needful...

                            One assist protect warranty. Damaged mobile was brought back again to my home bcoz employee said it would take one week to replace the display. Im a delivery executive I asked him if any replacement mobile will be given to me Employee said no. I continued work with the damaged mobile. Today poorvika employee called me n said warranty would not be given to you n speaking rude he cut the call while I was in conversation with him. Which is a rude behaviour.

                                  I had purchased Samsung Bluetooth. Due to some problem I had complained. Later they provided me new one. 2nd one also had same problem. They took 1 and half month nearly to look at the query. Till today the problem has not been resolved. Customer service is not good in Haveri poorvika mobiles

                                        I have werst experiance in your show room RBI Layout JP Nagar I have purchased Nokia CO1 Plus wide Bill number GSI/JPN/85 & OA/JPN/10 While testing it self it took 30 munuts to start and sales person konws that it is deffective but said for first time starting will take time and sold to me for 6900.00 this price itself is 2000.00 more compared to price for same products online

                                        This phone has been gifted to my relative birthday same night and today recived call saying it is not working and he returned to me today moring 04.04.2022 Some how I managed to get him new phone by bokking online in Sangeetha Show room website It was embaressing for me

                                        since i have to go for office today I will bring back the the Mobile phone to your showroom for returning and refund my money by cash or by refunding to my original mode of payment
