Yesterday(24/12/2021) I bought a mobile from Madipakkam Poorvika (model Oppo Y19S) actually I'm not intrested in this product sales man convinced me to buys this product, he said that I can exchange this mobile within two working days, so I agreed to buy, he lied to me, there is no mobile exchnge policy in Poorvika showroom today only I know it, I want to exchange this nor return this product, I don't want to waste my money, and also he said I must have to put mobile insurance cover for 1 year it cost rs1, 900 something, now only I come to that's not a mandatory to take insurance, help me to exchange / return this product
