Recently purchased smartphone from Poorvika online store after verifying the cashback from both customer service and a retail employee, and booked online because the model variant was not available in retail stores. It's been more than 120 days, so I contacted HDFC bank, who informed me that the merchant had not shared your account information for the cashback winners list on the purchase. Since I made an online payment with a credit card and did not receive a receipt mentioning the cashback, I took a screenshot of the offer in the mentioned portal and also followed the steps shared by the support executive.

@Poorvika, kindly assist to resolve and disburse the cashback amount of Rs. 5000 as soon as possible.

    I bought a new nokia C30 on 24.12.21. Sales person offered if i buy jio sim, i will get Rs.1000 cashback. The salesperson installed new jio sim and my airtel sim. On the 3rd day ie on 27.12.21, no network was getting deducted. Both my sims stopped working. I went to the shop and the same person tried various troubleshooting, nothing worked. He said my phone has to be sent to service center to identify the defect. I demanded for an exchange as it was a brand new phone. Staffs reaction was very rude.its been 3 days now, my phone is still in service center.
    My question is manufacturer is not able to identify the problem, then what is the use of me having a defective piece. I have not purchased a refurbished phone, why should I wait for it to get repaired. Why is ur showroom not giving an exchange for a different one. I will take this to consumer court and sue you

      Insurance was sold along with mobile on 26/12/2021 vide invoice gsi/sasa/8510 dated 26/12/2021 by poorvika mobiles private limited basavangudi branch bangalore.

      When insisted them to cancel insurance and reembuse my premium, poorvika mobiles private limited team refused and stated it is non refundable. The same not conifmed while purchasing.

          Yesterday(24/12/2021) I bought a mobile from Madipakkam Poorvika (model Oppo Y19S) actually I'm not intrested in this product sales man convinced me to buys this product, he said that I can exchange this mobile within two working days, so I agreed to buy, he lied to me, there is no mobile exchnge policy in Poorvika showroom today only I know it, I want to exchange this nor return this product, I don't want to waste my money, and also he said I must have to put mobile insurance cover for 1 year it cost rs1, 900 something, now only I come to that's not a mandatory to take insurance, help me to exchange / return this product

            Received open box product (seal broken) and damaged phone box. Contacted their support team immediately after delivery with video proof - forwarded all the photos and videos as requested by the team. After 15 days of no response and multiple follow-up emails, they finally called me. Not owning up mistakes from their end, blaming me for checking the device (Wifi activated), hence they can't provide any support for me. I got scammed by Poorvika, they sent me a used iPhone 13 pro.

            NOT RECOMMENDED purchasing any product from poorvika online store. Waste of money, pathetic support, and unreliable.

                He is not a man of words, If I can spend Rs 50000 for a mobile ...He should understand the value of the customer he is dealing.
                Trust me Poorvika who ever is reading my complaint...Never I will suggest Poorvika to buy stuffs from your store. I will ensure non of my friends or relatives go to Poorvika.

                    I had purchased hp laptop for 44k, and the branch manager told me to come after diwali to get my special price(after diwali i went to cuddalore poorvika mobiles that manager gave me a water bottle this is ur gift
                    Before purchasing laptop itself he have made me to wait in showroom more than half an hour and told me today i cant give u laptop
                    May be come tomorrow (he was talking to his labours for half an hour) and he didn’t reply me properly
                    So I complained to customer care keeping that in his mind and he gave a water bottle as a diwaLi gift
                    And i have purchased protection pro both back and front side for my phone
                    It was also not proper in back side when i asked them they told next time we will be aware

                      Purchased a new mobile recently at Poorvika Mobiles GST Road Guduvanchery Store. They've billed with an extra amount of 500/- than the normal selling price. Also they didn't even care when it was informed to store manager even that was their staff's mistake. They've informed their staffs to review their store when someone buy a new phone while activating warranty they try to access my gmail account and one of their staff make me to wait for more than 20 to 30 minutes to review their store with 5 star rating. I shouted at him and he stopped. They don't have staff to activate sim card they offer and make the customers to visit 2 to 3 times to get that done.

                        This is Prakash from Kolathur . On March 4th 2021 I brought a new AirPods 2 which cost of 12399 with full payment . On March 6th right side AirPods is not working and i have went to showroom in showroom manager said go to service Center even I went to apple auth service Center in Anna Nagar . In that apple service Center they said that AirPods is duplicated product which verified and certified by APPLE even I have that certificate with me now . Then I info to showroom and given my AirPods to showroom manger then after 1 month more 10 times they make to come show room and wasted my time . Then repaired and given after 1 month . Then it was working fine for 2 months . Now again am facing same issue I don’t know really what is happening . My money my time everything is wasted . Even my AirPods have still warranty also till March 4th 2022 . I want the solution for this . Else I am planing to complete the case against poorvika in count with bill copy, certificate given by APPLE . Even I have my bill, certificate, also service Center bill please check

                          Wanted to bring this to your notice when I visited poorvika Indiranagar regards to my insurance not activated the behaviour of the executive is very rude doesn't have customer ethics how to handle.

                          When I paid my insurance coverage premium for phone why was this not activated. Samsung customer care says its not activated.you means you just take money in the name of insurance? Why do customer needs to suffer when paid the already inspite of this there is rude behaviour and argument between the Executive Suman raj R he doesn't sound like satisfying the customer.

                          I'm sure you will loose the business because of this kinda of executives I'm gonna put this feedback in social media I hope this will not happen to any customer, thought poorvika is a professional store neva expected this behaviour

                            I have taken a loan in july for purchasing a vivo mobile. but the poorvika mobile staff wrongly done a second otp from my phone and loan is activated twice. but i have taken 1 vivo mobile only. i asked poorvika staff for that he said that not his problem you must go and visit bajaj finserv branch. i went to bajaj finserv branch in annanagar and they talked to poorvika staff to send a mail regarding cancellation of the loan they said ok. but they didnt do it because of it the first due has been debited from my account on 2nd oct 2021. again i gone to bajaj finserv branch they said poorvika staff must send to mail. but poorvika staff said he has sent it. but still now the loan is not deactivated. please make necessary action to deactivate the loan. also they have debited the 2nd emi on nov 2nd. The next month there will be a third emi on 2nd dec 2021. There was call from somebody from poorvika they said they have cleared the problem.but now also it shows loan in bajaj finserv for the same wrongly debited loan. I want to be cleared tomorrow, the loan should be closed and reverse the amount debited .from my account. If not I will go to the consumer court with all the proofs and details with me. Please make it fast. I have attached the invoice copy of the purchased mobile purchase of 15th july 2021 and wrongly activated loan account which was in there purchase date aug 2021

                              I have bought itel keypad mobile price rs.3000 from poorvika Mobile, cumbum-625516 branch. Purchased on 22.11.2021 at night 7:30.
                              Mobile not working while I checking at night at home. Next day morning (23.11.2021) at 10:30 am I have returned to the shop and ask for rectification.
                              Today they told that sim slot, memory slot have to be replaced, also asked for rs.380.

                              Without any fault from my side how could I spare extra amount for new mobile.

                                I had purchased Samsung galaxy S21 plus on 15th june from Poorvika mobiles where 7000 cashback offer was available on making transaction through pinepg either by selecting credit/debit card option or zero cost EMI option. However while making the transaction since zero cost emi option was not available on Pinepg I went ahead with credit card option of full payment as cashback was applicable on that also. However now after 5 months of purchase...

                                  I purchased "Realme C25Y" on 31st October 2021 at "POORVIKA MOBILES PVT LTD.", KALPAKKAM BRANCH and paid the full consideration and started using it from that day.I realised that there was a problem with the call audio as it was continuously breaking and went there for support on 7th November 2021 and asked for replacement and they checked and admitted the issue and sent the mobile to Realme service center in Chennai.They said they cannot replace the phone but they updated the software and returned my phone. But still there is something called "Usage of trade"
                                  which states that it is in the ordinary course that when I purchase a phone for INR 12, 500 and call audio(Both caller and receiver end) is not working in the 1st week of purchase, I thought that there was a problem with the network. That's the reason why I waited.Now also the same problem comes and I am dissatisfied with the support. Ok now, Can you as a business do the least part which is making the call audio work properly? We came to Poorvika only for the reason that its new branch was opened at Kalpakkam and we could have easily ordered the phone online. Now do your part as a business for a phone worth INR 12, 500 which doesn't allow me to call in the 1st week of purchase itself.

                                    I purchased a xiami mobile from this madurai showroom 7 days before.

                                    From day one I m asking to provide me the invoice with my employer GST. But the executives at the showroom are not providing the same and reply is casual and not a responsible one.
