Very very very worst customer service at avadi poorvika mobiles. I bought two mobiles worth of rupees 50k . One of the sales executive gave the promise of giving gift for my mobile purchase. By trusting his word. I came to the shop three times expecting the gift. I clearly said him dnt make me fool telling fake promises of giving gift. But he said surely i will give you the gift. Atlast trusting his word once again. I went to the shop again. But he again CHEATED me. PUBLIC PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE KIND OF SALES EXECUTIVES

    I went to Poorvika showroom in OMR today and bought Itel IT6330 phone. I was forced to buy a Philips ear phone and was told it was free. But they charged me 381 in the bill. When asked they said that's how the bill is but the headset is free. Together I paid a bill of 1950 including tax. But when I check online after reaching home the price of the phone including GST is just 1549. Explain me why they lied to me and cheated 401 rupees extra for a headset I never wanted.

    After posting the complaint, a person from the showroom called and agreed it was a intentional mistake from their end. Though he blamed the sales person, I believe that this should have been encouraged by the manager anyway. No way this happens without knowledge of the superiors. They even had a price sheet based on these combos. I returned the headset and got the refund. But utter waste of time, money for my travel and peace of mind. Note: I see other similar complaints about different branches about sales people cheating customers and misseling products. Looks like even the company itself is encouraging this and taking care of only the people who complain. Not sure how much revenue they earn out of this alone. A common internal announcement should be sent to avoid such mal practices and showrooms be audited frequently.

      The complaint was not resolved ..i need a solution for above mentioned issue and also attached the invoice fyr

      Hi, I faced a similar issue where they sold me an additional product claiming it to be free. If you didn't want the pendrive but they still sold it to you, don't let them close the complaint. Open another one if required. I returned mine and got refund as they agreed it was sales fraud.

        I had purchased the mobile from poorivika In the Villivakkam branch. I had purchased A12 samsung from Villivakkam poorvika without any negotiation purchased by Finance. After a week when I was talking with my friend suddenly rain came and small amount of water went in camera. When I went to samsung they are tellimg if we repair cost comes around 11000.

        They asked for insurance but poorvika people targeted on sales they have not given the insurance scheme. Instead of achieving their target they r not concentrate on customer profile. I had purchased six to seven mobiles in Ur showroom .

        My 17000 is lost because of you people without educating the public.

        Is this way you people recruiting the manager.

        I need a justification on this now. I told them to book a insurance now butthey said they can't.

        If am having insurance they will do it free of cost. Poorvika motto is only mobile instead of customer satisfaction.

          my name is muzamil pasha residing in bangalore rt nagar 560032 on wednesday the 27th october 2021 around 4pm i went poorvika mobiles rt nagar branch to buy a smartphone with my family once i entered the shop everyone busy with their phones including manager and one staff he wished me by saying namaste and he also started using phones when i said i[censored]r busy then please tell someone to attend the answer he replied was tell me sir iam listening from my ears with attitude behaviour which is really not acceptable i told him to show the phones around 15k i need two mobiles he wasnt aware of prices of phones nor he was aware of offers were compare to other store retailors are far better than poorvika. I has oppo a31 and ther was small crack on it were i was already getting 5k exchangee in competitor stores but poorvika was offering 1500rs by laughing from there i really got angry still he was typing msgs in whatsapp and they are personally saleing that phone and then too i was requesting them to increase the phone value or give some better offers but they are behaving like as they are giving me bank loan and non of the staffs and manager wearing masks.

          After coming home i called customer care to complaint and discussed them abt this matter three times they disconnect my call even they are not intrested to solve the customer queris so im taking this in a legal way and will post this in all social networking sites including youtube with a call record

          i really felt bad being 4yrs of customer they behaved me like in front of family which is really not acceptable ill take this to consumer court

            Wrongly activated bajaj finserv loan

            I have purchased a vivo mobile in july 2021 through bajaj finserv. But the poorvika staff in ga road wrongly activated the loan for two times. I didnt recognize it. But when i saw in bajaj finserv site 2 loans activated in that. I asked the poorvika staff about it. But he said this is not our fault you go to bajaj finserv branch. I went to bajaj finserv in annanagar they called to poorvika staff and ask them to send a mail regarding cancellation...

            I buy mobile from poorvika website (I phone 13 128 gb red colour) price is 79900 puchase order date 24/10/2021, fully paid by my EMI card, now the problem is morning customer care executive spoke with me having open box mobile only are ok with this, I said I don't want the open box I need new one, again one more customer care executive person called telling no stock is there can I cancel the order he asked, my question is without the stock how charged full money and still now in poorvika web site which model I ordered that still showing avilable stock, how is possible poorvika person saying no stock, poorvika online showing still available, this way poorvika cheating the customer, any one customer again make the same model order means money will debit, product no stock we need cancel money will recredit in two weeks, why should I give the money for two weeks not available product it's totally cheating, now I attached photo of my order copy and customer care chat copy and still Available mobile online that screen shot, have time plus date pls see clearly

              I brought nokia 105 phone on yesterday evening . After I reach home there is no memory card option . So I went to showroom within 15 mins for to change the phone. I asked to change another modile model. The showroom they speak like rude we don't change like that. I want to change the phone what to do now . Can you please help to change the phone model . I don't need mony . I will pay extra I get another model phone.

                Hi,

                I bought new iphone 12 pro 512 GB for 1, 35, 000 on 12th OCT 2021from poorvika moolakadai Branch. On 22nd OCT my iphone is completely dead and not switched on. When I reach the poorvika showroom and said the concern, showroom executive's simply routed me to iphone service center.

                There is no replacement policy followed here. Usually when the brand new phone are completely dead within 10 to 15 days, that we taken into account with higher priority and consider for replacement, but that was not followed here.

                Need immediate attention here and help me in this concern.

                  I have visited poorvika showroom madipakkam on 8th Oct 21. I have purchased a Motorola E7 power within 4 days of time mobile is automatically getting switched off. I have contacted the showroom on this . They suggested me to give it to the warranty center of Motorola, and poorvika is not responsible for this issue itssems .

                  Moreover I have called up customer service poorvika they have connected me to the showroom and assured me the phone will be rectified by showroom and give it back to me . In fact they have spoken to Mr.jeya Prakash. When I went to the showroom they did not agree to what they have assured me .

                  And they are asking me to contact the warranty center again . I doubt in poorvika products seems to be not genuine .

                  This is the second time with poorvika in this year .I did a mistake of going to poorvika again .
                  I demand poorvika to replace to repair the mobile at the earliest. Failing which same will be dealt with social media and legally .

                    Since I purchased headset it was not charging properly nor stable with battery also so I visited store after 8 days of purchase and complained ..
                    After 3 days I didn't get response and 4th day I went to store and asked about my complaint status .. they said it's running properly and later he asked connect bluetooth headset to my mobile it was not connecting.. after that also staff is saying it's running perfect.. say now what to reply.. so I request to replace my headset or refund the money back

                          Hi me and my husband bought two bluetooth, I have a issue with mine one, one side airdop is not working properly, I went to shop next day itself, but your staff refused to take it back, I dissapointed, Because i didnt use it next days only i went still he refused, Now i am not using this, it is getting waste, Its been just a month, kindly consider and do needfull.

                            I had purchased a (Iphone 11(64gb) of RS.49, 900/- using credit card) at the nearest store in Poorvika mobiles Thoothukudi - Near Balavinayagar temple 628008. on 3rd October 2021 at 8.31 pm .They gave me an used mobile by saying that its a fresh piece I found that its a unsealed piece and asked the shopkeeper to open the box and i came to know that mobile is Switched on and kept as it is inside the box and they sealed it again .They tried to cheat me, is this ur reputed 'Poorvika' s' policy of cheating the customer .Sever action to be taken against this. Refund not yet done till now and no response from their side .

                                  Hai sir/madam.
                                  I bought a mobile in poorvika showroom at guduvanchery on august month. They cant show any other brand mobiles in my budget i have idea to buy another mobile they not allowing to me to cancell this Redmi 10 pro They compuled me to buy this mobile bcz of they said some 'server problem we cannot cancelled this after the Online EMI process so he said you have to buy this only then 'Redmi note 10 pro Rs.19000/- only but they sold me Rs.19500 extra amount to me and then i send the review on the poorvika website and then they cal to me and said to gave anyother relatable product for that extra amount and after that I resolved my review. But he gave me a fake promoise there when i resolved the review he was not respond to me properly whenever i call him he could not gave correct words always said to gave day after day but now itself he couldn't gave any other things.
