I booked for tickets at PVR Cinemas at VR Mall Anna Nagar Chennai and paid Rs 473.40 through google pay, my account was debited and payment made, but I did not get confirmation nor the tickets. I called PVR Cinemas customer care mum several times but they said that all customer care executives were busy, I need the refund

    I paid for 2 tickets for a movie at PVR cinemas at VR mall Chennai, and paid Rs.473.40 via Google Pay, and the amount is debited from my account and received by PVR Cinemas. I however did not get any confirmation nor did I get any tickets. I tried calling their customer care number several times but always an automated voice message said all executives are busy . I want the refund or tickets.

        I have bought Regular popcorn on PVR Pondicherry on Saturday around 4.30 pm, I have paid through axis bank scan app for 120 rs and 100 rs coupon, My transaction is successfull but receiver side money not received again I have paid through one of the Salesperson Gpay scanner. I Have attached the screeshots of two transaction, please review it and refund my money immediately

          Dear PVR, I booked a ticket yesterday for Oppenheimer movie but first transaction got failed (Error message as lost in space) I want my money back around 386 rupees ASAP.

            I went yesterday evening 22nd July 2023 for watching Oppenheimer with my family to PVR Acropolis Ahmedabad.

            During interval we ordered a medium cheese popcorn tub. We tasted it and found it very salty. We went to get the popcorn exchanged. When we told him about changing our popcorn he immediately agreed but he threw our large tub to the unused salty popcorn into the Dustin. Seeing this we felt very bad of soo much food going into trash.

            I highly request PVR to take strict actions against such food waste as there are many needy people in our country who sleep hungry. Please share food with those who actually would appreciate your effort.

              I Booked barbie 2023 at PVR official App.The theater I booked is ampa nelson Manickam road.while payment the payment I got a call so I answered it after 5 minutes I completed the payment and the money was debited when the gpay page redirected me to the PVR app there I saw count down and it automatically cancelled the page and redirected into the home page .I have no tickets and my money has been debited.

                A payment of 880 rupees was initiated for 4* french fries @ 220 each which was completed immediately and the amount was debited from my account. However the staff stated it as a bad transaction and asked to repay.please help me get the refund i am submitting the proofs below.

                      I booked 3 tickets for a movie on 21st July, Friday but I have not received confirmation of the tickets in my sms as the app says. However I do have proof as I have received an invoice in my mail, confirming that I have bought those exact tickets.

                        I booked my tickets for openheimer movie oh 23 july and the tickets have not recieved but the amount is deduced... i booked on 16 july when i pressed online payment and finished it in google pay the app automatically came back to pvr app but it started again and no sign of tickets booked and the custumer care is not proper the seats i have booked is now shows booked already in the seats

                          We have booked tickets for PVR, Chanakya, Delhi - Audi 1, Seats N10, N11. Both the seats were broken and dont know how they were adjusted that their width is less than all other seats in the same Audi. They were so so uncomfortable and it was almost impossible to sit especially in N10. We are a frequent visitor, but today's experience was extremely unpleasant.

                            I order two burgers and quality of food was not good as first time I had this much spicy burger and when I went to them for complaint they started argue with me and then manager came he said why you eat then few bites, I want to ask if I will not eat how I will talk about quality as a rude behaviour from pvr cinema

                              I booked 2 ticket from the PVR app and paid via Gpay. The transaction was successful but tickets are not booked. It is very disappointing and frustrating. Total amount of Rs.486.64 was deducted from my account.
                              Incident date: 14th July 2023.
                              Please kindly refund or confirm my ticket.

                                  We had booked a ticket online.
                                  I have booked 3 tickets.
                                  I was having with me my wife and two kids 1 kid was of 3.5 years.
                                  And lastly we had to a movie for almost full month every sunday.
                                  Means had 4 sundays at movie amd there was no complain.
                                  And suddenly next week they didnt allowed.
                                  And i told them ok i will purchase a ticket but unfortunatley theatre was full..
                                  Then i told take money but leave me .

                                  But he didnt allowed ..
                                  And reply was not proper..
                                  They didnt understood my kids and was saying leave ur kid .

                                  Is he immatured..
                                  How can we leave our kid.

At the security check, the female assistant checked my bag and kept my lunch as per policy. Later when I came to collect it, it was half eaten. This is very disappointing, it was a gift sent from my grandparents and this type of service is not relevant. We don't expect PVR to provide these disappointments. And I would like to fill...

At the security check, the female assistant checked my bag and kept my lunch as per policy. Later when I came to collect it, it was half eaten . This is very disappointing, it was a gift sent from my grandparents and this type of service is not relevant . We don’t expect PVR to provide these disappointments. And I would like to fill a complaint regarding the same against the staff and this can lead to a bad image for your company . I request PVR to take strict action against this and would like to have a full refund for the dissatisfaction caused. Or I can go ahead with an article in the leading newspaper.
