Recently I visited PVR cinemas at forum Galleria, on 12th may, 2023 night, to watch a movie in screen 1. After entering few people entered, and started saying abusive words regarding the private parts of females and molestation etc. When i complained about this to the manager, he started shouting at us only . Saying that he has already told them to shut up. He can't push them out as they have paid the money. And moreover he has not invited us there, so it's our will we can leave from that place. He is the most disgusting person i think who has no respect for women i think. Please take necessary action regarding this. So that atleast we should feel safe at such a renowned place.

We visited the PVR, Orion Mall at Bengaluru on May 12, 2023 for the movie "The Kerala Story" which was scheduled at 7:15pm. Upon entering the movie hall (AUDI 5), we observed that the AC was not functioning in the hall. Upon complaining various times to the PVR authorities, no action was taken. However, Raghu M S - Service Specialist told us that it will be taken care of. But it was never attended. The movie ended but still there was no response. There is clear deficiency in services which is portrayed by PVR. Thr ticket cost includes AC charges too. There is clear negligence on the part of the above said Raghu M S - Service Specialist. One person named Deepak - service Ambassador kept arguing with us after we confronted them. Please take action immediately.

Cinema halls in Uttar Pradesh have not following Government notification of declaring movie "The Kerala story" tax free they are charging the higher amount from viewers

On 11 may we booked the 3 tickets for the kerala story aof night show 11;30 pm in delhi saket south delhi anupam pvr we watched the movie till interval it was so smooth we tried to go out between the interval time to smoke one of the senior Mr navjot was saying i[censored] go this is against the rules and regulation we will call the police then we respected that and got on our seats then after ending the movie we exicted from the exit gate and approached towards the entry gate and i saw 2 person from the staff smoking outside we requested them to call ur senior then he came and was asking us about our concern then we said that if we cannot go out for smoking then how ur staff members are doing that then he said the rules and regulation is not for staff members this is clearly a discrimination i have a video also of a staff member smoking outside then they started to argumenting with us and we tried to record a video and they tried to snatch my phone and one of the staff was saying lets lock them up here and was going to lock the door and then they started to abuse us very badly and followed us at 2:30 pm in the night we somehow managed to go to our homes
Please help us in this matter it would be really helpful

I booked two tickets in PVR app via upi the transaction was successfull but the tickets are not booked by PVR App, it’s completely disappointing and the refund amount is not credited to my bank account.. unwed my refund amount as soon as possible.

We and my friends planed to watch a movie in pvr saket cinema and then after interval we tried to go out for smoking but they didn’t allow us because of there rules and regulations and we respected that and came to our desired seats and after completing the movie we got exited and then we approached towards the main gate and I saw a pvr staff smoking outside and I have the video also and then we got entered and then we told them to call their senior and he came and I told him that this is discrimination if we are not allowed to go outside then he said that the rules and regulations is not for the staff members then one of the staff was speaking in his high voice we tried to capture a video and I did that I have a clip one of the staff member is saying let’s lock them up here and then we got outside and I have the video of these guys and then they started to abuse us we somehow managed to get out of there please help us in this situation

During intermission of the kerala stroy movie i went to the food corner in pvr
I ordered medim sized popcorn bag
For 410 rupee then i gave him my contact number and he asked for payment
I gave him a 500 rupee note
Then he asked me for a change of 10 rupees
Just before me other man gave him 10 rupees notes for their order
I saw him keeping the notes in the cash box
Then he arrogantly returned me my 500 rupee note
And said he has no change and i should keep the change with me
The thing is not about change
Problem is his arrogant behaviour
His name was Vikas
He was bald and had a moustache
If no action is taken against him i will complain again with the higher authorities
The staff is paid by the taxes that customers pay to pvr
He is working and is paid by our money
He should not misbehaved with any one
We all came for entertainment and something like that happens with anyone
Than imag of pvr will go dowm just because of its misbehaving staff

I lost my wallet in audi 5 (L7 to L11 ) seat number at Pvr VR mall, annanagar, chennai. It was brown in colour with three debit cards and one credit card. I had my driving ng lisencecard in there and 1000 approx cash. Its medium brown colour wallet. While intermission i was just moving around and went to the food court as well.

I have booked two tickets for PS2 movie in pvr cinemas in Express Avenue Chennai on 11th may at 10.52pm. Money debited from account but movie ticket is not booked. I need refund amount of 387.

11/05/2023 thrusday ... i went with my 2 friends to PVR cinemas situated in phoniex united mall almabag nahariya lucknow UP... we bought 3 ticket from window cost 630 of keral stories movie. Show timing was 7:00 pm, after collecting the tickets we went inside the cinema house and take our seats..(L 4, 5, 6) and then adds started.. from 7:00 pm till 7:35 continues repeated adds are coming on screen... in between add we (along with other members )complain to the PVR staff but no action taken by them.. atlast we came out from the cinema house to meet the superior authorities of PVR.

At that time Mr saif sidaqui was the night incharge we talk about our problem that we lost our 35 precious min time with this repeatative adds and movie still not started...he directly offer to take the refund and leave the PVR... he gave 630 rupees cash money from the counter.. and when we ask about cancellation ticket he said there is no system for it. He doesn't entertain there customer neither he solve the problem he offer money.. now my que is what about 35 min wasting time and aour inconvenience. Atlast we came out from the cinema house... some other person do the same...behaviour of staff was not good enough... check CCTV footage for any clarification..

I have booked the show of evil dead the rise near dlf mall of india in pvr superplex, but as you know today is up election and yesterday I have got call from one of your associate regarding cancellation of the movie but as I have not get any cancellation details from pvr superplex. I have call recording in proof. Please give me solution asap and return my money to the original source..

A serious matter of concern with PVR Director's Cut Gurgaon. They had the audacity to serve a meat Pizza to me when I ordered a pure veg pizza. Being a pure vegetarian I am traumatized and seek help from you

Hi. We booked tickets for Guardians of the galaxy Vol 3 movie in 4DX-3D via paytm movie for PVR BHARTIYA CITY MALL, BENGALURU dated today (10th May, 2023 11:45AM). For almost 1 hour there was no 4DX effects turned on like chair motion, scents etc effects. Only the screen, sound and ac were working well. one member from hall complain, then they turned on the 4DX Effects. Just Wanted to investigate what went wrong. If it happens more frequent I just don't want my money to go waste in such 4DX PVR Experience.

I was asked to purchase the Rs. 150 food voucher with every ticket that I was purchasing. I was denied any seats without this food voucher purchase.

The incident happened at Phoenix Mall in Bareilly, UP. Please take strict action against the concerned party.

I have lost OnePlus buds z2 earbuds in PVR nexus mall Hyderabad in the movie Ugram at 10:25pm show last night i.e., 7th may 2023- Screen 2. I request the management to resolve the issue asap, they were so much important to me.

I was quite disappointed and frustrated about parking fee at PVR mall Velachery by the lease company representative. They are charging 40rs per hr. Didn't gave the correct balance in return. Useless people deputed by the company. Also cost of snacks too high. Try to reduce that rather kind of loot .

I booked my ticket on 22 april 2023 for rs 800 and my ticket didnt booked because of time out happened and payment was done via googlepay . employee at counter said. money will be refunded within 4-5 days... but today, 12 days i still didnt get any refund and tried to connect with them many times on the number they given me for update. i am really disappointed and chasing them everyday but disnt get any response from them . please help me to get out of this . please help me in my refund .

Few days ago pvr announced contest on Instagram for the guardians of the galaxy 3 winner will get early screening ticket they said I've won and they texted me for the same and just before reaching the venue they texted me that screening has been cancelled, and instead they offered me a 300 rs voucher for compensation... 300 rs voucher instead of a screening ticket ? leaving that aside when reached the venue not a single pvr authority took responsibility. they just raised their hand and said we don't know anything and cannot contact anyone. was sent back when I got home got to know that other people who have won pvr let them in . when asked pvr texting them abt this they've seen it and ignored ?? why fake publicity i[censored] aren't going to offer winner the winning prize donit keep contest na ! extremely disappointed by pvr ... and 300 rs voucher instead of a screening kaha se fair hai idk ! i need a better compensation!

I booked 2 tickets from the Pvr website for movie PS-2 and paid via debit card the transaction was successful but I didn't received the ticket. Its completely disappointing and refund amount is not credited to the bank account. I spoke to pvr customer care they said amount has been refunded but it is not reflected to my bank account.
I paid Rs 433.48/- with included conv. fee and GST as well.
