I booked three tickets for a early morning show for 29th april through pvr app the show was to be shown in pvr rivoli in connaught place. Coming to the point money was deducted from my bank account but after a min i got a message that booking tickets failed i have that message in my iphone., may i know when i could get the refund of the amount rs. 1046 got deducted on friday 28 april 2017 and since i am trying teaching them but they have revert back to my calls on their customer care number nor i got any update about that amount.

I bought 2 tickets for Bahubali 2 Hindi through ticket new for 30th April 10:00 pm show .
Suddenenly somebody calls and says only Telugu version available instead Hindi version .
And money also not refunded
PVR ampa skywalk mall chennai.
And no response from customer care also
Not agreed this kind service from PVR group at least

    We on 1st of may had been to watch Bahabuli movie @ 3.40 pm show at PVR cinema Regimental plaza nashik with family, there we had faced the pathetic service level and the 3rd class behavior of the staff with the ladies of my family at the food counter. I had created lot of issue there and brought the complete incident to the notice of the center manager mr chavan, he had gone through the complete CCTV footage and found that the concern raised by us were correct, but he was very much incapable and least bothered to take action on the respective staff.
    The complete incident occurred in the interval when my wife and i went to have a popcorn for my kid, there was bit rush which was obvious and we had waited in the que and ordered & waiting for the pop corn to be served for approx 10 min and we did't got the same for no reason, what we observed that the basic discipline was not followed by the staff at the counter.
    1) No arrangement for people to stand que, People who maintained basic discipline were suffering and waiting in que and people not standing in que were served 1st.
    2) No separate que for ladies was acceptable, but then basic understanding ladies should have been given priority since lot men standing behind were falling on ladies due to hurry.
    3) SWAP machine available at counter, but the people paying through cards have to come and stand again in different que for swapping the card which ideally is not the process.
    4) I think it is center managers responsibility to have a adequate staff at the counter, we were told that there was rush, hence such things happened, the funniest party was couple of staff on the other side of counter were least bothered of the rush and attending there cell phones same was seen by manager in CCTV footage as well, but as told earlier he was VERY MUCH INCAPABLE.
    These people charge Rs 180 to 200 for Popcorn of 20 Rs and still unable to deliver the quality service and good food, when raised concern these 3rd class staff has so much attitude that hardly speak to the customer in a proper way, since most of the times Kids are with us hence it becomes difficult for us to avoid buying such food stuff at a PREMIUM.
    We pay money to get entertained in good way, but these days watching movies @ multiplex had become wasting of your own HARD EARNED MONEY & instead of entertainment we most of the time land in dissatisfaction due to the management of the center.

    These time i am sure i will take these issue to the highest concerned authority, so that the staff Mr Chavan ( Center Manager) Mr Rajkumar (DM) & Mr Shaikh (ESP) should face the music.

    I request management to just have look at the footage of the movies interval, rest it will be understood by them.

    I am very clearly expecting the termination of the respective staff, without showing any sympathy and i need confirmation of the same in writing as well from the management.

    Me too similar bad experience with staff at PVR, Kormangala, Bangalore.

    I booked in advance snacks (Popcorn and Pepsi) online along with movie tickets (AUDI-2).

    During interval my wife went along with my kid to collect the same. PRASHANTH the person at the counter advised us to go to another counter at AUDI-8 saying that Pepsi was not available with him.

    We went to AUDI-8 to collect the same. It was all okay at AUDI-8 counter. On the way back I saw customers collecting Pepsi from AUDI-2.

    I asked PRASHANTH as to why he redirected us when Pepsi was available here. To this he replied that it was not good Pepsi.

    If it was not good why was he selling it. If he had to serve Pepsi anyway what was the need to redirect us.

    PRASHANTH probably wanted to treat online/advance booking customers cheaply or that he has got some mental problem.

    It has been 4 days since I wrote to PVR ([protected]@pvrcinemas.com) from my designated e-mail id and there is no resolution till date.

    Someone, who is conscious of their image would have responded and resolved with any delay. PVR definitely has a different way of looking at concerns/complaints since PVR is least bothered about customer concerns/complaints.

      No option to cancel booked ticket in PVR Official App and no response from Customer care

      Ticket not booked but amount debited from my account

      I try to book the ticket for bahuballi 2 in pvr cinemas mobile app on 27th april, while doing the booking the amount is deducted but ticket not confirmed, and again tried and happen same thing. So i lost 273*2=546 rs. Then i compliant to customer service also and they said the amount will get credit within 48 hrs but still not credicted after 3 days....

      Dear sir, I Gyan Prakash Srivastava had booked ticket in PVR phoenix at Lucknow.. Movie name was Bahubali, show time.. 4.55 ..on dated.. 29.4.2017 ..seat no. N-5 . Actually the problem was what seat I booked that was broken. I informed the management. But till show end I was sited on broken seat. So careless stoff was over there. Kindly do needfull. Yours.         Hi,

        I booked three tickets for Bahuballi 2 through PVR website online. They deducted 746.52 rupees from my credit card but i didn't receive any confirmation mail regarding booking of my tickets. Later I received a mail regarding bad transaction from [protected]@pvrcinemas.com stating that a bad transaction occured in my account. So If my tickets are not booked, I want the money to be refunded ASAP.

        Karnataka Government has ordered on 26 April 2017 all the multiplex has to charge rs-200 for movies ticket but in Bangalore they are charging rs-600 per ticket.i have booked the tickets for 27th april evening 10pm show in online pvr website but they charged me rs-1200 for 2 tickets kindly check this and refund my money asap.
        It's a Atrocious move in Bangalore having tickets rate as 600, 700 etc.

        People will see only greediness on you guys, pls learn from sathyam cinemas and even Inox is better.

        High time you all stop this humongous money making pls.

          Even though we had reached 1.30 hour before the show time to collect the tickets.. We were said the booking is cancelled without any proper reason and prior notification. I even have video proof to show pvr employees selling ticket in black to others..

            Since 3 days, I am searching to purchase tickets for Bahubali 2 movie in PVR, SUJANA FORUM MALL.
            When I enquired about tickets. Management had informed me about giving tickets directly at FORUM MALL at 10 a.m on[protected].
            I went to Theatre stood in row and after giving approximately 1000 tickets Theatre people told tickets for 27, 28 have got finished.
            Moive is playing in 8 screens with approximate 300 seating capacity per screen per show. Overall there should be 9600 seats per day for 4 shows.

            So my question is what happened to remaining 8000 tickets for[protected].?
            There were no tickets present in online.

            REQUESTING THEATRES NOT TO DO SUCH KIND OF CHEAP THINGS AND DON'T LET DOWN YOUR BRAND IMAGE.

              I have pvr m-coupens with me and when i tried to book pvr cinema for date 29 april 17 - saturday show @ pvr pimpri pune location and tried to apply one of my m-coupen code which i have then system shows message like "this code has been expired" even though the code is in valid date period.

              Second thing is that, when i tried to apply on day - before (I. E. Friday) for same pune location booking same...

              I sent an email to '[protected]@pvrcinemas.com' and '[protected]@pvrcinemas.com'' on 28th March 2017 requesting for bulk booking for Baahubai 2 on April 28th 2017 for PVR, Inorbit Mall, Hitech City- Hyderabad. I received a reply from Mr. Jagath Ravikumar on 5th April 2017 with the quotation and the last sentence of the email clearly states " The commercials given above are tentative for now as the final schedules will be made as per your confirmation". As per this sentence I called him multiple times to tell him that we are confirming the booking but he backed off in the last minute saying he cannot give us the tickets and directed to go to the site in Hyderabad, Hitech City, Inorbit Mall, PVR and meet the duty manager to check if he can help us with the tickets. On 25th April 2017, at 4pm we went to the duty manager to check for the tickets. That man asked us to come back again the next day (26th April 2017) at 1pm and meet the cinema manager - Mr.Naren. We went back again the next day at 1pm and asked for Mr.Naren. But nobody there was ready to make us meet him. At last one man called Rintu Roy, a duty manager, said Naren is extremely busy and he cannot meet anyone now but he advised us to drop an email to cm.[protected]@pvrcinemas.com and [protected]@pvrcinemas.com and assured us that Mr.Naren would reply to our email by 8pm on the same day. He even shared his own number (Rintu's) too. We sent 3 follow up emails to Mr.Naren and called up Rintu on his mobile around 25 times on April 26th 2017 for the tickets. Naren did not reply to our emails and neither did Rintu pick up our calls. We even called him this morning multiple times and he kept disconnecting our call.
              This is utter disrespect for customers and definitely not acceptable from a reputed brand like PVR. I understand the complications involved in this particular movie but we are not bringing any loss to PVR in anyway. Moreover, we should have been told clearly that tickets will not be given to us so that we did not have to waste our time coming out of the office hours just to meet these so called managers. One straight information, either a straight forward reply on phone or a straight forwards reply from Mr.Naren should have worked out. We have not even asked for any discount. We even assured we'll make the payment right away. On the two duty managers and Bengaluru, DGM - Jagath Ravikumar's directions, we came to the site twice from a corporate company to request for tickets but we were given false and misleading information by Mr.Rintu who was not even willing to make us meet Mr.Naren and who ill-treated us by not answering our calls properly.
              I'm sorry to say that our entire team of 160 members is utterly disappointed with PVR and their misleading behaviour towards their customers.

                Hello there,
                I have booked 2 tickets of bahubali 2 for 28 april at 7.00 am pvr arved transcube, ahmedabad theater from book my show. But today i dont see this time of show on same site bookmyshow.com. I am confused about if show is canceled or what.
                While i am going to call customer suppoert or other telephonic number, no one response.

                Response not get from any pvr contact number. Either is delhi or mumbai number. No any number can response. Even customer service number is useless.

                O please kindly make customer service system smooth. Now i need to go there at theater personally and also get headeck now.

                One side government advice for no cash transaction and here we faced this kind of stuffs. So where we need to go now? We just want to waste our times and all??

                    Dear Team, I really love the charisma of pvr cinemas but I was really disappointed when my experience of watching baby boss with my kid was ruined at pvr dehradun. The ticket you charge is 275 rupees per person but the 3d glasses are not available for kids. So pls provide 3d glasses for kids as you charge them in ticket. The quality of normal 3d glasses is also bad..pls help in this asap..

                      I have been visiting PVR Diamond Plaza for years. For few days the authority here is denying tickets to people who are carrying bags. Is this the way you deal with customers? We cannot enjoy a movie just because of a bag. Isn't it too weird? Please take a step against PVR Diamond Plaza or else should we go to the consumer forum? I am missing all the movies please take steps.

                        My name is Himanshu and I live in Jalandhar. I want to file a complaint against PVR Cinemas. Today I visited MBD Mall in Jalandhar City to watch a movie in PVR Cinemas. The price of the ticket was 190 rupees but when I asked for the ticket they told that the prices rupees 290 which included 190 rupees for the ticket and hundred rupees for popcorn and cold drink. When I told them that I do not want to purchase the popcorn and cold drink and just want the ticket for 190 rupees they told that it was compulsory to purchase the edible items. Clearly this is the violation of the right to choose under which a consumer is free to choose whether to purchase a product or not. As a responsible consumer I am making a complaint. I want you to take strict action against PVR Cinemas

                          I had booked a ticket for a late night show at PVR Logix (Noida). A few hours before the show, I received 5 calls from a stranger who claimed that he got my number from PVR staff at the cinema counter, and that he wanted to exchange one of his seats for mine.

                          How and why did the staff share my contact details with a complete stranger? Are they authorised to do so?

                          If suppose it were the contact details of some lady, who was then stalked by these strangers, would PVR take responsibility for the same?

                          I was booking ticket for pvr, flames mall Ludhiana using my nearby voucher but transaction got failed 6 times. Shame on pvr cinemas. I have bought voucher and still its not getting redemed.

                            This happen on the8th April 2017 at the PVR cinemas, Orion Mall, Bangalore.
                            My son is 9 years old and a US Citizen. We have recently moved back to Bangalore for our kids to learn about our country and the great culture we believed for so many years we lived abroad. Today was a shame to what my belief. My son who is 9 has severe food allergies to peanuts, treenuts and sesame. I had food for him that always carry with me where ever we go. I do not want my son to be discriminated because of his food allergies. I was stopped by the security before entering to movie hall, my back pack was checked and I was asked to check in my back pack at the bag counter despite my explanation of our situation. I told the security girls who have no education or any empathy what so ever nor do they have courtesy addressing people.I had medicines, like my sons epipen injections, his inhalers, benedryl, his antihistimine medications. I called the Managers whose names are Deepa and Deepak who were as ignorant and illiterates like the secirity guards. They did not let us carry our food bag with us. I told them it was for a 9 year old who will want to eat like any other viewers in the movie theatre who are allowed to take giant box of pop corn and beverages. India thinks it has changed. The people have an arrogance that just cannot be justified. They are so barbaric, inhuman, so rude. My both kids 14 year old and the 9 year old stood listening to the managers insisting we do not take any food for my son. In 18 years of my living in the US, traveling back and forth to my homeland, my place of birth that i was proud of took a tumble. Thre is food allergies for real.Please educate your employees PVR before you hire them for the job. Ask them to listen patiently, be emphathetic. I wish these kinds of behaviors from higher authorities does not happen ever again.

                            On 16/04/2017 i have watched Mister Movie in PVR cinemas At FOrum sujanamall in hyderabad.
                            In the break time i spent 480rs for snacks.
                            But the bill was deducted twice from my axis debit card.
                            Please help me in resolving this.

                              Sir, I have booked 02 seats for the Malayalam movie '1971-Beyond Borders' and my seat number was G1&G2 for the show at 0930pm on 07/04/2017. During the show after interval, some people interrupted the show and the show was stopped for more than 01 hour 30 minutes. They blocked the exit way and began a protest. Nobody from the theatre management intervened the matter and gave us further information about the show. Being a reputed company, we are having a lot of expectations from you. Therefore it is requested you to kindly get into the matter.

                                I booked tickets via bookmyshow for a different date mistakenly. So I asked the bookmyshow support if I could get a refund buy they said I have to connet to the cinema. So is there any way in which I can get a refund. Please tell me anything that can be done to get a refund of the same. If not can you change the date for today's show? Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am writing from Bangalore. Today I booked for a show through book my show and unfortunately chose the wrong date. And there is no provision to make any changes through an execute from bms or pvr. I understand and accept that it's my fault to have overlooked the details but I think there should be a provision to help customers in such situations. I am sure you guys have access to make necessary changes and shouldn't completely overlook the possibilities of human error.

                                  Please enable a facility to be able to make changes to the bookings atleast within 10 or 12 hours of booking. Otherwise, the money paid is a complete waste.

                                  Hopefully you will address my concern and suggestion.
