Being Rude with customers

I had Ticket of the show at 3.00 pm. It was around 2.20 pm when i got to cinema but me and my friends were not allowed to enter. They asked me to come before half an hour before show. This was quite insulting. Even the security man was behaving rude. I asked to call the manager but i was not allowed to meet him and was asked to come after 15 minutes..
This is not the ethics. PVR is a great company and the cinema located at Acropolis-...

I would like to bring forward a complaint against PVR CINEMA. Yesterday i bought 3 tickets (prime) & i opted to pay online through net-banking service (SBI) from internet. Everything went well , or as it seemed , i successfully was redirected to the SBI net-banking site & i successfully completed the transaction against AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE , which is also included in my account statement of INR 345/-...

refunding of money

Account wrongly charged and money not refunded

I had tried to book 2 tickets for My Name is Khan on the 20th Feb, 2010. Due to some glitch in your site the tickets were not issued and my account was wrongly debited for Rs. 170.

It has been more than 20 days and the money has not been refunded. I did not receive any email or sms confirming the issue of the tickets and the message on the website said "if the money has been debited, it will be refunded".

PVR Cinemas- Money not refunded

Hi,

I was trying to book 3 tickets for 3 on 24th december, 2009 but the site said transaction failed. Hence i did not get the tickets but my money for 3 tickets (rs 585/-) has been debited from my citibank account. Also the tickets don't show in the booking history.

Failed online booking but Card charged

I tried 4-5 times to do online booking througfh PVR website on 26th December 2009. However, on finally calling up your customer care number the CSR told me that it is not allowed today and you will have to buy tickets in person, which I did later in the day.

However, later on I realised that my account was debited 5 times, once for the koisk booking and 4 times when I attempted online.

I have tried to book tickets on PVR site on the date[protected] for 3 . I tried twice and both the times the transaction was unsuccesful. But the money is not yet refunded. I hav contacted the payment gateway CCAVENUE. they replied that the money already transferred to PVR so i should contact them only. I also mailed PVR site([protected]@pvrcinemas.com) on Jan9,2010. Refund of Online Booking Failed

I made online booking on 24th Dec.2009 twice but failed, made payment through NetBanking, send mails, made telephonic complaint on 30th Dec.2009, but till date no action from PVR Cinemas, I am doing online payments for many years but by these type of responses from merchants made online transactions insecure. PLEASE HELP....

I had booked tickets from PVR website on 24th Dec for 27ths 3 show in PVR SAHARA MALL,GURGAON. I Booked 2 tickets of 3 movie but i did not get the transaction id. Amount of 340 is deducted from my mom's net banking account. I send a email also to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com but no response. i Don't know what to do now.

Refund Of ticket amount to credit card

Hi,

I booked 4 tickets for 3 online for PVR Goregaon, Mumbai.The transaction failed and I was not delivered the tickets. The website showed a message that the money will be refunded to my account but it has been two weeks since an the money has not been refunded still.
