On O4/07/2011 , I purchased 3 tickets for a PVR movie (located in Juha, Andheri W, Mumbai) by using my ICICI internet banking account, the purchase transaction o[censored]nsuccessful due to website technical issues and i have acknowledged that if the money have deducted from my account i will be refunded, Its now more than a week , I don't see the money refund to my account yet.
i have charged for RS 1050. I have sent an email to PVR customer support but there is no response, i need my money back, can some one help me how i could complaint about PVR Cinemas and get my money refunded, Will appreciate your help
