I booked two tickets in guwahati PVR City centre for 27.03.2023 for John wick chapter 4 at audi 05..The price of the tickets are 180.00 each, which is a prime class. Total amount should be 360.00 but SURPRISINGLY 400.00 WAS THE PRICE WHILE PAYING. Including GST it was 468.44 but in actual it should be 360 + 64.8+2= 426.8
I don't know why they charged 40 rupees extra...

    I visited the pvr cinema in city centre mall, nashik. I carry my bag with me.. I carry prasadam packet with me which I gave to some my relatives post cinema.. But on security check security person not allowed to take that prasadam with me... What kind of policy is this which didn't respect the value of indian culture just for your policy..

      While watching John Wick Chapter 4 in Irrum Manzil, Hyderabad the light behind the screen were switched on after intermission. It remained on for 15min after which I left the theatre since I could not let it spoil my fun of movie.
      This was indeed an act of negligence from theatre side and I seek refund.
      Henceforth, I would think twice before choosing PVR.

        While I was watching John Wick Chapter 4 at Irrum Manzil Hyderabad, the lights behind the screen were switched on after intermission. It remained on for almost 15 min after which I left the theatre since I could not let it spoil my fun of movie.
        I would rather think twice now before watching a movie in PVR and that too in 4DX.

        I seek refund for this act of negligence from the theatre side

            On 24th march 2023, for 10.20 pm show for the movie kannai nambathey, i came to the counter at 10.15 pm to buy budget ticket worth 60rs. I was forced to buy a popcorn combo with that. Again additional 60rs. I was made to pay 2 times 60 rs each. One for the ticket and other one went to some other persons google pay. I paid 120rs in total. Kindly help resolve.

              Watching John wick chapter 4 in pvr cinema South x kanpur and experience is horrible there is no sound and movies is not playing properly. Wasting a lot of time in fixing the issue. Please look into the issue.

                I booked 2 tickets for John wick movie today for Friday evening 6:55 show at escape in pvr app and also paid for the ticket through upi the amount was credited and the ticket was not yet reflected in my account kindly do the needful

                    I paid online for two tickets worth 805 INR at Irrum manzil pvt Hyderabad.
                    Money is debited from my account but It didn't show me tickets . I booked it for March 2021 4.10 pm

                      I booked the tickets in PVR offline but they did not give me any online confirmation or offline confirmation for the bookings. I had to take the screenshot from the computer to keep a record. I am not sure if they will allow me or not for the upcoming Wednesday's show (Movie name: shazam 1.15 pm show on 22 march) recliner seats A6, A7, and A8.                             Hi, my self kailash. On 17th March i was trying to Book the tickets on pvr application. During this process( phonepay UPI) my money (361Rs)got deducted but ticket was not book. I checked the booking details twice but still empty description!

                              I bought 2 tickets of movie zwigato for pvr logix noida 12.15 pm on pvr website and the money of ₹950 got deducted and automatically the page shows server error and the money got deducted from bank. I got no message from pvr regarding deduction or movie tickets. I am helpless right now as they are not picking up call. Kindly revert back the money which is being deducted.

                                Hi,
                                We booked 4 tickets of kabzaa in kannada language with English subtitles (mentioned in tickets also). We don't know kannada language, we came 15km far to watch this movie because it having English subtitles.
                                But they were no subtitles playing along with movie. We asked multiple times with staff management to provide that. But they didn't. Then why they are mentioned in tickets ??. Worst experience with " MALL OF JAIPUR " PVR Cinemas. Atlast i didn't understand the entire movie and all our 4 tickets got wasted. Can i get any refund ??

                                      When I took the ticket and decided to enter the cinemas I was told that we are giving entry only 15 mins before the show.
                                      After couple of minutes a girl came to watch the same show and she allowed to enter the cinema.
                                      This kind to actions must be stopped at PVR.

                                        Recently when I reached to PVR and asked for Shazam 2 English show tickets, they said the show is cancelled I don't know the reason.
                                        Also they are not allowing us inside the cinema just 25 min before the show.
