Hello, I received an invoice dated 21 Feb, transaction id : 16359186 of PVR, Oberoi mall, Mumbai.

However, I haven't purchased the items in the invoice. Probably somebody else is using my pvr account. Please look into it....

I’ve chosen pvr for the best quality of sound and visuals. But this branch of pvr, Mallapur at Hyderabad has got worst sound settings.
Inspite of complaining multiple times at the counter, no action was taken. Everyone here are closing their ears and watching movie.
Plz do take action when you are charging 200 for a movie.

I booked a ticket at Trivandrum PVR superplex at lulu mall tvm. I booked on 17th February 2023 for the movie Antman and the wasp quantumania. I am a registered member for PVR privilege points. But no privilege points were credited to my profile till now. I booked my ticket in IMAX screens which worth an amount of ₹630 for a ticket. So kindly do the needful.

Worst cinema dnt go here they are doing scam i have booked a ticket of shahzada on Saturday for sunday movie show i reached on time watched their adds and trailers for 20 min then movie started was pathaan then when i came out they said your show is cancelled they dnt even bother to inform and this is the third time it happened to us then they said your money will be refunded its been 5-6 days i got nothing then there customer care manager called will give you ticket for any other show you want and when i said give me ticket of evening show of the same movie they dnt even call or reply when i called they have put me on hold for more than 40min still on hold can check the screen shot also

I booked 3 tickets from the Pvr app and paid via GPAY the transaction was successful but I didn't got the nor its showing that I have booked the ticket it very disappointing since I used 250 giftcard and it's also redeemed.
So 619 rs from gpay and 250 voucher got wasted

I lost my apple watch ultra at PVR LuLu International Shopping Mall Kochi on 06 February 2023. The watch has an orange strap im sure I put it in a cup-holding section, and I checked my home CCTV footage and found out after coming from PVR item was not found on my wrist. I was looking everywhere, but I couldn't find it, but last I checked on my CCTV and found out where the item was lost.

Film was to start at 3.10, but we got entry only after 10 mins .
After the entry, it took another 20-30 mins to start with too too much of advertisements

Payment debited three times of rupees 280/- each on 4 feb 2023 to book a single ticket, one amount is refunded on 11 feb and another is still on due, i have complaint two times on venue .

Hi this is Sagar DOP of a movie named "hondisi bareiri" i feel sorry that in Karnataka kannada movies struggling to get shows, kannada movie makers r begging for screens, even if we fight for screens we get noon shows in wh we can't bring audiance at that, "Hondisi bareiri" movie is going well, but we r asking for a prime time from the day it released but we r not getting it, wonder how other language movies r getting it, even wn v have a good response very disappointing.

Hi my pvr privilege points are not getting credited after several purchases at pvr on that app it shows its last updated on 20 october 2022and since then i have made atleast 5 bookings but not points were credited

Given the virulent infectivity of Covid- 19, virus I have been only watching movies at PVR next Galleria Mall Hyderabad, believing that the Carona protocols are satisfactory.
This complaint is though unrelated and pertains to the cancellation of shows at the drop of a hat .In the past 6 months there have been as many occasions (6) of movies most of them highly rated getting cancelled without prior intimation. In 2 instances this abrupt descision not to screen was taken a few minutes before screening after tickers were sold at the counter .I am sure you appreciate the ordeal of commuting to the multiplex and buying the ticket only to learn that the movie is cancelled. The ostensible reason is technical glitch but as is always it is lack of quorum.
Conceding that money makes many things there ought to be exceptions as most of the movies cancelled are world class as was with The Fabelmans in this case.
It is indeed high time that this cancelling of movies being screened is best avoided, more so after advertising on internet as fast filling.

I watched a movie on 10.2.2023, , 5.35 show( Seats H4, H5) at PVR Vegas Mall Dwarka. To my great surprise, there was no interval, no advertisements in the start, no advertisements in the middle obviously as no interval. the movie was over by 7.20 pm. The matter was brought to the notice of service manager Mr Rishab but no satisfactory explanation was offered.
Are you taking Advertisers for a ride?

I have been booking in the pvr app from past 2 years but it's not been updated from 5 months and the pvr previlige points are not been added.

This complaint is in regards with the nonstop text messages I keep receiving from PVR Cinemas for rating the experience provided by them. I had gone to watch a movie for the 1:05 show at Bengaluru Soul Spirit Bellandur PVR Cinema, and had a brought a bottle of water for whose payment I had to give my mobile number. After the movie, my phone is getting bombarded with messages asking for giving feedback for the experience. I had already provided the feedback once when I got the first message, but it seemed to do nothing. I keep receiving the same text message soliciting feedback and this is causing pure annoyance to me. Please do take this matter into consideration and do the needful. Thank you.

Usually PVR Privilege points will be added before the movie ends. But nowadays, Privilege points are not getting added even after 24 hours and even after a week or even after a month. I booked Avatar way of life and it showed me that, I will get 65 Privilege points for booking avatar way of water but still not yet credited.

At PVR STAR MALL GURGAON ticket window employees are asking to pay 100 lRs/Ticket for compulsory food voucher

The visit to PVR panvel theatre was a disappointment due to the poor state of cleanliness. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, it's imperative that public spaces prioritize hygiene and cleanliness, but this theatre failed to do so. The dirty and unclean Recliner with dirt and stains which led to an itching sensation after sitting in a recliner, making the overall experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. The management should have learned from the covid-19 situation and taken necessary steps to maintain a clean and safe environment for their patrons. It is essential to follow strict hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of germs and infections, especially in a public space like a cinema.
We pay our hard earned money for good experience not for this dirty experience

I was entering pvr with my helme and had a backpack with a water bottle in it.
I was denied entry with helmet and bag and was asked to keep them somewhere else by myself. When I asked manager he said it's for security purpose. If you guys can arrange for bike parking then should you also not arrange for keeping helmets if you're not letting the movie goers take helmet because if someone comes on bike he or she will definitely be carrying helmet. And in other cinemas like Inox they don't not deny carrying bags they just open the bag and check them for any potential dangers. This is really unexpected for PVR keeping it's reputation in mind but just because of these stupid stuffs I had to pay 100 rupees extra. So the movie costed my 290 instead of 190. Really disappointed
