This is regarding the two ticket I was booking on 16th December 2022 around 3 pm. I booked two tickets for avatar(using pvr app), for seat 9 and 10 in row k. The money got deducted from my debit card but the transaction failed. So, all I want is the refund for the failed transaction. Kindly revert as soon as possible so that I can go ahead and book my next show with you guys....

While booking the tickets for the movie An action Hero the payment made was debited but the tickets were not booked. I have paid Rs. 391.92 and I haven’t received any money so far.

Could please help me retrieve my money...

The ticket counters are deducting privilege member points without asking customers, and upon asking they are denying.
This is unfair practice, they deducted points worth 100Rs....

I have accidentally booked my ticked in other city. I booked by offering of f&b given by pvr mobile application. Now the customer care is saying they cannot cancel the booking ....

We had booked tickets at PVR, RAGHUL RAJ Mhal, Surat on 10.12.22 for 4DX show at screen 1 for TOP GUN movie. I appreciate the cleanliness and other every thing. But we had purchased ticket for 4DX show but the staff didn't provide us any glass for the show. Since it's the 1st time to watch 4DX show we are not aware that 4DX show comes with glass, only after finishing the movie we came to know that the show come with glasses. Movie is good...

The guy name Abhishek how stand over ticket counter don't have manners how to talk with customer miss behaviour with customer even they are sleeping on duty rude behaviour with us the Pvr cenema is too good but they don't deserve staff like Abhishek please take a strikt action against this complaint because the employee like Abhishek is dis reputed the great cenema like pvr this happened on 6 December 10:30 show...

I've tried to book tickets this morning on the pvr app, the money got deducted from my account but still it's showing nothing about my booking. I've tried calling them and they've been saying my transaction got cancelled and my money will be refunded within 4-5 days...

I had purchased tickets till upto 50.6 privilege points and received message that I had successfully get those points.but in app it again asking to do 0.6 points and showing 49.6 as my points.....

They keep sending 50 plus messages everyday, my life is completly disturbed from thier actions, there is no way to stop this. I desperately need help, they need to penalised for their actions. I can't focus on anything because my phone wont stop buzzing. Companies like pvr need to be punished with immediate effect. They cant get away with these kind of thing and bother people of india in this disgusting actions of theirs. Please help me...

They keep sending messages every single day and there is no option to stop this nuisance. I get over 50 plus message on my phone number and whatsapp. They need to be penalised for this disgusting action. I am frustrated and my life is totally disturbed with these repeated messages. My phon wont stop buzzing. Please i need help....

I have booked tickets on 20/11/2022 from your app but I didn't got my tickets at that time. I have paid for tickets through airtel payments bank account. MODE - UPI. I haven't received the refund to this day. Provide me the refund as earliest as possible....

This complain is about PVR CC2, Kolkata. The staff there were just sitting but not attending to me. Particularly one lady ill behaved with me and showed anger rudely while there were no line of customer that means they were not in hurry. It felt so bad as I was with my friends and she insulted me. The staff were not active at all. Most of the times the counters are closed while they only gossip.

We repeatedly asked her to give us monday night show tickets of 10 or 10:30 pm of drishyam 2. She said there is one timing of 9:50. We visited today pvr cinema in celebration mall, khanna punjab . we try to purchase tickets off line but the ly offer us one ticket for rs.240 in spite of rs 160 . this offer was without food. when we complained for this, ticket- boy say us to book online tickets and refused to give us tickets. so we come back to home without watching movie. this is not good for PVR goodwill....

I booked two tickets for Drishyam 2 at Edm mall Pvr Ghaziabad. Show was scheduled for 18 November 2022 at 9.00 am in the morning.

The movie kept repeating itself at so many points and had to be stopped. The audience was promised a full refund for the inconvenience and relevant details along with booking ticket id, contact details and booking amount. Full refund was promised within 40 hours. Till date we have not received anything....
