Today I visited PVR with my friends and thought we will all have a lot of fun but then I entered the hall and found that my seat is broken and not comfortable at all and the airconditioner was also not working, I wasn't expecting this from PVR and I didn't paid 500rupees for this nuisance.Kindly look into it get me my money back if possible.

Hi I'm vijay here from Hubli today 14/03/2023 i came to watch 10:30 show of my hero Ranbeer Kapoor Movie..but the PVR staff Sayed that show cancelled, when I saw in online it's still available after me 2 more family also visited and they said show cancelled, but the truth is due to less people they not allowed, if in this case why you show in online that show is available, i came all for away here and paid parking fees also in reply i got this kind of ### today, last time month also i came to watch Ant Man and the Wasp at night sow and same thing happened. I wanted the real reason for this or else I would to complaint about this

Bought a large popcorn and 2 cokes combo for INR 890 /-. I asked the 2 men at the counter to give me a receipt. They took my number and said I'll get an sms because PVR no longer gives printed receipts of purchases. It's been 2.5 hours we have left he theatre and no receipt yet. I don't think they even took my number and did it right.. please connect with me, i can provide payment details as i got a debit message at the time of purchase from my bank. Sharing it below for reference anyway

It was suspicious because after my payment they just ignored me like the job was done until i told them to take my number and encash a receipt like pvr has always done.. this time nothing happened and i found it super suspicious and weird with those two men like i was being cheated.. the screen towards the customer front was also not working at the counter.

Also it tasted like it had salt popcorn too while I ordered for caramel and cheese particularly.

Yesterday I visited PVR Cinema Prashant Vihar for watching TJMM movie. We ordered regular coke and cheeze popcorn. As always due to mismanagement, I got normal regular popcorn instead of cheeze and coke had no fizz. I couldn’t have the food for which I spent so much amount. It not happened with me for the first time. Last time we watched Pathan movie and then also the coke had no fizz. When asked from the counter guy, he said “the machine is not working”. Is that the consumers fault? We have paid you for the service and expect to get a good quality good and service. If your machine is not working feed us for free.

I would not choose PVR if this happens everytime. I feel so sad that my money gets waste everytime.

Please refund my money and offer us movie tickets for free.

Hey ! I lost my AirPods Pro at pvr cinemas Shalimar Bagh, city centre mall in New Delhi on march 5th 3023. The case is rainbow coloured . I put it in the cup holder along with my mask. I got to know about it after coming home and after that I called the theatre, the mall and the customer services but neither one of them picked up so after trying so many times I’m writing this complaint. The AirPods were gifted to me by someone really important and hence it is very close to my heart . So if someone found it please revert back immediately!

I'm writing to apprise you about the unfair trade practices being resorted to at your well renowned chain.

I visited Maison PVR- BKC this afternoon where I paid a sum of Rs. 1000 to your employees for two drinks. The guy at the counter returned back Rs. 300 to me and refused to handover the drinks.

Further, he allegedly claimed that I didn't pay him for the drinks at all. Upon confronting him about the whole matter, he demanded us to pay him a sum of Rs. 1000 all over again for the drinks.

This kind of appalling conduct is highly unacceptable. It's mind-boggling to see that your esteemed chain has to stoop down so low to make a buck.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible.

I am experiencing this 4th time that whenever I purchase a ticket from ticket counter then the men at counter always say that I can't give a ticket without food because it is combo and the manager, security guards are also with them. Kindly, see this issue.
I have experienced this at Sahara Mall, gurugram.

Recentlt saw everything everything in pvr cinemas vegas dwarka, delhi in audi 9. it was supposed to be a 4k screening with dolby audio. the audio was good, the problem is how in most of the scenes especially scenes of high depth of field was very low in brightness and sometimes blurry too in a wide shot. this problem is due to theatre bcoz i have seen digital print of it and that quality are not due to artistic choice but theaatre not appropriately using right brightness settings. i dont know how much this issue will be taken seriously bcoz i know reason behind this is economical bcoz they want to increase life shelf of projector bulbs. however giving theatre experience like this will lead them earning 0 in future. i[censored] r interested to take this seriously then do something about it

I went in #PVR Grand Highstreet Pune to watch the movie #PATHAAN on 13 Feb.
I directly went to kiosk and asked for Recliner ticket. The ticket seller on POS gave me option of Non Recliner category ONLY so I booked K8 and K9 in 10 PM show and paid Rs.440 and proceed to Audi 3.

Movie started and I saw that the Recliner Seat is vacant. As my wife is pregnant, I shifted to that seat. 10 Min passed and a person named Nihal Mandre came to me who was supposed to be on the ticket kiosk and asked for ticket. We showed him the ticket and he asked us to purchase another ticket for the Recliner. I handed him a Rs 500 note and asked him to get my tickets updated as I was in mid of movie.
He denied and asked us to shift to another seat. I requested him that since the seat is vacant and also my wife is pregnant so I'll shift in intermission.

To my surprise, he started acting rudely and took me outside in mid of movie and made me purchase the ticket again for Rs 700 and also wasted my 15 mins of movie. Because of him I lost the link and couldn't understand the movie till the end. So basically, I paid for 4 tickets and still was not able to watch the movie with mental peace.

He also told me that he is canceling the earlier ticket and I will get refund in 3-4 days but today 10 days has been passed.

I want this to bring to the notice of @_PVRCinemas @PVRSupport so that no other person can be harassed and mentally tortured by such goons when one is spending time with the family.

have few questions
1) Why Recliner option was not given when the seat was vacant ?
2) Why usher was not there to locate the seat prima facie ?
3) Who gave the permission to this ticket seller guy to come in between and take away our mental peace which was not his duty ?

Request you to kindly refund my money and also get your people rectified.

Not checking tickets inside theatre we pay high amounts to sit back comfortably without any nusense All bringing food of outside without any suitable checking of purses bags any bad crowd of starts disturbing people which are watching movie

Hello, I received an invoice dated 21 Feb, transaction id : 16359186 of PVR, Oberoi mall, Mumbai.

However, I haven't purchased the items in the invoice. Probably somebody else is using my pvr account. Please look into it....

I’ve chosen pvr for the best quality of sound and visuals. But this branch of pvr, Mallapur at Hyderabad has got worst sound settings.
Inspite of complaining multiple times at the counter, no action was taken. Everyone here are closing their ears and watching movie.
Plz do take action when you are charging 200 for a movie.

I booked a ticket at Trivandrum PVR superplex at lulu mall tvm. I booked on 17th February 2023 for the movie Antman and the wasp quantumania. I am a registered member for PVR privilege points. But no privilege points were credited to my profile till now. I booked my ticket in IMAX screens which worth an amount of ₹630 for a ticket. So kindly do the needful.

Worst cinema dnt go here they are doing scam i have booked a ticket of shahzada on Saturday for sunday movie show i reached on time watched their adds and trailers for 20 min then movie started was pathaan then when i came out they said your show is cancelled they dnt even bother to inform and this is the third time it happened to us then they said your money will be refunded its been 5-6 days i got nothing then there customer care manager called will give you ticket for any other show you want and when i said give me ticket of evening show of the same movie they dnt even call or reply when i called they have put me on hold for more than 40min still on hold can check the screen shot also

I booked 3 tickets from the Pvr app and paid via GPAY the transaction was successful but I didn't got the nor its showing that I have booked the ticket it very disappointing since I used 250 giftcard and it's also redeemed.
So 619 rs from gpay and 250 voucher got wasted

I lost my apple watch ultra at PVR LuLu International Shopping Mall Kochi on 06 February 2023. The watch has an orange strap im sure I put it in a cup-holding section, and I checked my home CCTV footage and found out after coming from PVR item was not found on my wrist. I was looking everywhere, but I couldn't find it, but last I checked on my CCTV and found out where the item was lost.
