I have booked tickets for Avatar but did not receive a ticket and the amount has been debited from my account. I had to rebook for it. I haven't received the refund yet. Please look into this asap.

I have booked tickets for Kaapa movie on 25Dec 2022 for the show on 26 Dec 2022 at PVR Nexus Mall Kukatpally at 5.20pm. But tickets are not confirmed though the amount got debited from the account.

This is completely illegal and due to this I am financially and mentally harassed

Today at 25 dec on Christmas, Sunday I have booked tickets for cirkus movie on pvr app but didn't got tickets and total money deducted is Rs 289.76 . please try to send the money back to me as fast as possible

Tickets booked for 26-Dec-2022 in PVR VR mall. 797.58 Rupees deducted against the same but ticket not booked. refund the amount immediately

Booked 3 tickets for[protected] amounting to 797.58, SBI transaction ref no - IGAOWCYAP0. amount debited from bank but tickets not booked, pl refund the same immediately

One of your staff at food counter by the name Vipul was very rude and not professional while i ask for order during movie interval (7.15 pm show, Avatar) on 24 December 2022 at PVR Priya, Delhi. I ask feedback from from the duty manage and he replied that he will look after that but no feedback form was provided.
Please reply with resolution.

This is ridiculous and wasting time of the viewers. It’s cheating in a way.

Hi, I had booked two tickets for 24.12.2022 on Friday that is on 23.12.2022., I had made payment through phone pe, at the first-time transaction failed, second time I tried then transaction was successful. on the second time booking it had taken ticket date as 23.12.2022 wrongly, I have not noticed the error & visited premises on 24.12.2022. At the time of entry, they did not let me in saying ticket is back dated, it was very embarrassing moment for me in front of my fiancée, then I had to buy 2 tickets paying additionally Rs 860 and saw movie sitting in very first row uncomfortably.

I am attaching both the tickets for your reference, I am requesting you to reimburse me the money I have paid additionally for buying extra tickets, also you can consider it as a compensation for loss my reputation in front of public & watching movie in a very uncomfortable situation.

Watched Avatar 2 in 4DX 3D Screen at PVR Vega City Bangalore today. Movie time 10:35am but movie started at 11:15am. 40 mns of ads and nonsense trailers. Coming to the 4DX experience, firstly screen is too small, something like a home theatre and unfortunately we got the first row seats as it was a weekend. Distance between the screen and first row is so less that you have to lift your head up to watch the full screen. It's a neck paining experience of 4 hours. Horrible experience we had at this place. 4DX is just a gimik, seats are not well caliberated and they jerk unnecessarily.

There was a pathetic experience in your Thiruvananthapuram Lulu mall 4DX theatre. We were expecting more from your side. There is NO 4DX experienced in the auditorium. Water spraying, Wind, flash lights, smell, etc not activated. Only the seat drastic movement works.

I have booked for Avatar:The way of Water (IMAX 3D) on 23rd December 2022 10:45 Am in PVR:Lulu Trivandrum. Now it is informed that the show is delayed by one and a half hours and the show only start by 12:00 pm the day . It is very inconvenient that for a person booked ticket costing around 1000 rupees and travelled two hours in the morning to reach the Theatre . Kindly do the needful and give compensation for the inconvenience

ticket booked dated (23.12.2022) for Connect movie on pondicherry for 4 seats amount debited Rs.703.84 but booking was not shown in pvr app also on WhatsApp notification. Kindly process the refund immediately.

I booked the following tickets to watch Avatar movie at PVR Pacific Subash Nagar on Dec 25 at 10:15 hours. Ticket details are :

I have been getting calls from PVR saying due to technical glitch lesser payment has been collected for my tickets, and hence they are initiating refund.

However, it was not expected from a big brand like PVR to go back on its commitment.

Why should customers suffer for the technical glitch at your end. I do not want any refund and want to watch the movie as per my booking.

How to enter the captcha though it is not showing up in the screen ?

Bad Smelling

I Had visited PVR Sangam on 19 DEc at 1910 for the AVATAR show. ordered a tub popcorn from PVR eatery. a CARAMEL and CHEESE Mix. I found the tub was only cheese and 4-5 popcorns of caramel. If this is the silly way of cheating customers and fleecing PVRs idea, or the individual serving I would like a redressal and would like to avoid PVR as much as possible.

Place: PVR Cinemas, Vega City Mall, Bangalore. Transaction ID: 6351397. I made an advance booking of 2 tickets on 13/12/22 for Avatar IMAX 3D for Sunday 18/12/22 10.30pm show. Cost of 2 tickets was Rs 2100, seat no C12 C13. I entered the Pvr cinemas lobby and the security checked us in with the booking ID. As we were watching the movie inside the IMAX hall, 1 hour later a person claimed that it was their seat. During the interval the duty manager of the the theater called us out and told us that ticket was wrong and was scheduled for morning 10.30pm show the same day, the manager asked us to move out. We were removed from the theater in the middle of the movie and made us exit the lobby during the interval. We even asked if we could continue the movie since we have already paid. But the manager Mr Anish refused. The manager did not give any satisfying answers about the money refund or rescheduling the tickets, instead told us that he will have to verify if we had attended the scheduled morning show. We did not attend the morning show, since I made the booking for 10.30pm night show, we showed up only for that. It's a clear error from the staff who booked the tickets. The security checked us in with the booking ID, that's how we entered the cinema lobby. Later we were humiliated, insulted and sent back from the cinema hall at the middle of the movie. Please resolve this issue.

As i clear mentioned thats i want tomorrow ticket but he booked day After tomorrow ticket and even operater also check that message and said it is right that your ticket is book for tomorrow but in message it is clear that it is day after tomorrow
