We have booked prime ticket and next to our seat they are 5 people booked after the start of the movie the recycler is empty so they moved up to there if it is then what is the use of booking prime ticket we can also jumped to recycler if it empty means can u please respond me and parking people is too harsh they speak volger word they isn't know kannada or English only they speaking Hindi very bad maintenance

Here in Guntur PVR CInemas located at 12-29-21 and 49, Naaz Center Rd, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522001, charging very high rates in canteen.

Ex: 300ml Cool Drink charging 200/-, Small Veg Pizaa - 220/-, Small Popcorn - 260/- etc

How can bare common people with such rates?

Yesterday I went to watch Karthikeyan in PVR ripples Vijaywada and the washroom in PVR and mall was in miserable condition. The waiting and food zone AC of PVR we’re not working well and even after paying taxes and such heavy cost 250 per ticket movie the conditions were miserable.

I watched movie with my family members at PVR The cinemas, Guntur today evening i.e 20/07/22 @07:25 PM in screen4. In break time i bought 1 small Popcorn 50gm costs Rs.190/- and Small coke 540 ml costs Rs.200/- total to an amount of Rs. 390/-. on which bases the beverages and food prices fixed at such an abnormal prices. What are the ingredients you are using for above products. Because, the above items costs 5-6 times higher than actual price those are affordable. It seems like and extortion of the money from the citizens who come to get entertainment by watching movies. Those prices are not at all relevant to the Manufacturing and selling by putting even 100% profit. Those prices are highly objectionable. And i felt that, i lost an amount of Rs. 390/- like that, many are getting lost their money by having the beverages.

I didn't expect this from PVP cinemas. Such an aweful experience that we never expected. Broken seat in PVR cinemas. Worst part was, even after complaining the issue, no one resolved it. We were left with no other option than leaving the place.

Desirable Resolution: Refund

I have already compained about this but got no solution.

I have payed for cheese popcorn while booking for my ticket with booking ID WNPLJJ6.
I payed approx RS 330 that was even more than the ticket price I had and all I was served with a popcorn full of salt. I compalined it to the authority but again she gave me the same popcorn without any difference.

The satff served me the same popcorn with no differnce thinking that the customer is fool.
At the end I have to throw all the popcorn

Paying 330 and getting such a third grade service with such an attitude of the staffs is not at all acceptable.

I booked the ticket on the assurance of the option to cancel it.
Now when I login to app or website account I can see tickets but no option to cancel.
Pls help me cancel tickets for tomorrow’s show at 4.05pm at PVR EDM.

75% refund on Ticket - INR 429.25
100% refund on Food - INR 220
Total refund is INR 649.25

But i received below msg from PVR
Dear Raymond Ranjith, Your PVR tickets with Booking ID MBUR[protected] now stand cancelled. Refund amount 526.35 will be processed in 7 working days.

I went to see the movie at PVR Surat .I went to the caffetaria and asked for cold drink . The person at the counter told me that they have only 900 ML glass for Rs 252 ( which a single person cannot drink) I asked him again for a smaller glass but he refused saying that they have only this, or they have combo for Rs 358 having small popcorn with coke . Frustated I asked him to give me 900 ml glass of coke and an extra empty glass so that me and my brother could share .In response he refused to give me empty glass and rather gave me suggestion to have two straws and drink from the same glass. This was so embarrising ! totally shocked !
I asked for the bill which he refused . I contacted the manager there but he also was least bothered . Head to top, there was total corruption .

First of all I want to ask the authorities, can anyone drink such a big glass of cold drink?

Secondly, where are our Indian ethics, the person is suggesting me to drink coke with my brother having 2 straws in one glass?

Thirdly, they refused to give me the bill, why ?

I ask the govt to take action against such expensive refreshments and force the companies to give the bill, moreover the employees should be taught the moral code of conduct .

I had booked a show at PVR Atrium Gachibowli Hyderabad on 17 August 2022 at screen 2 at 22:30pm. I had missed my wallet there. Please kindly help to find my wallet and it contains many valuables.

I've made the booking for raksha bandhan movie on 12th august. Payment was successfully paid but the booking was not shown in the app and thus I was told by Pvr team that I have to make a new booking and that amount will get refunded but its been a week and no refund. I even try to reach PVR contact support on their app but no response from them. I have attached the ref no. and the payment I made. Kindly see to it.

Dear PVR team,

I have booked for 4 tickets for 7:15pm on aug 19th on pondicherry region. As per in the pvr app, I have availed the voucher Rs.50 which should come as 653.84 instead of the total amount Rs.703.84. But instead it got debited as Rs.703.84. I have attached the screenshot of pvr app ticket booking of the voucher and booking confirmation mail.Kindly resolve the issue on priority basis and refund my amount of Rs.50

Movie time was 10.15pm and not yet started its been 10.50pm. we have come through with a horrible experience with pvr cinemas this time.

I was ordered paneer thikka sandwhich but i didn't get my order and my money was deducted u want my money back

Today i.e. 15th August 2022 I visited PVR Madhapur Hyderabad and my wife was carrying KitKat, Snickers and Dark fantasy biscuits for my 8 yr and 4 yr daughter.
The security and their manager V Kiran stopped us and confiscated despite making requests. He infact called his additional security staff to pull us out.

During our argument, he said above ITC and Nestle items are security threat.

I had booked 8 tickets of movie rakshabandhan on 13/08/2022 in PVR deep saket nagar kanpur uttar pradesh of rs. 2560 and I was told that I will get 1200 rs. Coupon of FnB which I got and ordered as well and I was also told that I will get 25% of total amount (2560+1200=3760) i.e. rs 940 as an add-on money in my PVR user ID linked with my mobile no. [protected]. I had not received any amount regarding. Now when I contacted your team on your no. [protected] they told me that the offer was to get 25% points not 25% amount . I am totally confused and highly disappointed with PVR team as I have been watching movies in PVR since last few years and I had really enjoyed your offers. But this is intolerable to give false information to customers just to manipulate them to buy tickets. Atleast provide correct information to customers as they trust you that's why they are connected with you. I want reply as soon as possible as this is highly intolerable and I want the money also which was told to me that I will get.

I went to movie today and i was not allowed to take a Chocolate Inside the theatre.
The security guard took my item and said that he will return it later but he didn't do it.
Later i went to ask him about it and he provided me with wrong item and we had a quarrel for which he didn't apologize.
Aren't we allowed to take a Chocolate Inside the theatre and the behaviour of security was too vulgar.

This is to bring into your kind information that I have booked 35 tickets (details below) for PVR cinema Raipur at pandri city center mall for the movie named Kurukshetra. Right from the start of movie we were facing sound issues as we had already seen the movie at some other single screen we were well aware of the the sound quality of the movie. Along with mine friend and other people who have booked the issue were facing the same problem. We constantly went to duty manager but he said that he trying to improve but the sound quality was at its worst that we were not able to here the dialogues. Till at interval they said that they will try try but nothing worked out. Later at interval they said they have changed the setting and it will improve but again nothing went well til the end of movie. After that too to check there fault is there or not they played trailer of brahmastra movie which also was worst and then they accepted that fault is there. And they said that tomorrow you can come and claim for refund . All this conversation was with Mr.Hemant, duty manager and other staff members. To be specific everything was goin verbal. Today when I arrived inspite of accepting things they said they can't refund talk to our manager Mr. Azim. I tried to reach out to him but couldn't connect to his number. The behaviour of your duty manager is pathetic . He talks stupidity. He just passed the time to settle the thing. But when we demanding the refund they behaving irrelevant. Kindly do the needful as early as possible. I tried to connect to customer care which I was not able to. There is no representative to reach.

I had booked 3 tickets at Grand Mall Velacherry chennai for SITARAMAN tamil movie on 14th August 2022 and my bank account is debited of Rs.578.88 and the reference number is[protected]/pvr limited/20220813. kindly issue ticket or refund the amount to my bank account.

During transaction of 261 rupeee through Debit Card my money got deducted but still I have not received money yet nor the confirmation of my tickets.
