I booked 2 tickets for sita ramam movie on August 12th 2022 at Pvr musarambagh new malakpet branch for 4:40 pm show. The money got deducted but I didn't recive the confirmation of booking or tickets or anything . Kindly please refund back my money .

      I have booked 4 tickets for karthikeya-2 film in PVR mall, Mallapur, Hyderabad through PVR app. I have paid from credit card and money got deducted. But it is not showing in my tickets section. Not even i received single confirmation mail or message from PVR cinemas.Today 10:10 AM show still no response from your side Kindly refund my amount ASAP…

        Hello team,
        I ordered movie ticket from pvr vr chennai for a movie : vinnai thaandi varuvaya, show time : 12:20 pm, date: 13 Aug 2022.
        while booking the seat no: A10, the amount debited from my paytm account. But ticket not booked.

        Order id: VRCM[protected]
        Wallet ref no: [protected]
        Amount debited: 73.05

        I called pvr customer care, first they told me its because of technical issue, and they ask me to wait for 7-8 days for the refund. I asked complaint number from them for the refund. They said they can't see my payment status even though I gave all the payment details to them.

        Please clarify when I get my money back.
        And whom I want to follow further for the refund.

        If it is a technical issue why it's not getting refunded immediately. Kindly take necessary action.

              I booked a ticket for raksha bandhan movie for 12:50 pm show tomorrow..the cost of a ticket was 236 rupees i paid thru Paytm still i didn't get a confirmation from pvr...the transaction occured though..there is no customer care for contacting

                I lost my blue color sweatshirt in Sathyam Cinemas, Royapettah, chennai on 11th Aug 2022 — 22:15 show — movie name: Bullet train, Studio 5(3rd floor) . We were sitting in A row seat numbers A10 & A11. I kept the sweatshirt in the arm rest between A10 &A11. Please check and let me know. It is something memorable.

                  Hi PVR,

                  Today morning I was booked ticket to Viruman movie via PVR App. While that time my amount got charged without ticket booked. So I booked second time I was booked then. Please confirm me when will I get my amount back for the initial wrong transaction??? 550 rs

                    I have booked 2 tickets for bimbisara film in orion uptown mall, old madras road, banglore through PVR app. I have paid from credit card and money got deducted.                       As I was booking ticket for the movie VIRUMAN for 9:35 Am show in vaishnavi shapphire mall, the total payable amount was 579.52 i choose to pay through my gift card which is of 500 it asked for the card number and the pin i added it and even verified it as I clicked pay the pvr page reloaded and there was no transaction and the card was insufficient balance, kindly explain me how the amount is been deducted if the tickets are not booked, kindly refund my amount so I can enjoy my movie experience.

                            Hello Sir,

                            0n 08th Aug my family went to PVR Cinemas along with kids.
                            While going we had Lays snacks for Kids. But while entraining in PVR premises, their stuff checks and asked us to drop the snacks which we brought.
                            This is not acceptable, since they are selling pop corn itself 200 Rs /- and 120-130ml coffee is 130 Rs /-
                            As per Govt, they should allow the outside food also.
                            I am requesting please look into this.

                              Pvr cinemas executive are charging about double what is the updated price for tickets at cinema hall. Ticket price is 99 for the morning show and they are asking for rs 179, asking for convenience and other charges and making double, I don't understand how?? However I hav experience with PVR many times there is no charges at the hall window while booking except the amount of ticket. This is completely unethical to ask for something which is not explainable.

                                PVR, city centre pandari, Raipur serving food in a worst quality container which is so smelly n Stinky, which is unbearable to even hold the container with food/snack served by them. It smell like hell. Also seems unhygienic.
                                This is not expected from a Brand like PVR. They should maintain their serving quality too.
                                Literally that container gave headache through out the movie.
                                And the food got waste too because of the container.

                                    We were 4 girls and 1 boy and we were forced to leave the movie hall in the between because of a group of boys who were behaving like hooligans. We felt unsafe and now we want the refund from PVR as we hardly watched the movie.

                                      During interval me and my friend took our bike for having a drink outside the theatre (as the food is really expensive inside). Security saw both o[censored]s going and he refused us to enter again inside the theatre compound with the vehicle and he rudely asked us to park it anywhere else otherthan inside the parking area. Due to his behavior we had to park it outside the theatre to enter the compound. The bike is worth ₹4 Lakhs. We couldn't watch the rest of the movie wholeheartedly as we were tensed about the bike which is parked roadside at around 11pm. This incident happend in PVR kripa, trivandrum, kerala. Could check the cctv for evidence. This happend right infont of the entrance gate. We pay more money compared to other theatres for better experience but this is what we got.

                                        It's been 3-4 times now that I am being charged extra without my consent and not even getting a bill. Also, they don't give us what we order unless we ask for it again and again. They ask for phone number and tell us that you will recieve the bill in 5min and tell us to enjoy the cinema but the bill is never sent in the message. I have also complained it at their website but never get a response. It's a cheat and violates consumer rights. Strict action should be taken.
