I was booking a ticket for a movie the transaction process was smooth but at the end after the amount was debited from my account it showed bad transaction . After how many days i will get my refund ?

I never ever book tickets agian seriously worst App I want my money back or I want my tickets

Hey PVR, Myself Tejas Acharya I have booked single ticket for Thor: Love and thunder at Orion Mall Malleshwaram Bangalore. My money has been deducted from my account my I have not received my tickets yet. I have attached a payment photo below. Please solve this issue or else I lose my 545rs....

PVR cannot create their own policy that outside items not allowed inside the theatre because as per Cinema Regulations Act 1955 there are no such restrictions and they can't just mention it in T&C of the ticket either. It is consumer right and it cannot be restricted by making company policy. As a one customer we can't fight with the employees because they are doing their job....

I've booked my seats via gpay but the tickets haven't been sent to my mail or my bookings section. I've paid Rs:398 for the tickets. So look into the problem and fix it....

I booked tickets on 30th June around 7pm and my money was deducted from my account through Amazon pay and the ticket was not booked or showing on the PVR app...

I had booked 2 online tickets on dt.30.06.2022 for the movie jugg jugg jeeyo @ 04.25 pm show on 02.07.2022. The money got deducted from my credit card however pvr did not send me any ticket information/details on my registered email (I. E. [[protected]@gmail.com) neither i got any confirmation/details on my online app. Now I am not sure my ticket is booked or not....

I had booked 1 ticket of top gun maverick via app the payment was successful but the tivket booking failed i contacted pvr via call and was told ill get my money it has been 15 days since then...

I have paid rs 386.64 for booking of jujutsu kaisen 0 movie on 1st july the transaction said it failed but the money was debited from my account and didnt get any refund or ticket....

I have requested them several time to put my GST number on the bill but they are very stubborn in doing so.
They are not putting my GST number on the bill nor replying to my mails....

Heavily overpriced food items, quantity too less..extremely unfair and unethical pricing....

Hi am karthik karunakaran i was in pvr vikaspuri Delhi. 2MONTHS back i gone for interview in Dwarka Sec14 for my 2nd round with Pawan sethi first of all He is a lier.
Now the thing is i clearly said in my home me and my father is there my father is a handicapped i clearly talked to him i said i can do only morning and mid shift only ..
He is said okay i will inform to the CM.
In last week the so called CM Mr. Vishal Gupta...

I booked 2 tickets for adade sundara at PVR Pondicherry. The amount was deducted but then I couldn't find the tickets in the app nor sms....

Waiting for more than 45 mins still not opened and no reasons specified for delay. Poor service

I booked 2 tickets on SPI cinemas(PVR) app amounting to Rs.437.48 via UPI. The payment was processed but after the payment, the app shows no tickets or the history if my tickets are booked. The customer support is not picking calls. I don't know how to initiate a refund....
