    I didnot get my order in time as well as manager is not responding properly. They are showing attitude and negligence towards the customers, today including me so many more then 3 people faced same issue. The bill you gave is missing, is said to have gone somewhere. They clashed with us that we had no seat number, no bill if we asked loudly.
    I want the action towards the issue.

    See we are sending you a copy of the bill for the food order.

      I have not received any response from your end, it's almost a month now.

      I tried to book tickets of " godzilla vs Kong " at Mansion IONOX JIO World, BKC on your website "INOXMOVIES com"

      The payent was successful but the tickets we not booked, I tried it 2nd time and same happened, this was a tecnical glitch on your website.

      The amount deducted are as below,
      Rs. 2093.62 and Rs.2418.40.

        I booked 2 tickets for the movie - GODZILLA X KONG : THE NEW EMPIRE (3D TAMIL) (U/A) on April 12, 2024 at 10pm and my money was deducted for it but the tickets were not booked. So I booked 2 tickets again. While my money was deducted and the ticket booking failed I received a message stating that my money will be refunded in 7 - 10 business days but I didn't receive my money yet.

            not got refund after show cancelled by the pvr cinema itself.

            My name is Devansh Mehta and I tried to book tickets from your website for the movie Maidaan on Apr 22, 24 at 0940 hrs. I used a gift voucher for Rs. 500/= and when I tried to pay for the remaining amount using credit card the website did not respond and I was timed out.

            Now when I try to rebook the website says the gift voucher has been used.

              refund not received and poor response from customer care

              On March 25th, 2024 I placed an order for my food using PVR application and I chose UPI payment method. The app redirects me into Google Pay and I completed my payment of 190Rs it was successful. However, the order is not showing as booked in PVR app.

              We booked ticket from PVR app and even paid through upi but it should an app that the tickets for notebook and we will not send any receipt. We contracted the nearby PVR cinema, they told us that the money will be refunded to us within 48 hours but that never happen. We even try to call the numbers that is provided but it will nobody was picking them up so please give us our money back and also the customer service is very bad. Start providing a complaint number to file a complaints.

                Show was cancelled but Refund not Received

                I had booked a show at PVR Growels, Kandivali East, Mumbai. Due to technical issues, the show did not start and the manager took pictures of our ticket saying we will receive a refund. IT HAS BEEN 4 DAYS BUT NO REFUND HAS BEEN OBTAINED. Can you please look into it so I can get refund as soon as possible.

                Yesterday dated 25th Mar, Me and my friend been to Orion Mall, PVR, Bangalore to to watch a movie, We bought cheese popcorn - REgular size rated Rs 390/-

                Once we got in all we got is only unpopped corn for most 60% in each bite it was uncooked .

                Sir does money doesnt matter if it comes from commoners like us, Should we be dressed in hi-fi manner to get the food for money. Iam saying this first we got a popcorn then later that was putback and he gave a other one.

                We are deeply disappointed Sir.

                For us 390 is a huge money only, Spending it only to get uncooked popkernels made us real sad.
                DInt expect in PVR.

                        Yesterday I visited PVR Cinemas in GT WORLD MALL here in Bangalore. The actual movie ticket price was 150. When I went to box office there the staff were forcing me to buy tickets for 250 each in which food is included. I told them that its optional and we can deny it but they didn't agree . Then I asked them to call manager . Even the manager is telling that it's mandatory. I[censored] want tickets for 150 then buy them from online itself. How is this possible. He is not agreeing and arguing with me. Even for the payment they don't anything.

                          We were trying to book Kung fu panda 4 tickets from pvr website. The website incorrectly booked tickets on 21 march 2024 at 5:30 PM IST for the movie which was already started at 5:00 PM the on 21-march. We were trying to book tickets for 23rd march. Not sure why system changed it to 21st- the current day and that too at 5:30. We can share screenshots of the booking time from website. Request you to please reimburse the booking amount. Also, make required corrections in the website.

                            I called up PVR cinemas toll free no. [protected] just now i.e on 21st March 2024 at 14.28 hrs and asked for email id of PVR Cinemas. The person (Mr. Saurabh Kumar Sharma) asked me to pay Rs.10/- online and then he will give me email id...Twice I confirmed with him whether he was from toll free number of PVR Cinemas. He said yes and this Rs.10/- for information has been introduced recently. Is this correct ?

                              I have booked 3 tickets for 14.03.2024 of Article 370 running at PVR ranchi for 2.55 pm show. On 13.03.24 I was informed by PVR Ranchi that show has been cancelled and my money will be refunded within 2-3 days. Till date my money has not been refunded. They are not picking up the phone. This is complete unethical and unprofessional approach towards the customer. I want refund of my money immediately.
