I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and file a complaint against PVR INOX for providing misleading information on their website and mobile application regarding the acceptance of INOX PVR passes for booking tickets. Despite fulfilling all conditions for the 4Dx format on a weekday, I was unable to book tickets for Deadpool 3 due to an error stating that my pass was invalid.

I booked a ticket for 3 people yesterday for the film Inside Out 2, but one of the guys can't make it. So. have to cancel the amount. I know about the T&C and the fact that 75% money will only get refunded. But I am not able to cancel the ticket since the option to cancel the ticket is not present in the PVR Official app.

Please cancel my ticket and initiate a refund.

I had booked a show at PVR Growels, Kandivali East, Mumbai. Due to technical issues, the show did not start and the manager took pictures of our ticket saying we will receive a refund. I had a PVR Gift card valued Rs. 500. I tried to book tickets using the same but I’m not sure what happened, if it was that the PVR official website is so slow, but for some reason the tickets could not be booked and the page was refreshed, taking me back to the website homepage. I've booked two tickets for the movie chithha in Pvr Aerohub, Chennai 9:10 AM show, for 28th Sep in pvr cinemas app for ₹433 in Gpay, which I have the screenshot . I booked two times for chandramuki -2 both the times my money got deducted but ticket was not generated. I didn't find any customer care number to talk about it.when i tried Booking both the time were loading then i got the tickets from counter.My ticket is not generated i will attach the necessary proof below . the counter bill Alone generated and sent to my WhatsApp number other two i didn't get tickets and still not yet refunded...

So i tried paying by card but there machine was not working then they asked me to pay via upi so i did and it was successful but they claim that they do not see it at there end and hence i need to raise for refund.
