I am writing to follow up on a ticket cancellation that I processed on September 2nd, 2024. The cancellation was for two tickets to the movie "G.O.A.T, " originally scheduled for September 6th, 2024, at 1:35 PM at INOX National, Virugambakkam, Chennai.

As of now, I have not received any confirmation regarding the refund. Additionally, I have noticed that the tickets are no longer visible in the PVR app, but I have not received any email update concerning the status of my refund and also the cancellation of my two tickets.
