This is to bring to your notice that PVR Maruti Solaris Anand Gujarat have very rude staff and very bad behavior. They disturbed me during the movie 3 times asking me for a ticket. Spoke with rude manager and said it's a routine check. But only I was asked ticket 3 times during the movie. It's really embarrassing.

    Misleading information about PVR INOX passes on their website and app

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and file a complaint against PVR INOX for providing misleading information on their website and mobile application regarding the acceptance of INOX PVR passes for booking tickets. Despite fulfilling all conditions for the 4Dx format on a weekday, I was unable to book tickets for Deadpool 3 due to an error stating that my pass was invalid.

    Not able to book tickets via pvr passport.

    Refund not processed for cancellation

    I booked a ticket for the movie, “INDIAN 2” at PVR in the In VR Mall Chennai. I had to cancel the ticket today, but there is no sign of the ticket after cancellation. When I clicked the “cancel” button, the ticket just vanished. I didn’t receive any cancellation status or refund. What is the status of my cancellation? Is the ticket canceled, or do I still have it? The PVR app is really bad. I don’t know why they can’t even refund...

    On 22nd of June my payment of Rs. 600 was successful but in pvr payment machine receipt was not generated, So we made payment via other UPI mode and both the payment were successful, but refund not received for one transaction.

      Not able to redeem gift card worth Rs. 500, If it is more than Rs. 500 (804) it says insufficient balance in card and if its less than Rs. 500 (464) it says its less then min redeem value. It is very wrong and by any means I cannot get a 500 value of my cart no matter what i add. this is a complete waste of my money and gift card. I need a solution asap.

        I booked a ticket for 3 people yesterday for the film Inside Out 2, but one of the guys can't make it. So. have to cancel the amount. I know about the T&C and the fact that 75% money will only get refunded. But I am not able to cancel the ticket since the option to cancel the ticket is not present in the PVR Official app.

          No refund for PVR passport payment.

          Its been more than 2 weeks since a made the payment for PVR passport of rs.349 via upi.

          I didn't got the confirmation at the end and yet money got deducted from my bank account.

          I contacted your customer care couple of times, they said the payment failed due to some technical issues and money will be refunded within 10 days max...

          I also sent email to them twice but haven't got any response.

          I transacted on 2nd May...its 19th now.

              I didnot get my order in time as well as manager is not responding properly. They are showing attitude and negligence towards the customers, today including me so many more then 3 people faced same issue. The bill you gave is missing, is said to have gone somewhere. They clashed with us that we had no seat number, no bill if we asked loudly.

                I have not received any response from your end, it's almost a month now.

                I tried to book tickets of " godzilla vs Kong " at Mansion IONOX JIO World, BKC on your website "INOXMOVIES com"

                The payent was successful but the tickets we not booked, I tried it 2nd time and same happened, this was a tecnical glitch on your website.

                  I booked 2 tickets for the movie - GODZILLA X KONG : THE NEW EMPIRE (3D TAMIL) (U/A) on April 12, 2024 at 10pm and my money was deducted for it but the tickets were not booked. So I booked 2 tickets again. While my money was deducted and the ticket booking failed I received a message stating that my money will be refunded in 7 - 10 business days but I didn't receive my money yet.
