I am extremely disappointed with the service at your PVR Lulu Kochi outlet. I booked tickets for Mufasa: The Lion King (4DX 3D) on Thu, 26 Dec 2024, 11:50 AM (AUDI 07 4DX), seats CC-J3, J2, J1, J4. The show was abruptly stopped after half an hour and canceled. Your staff assured us of a refund, but it’s been days, and I still haven’t received it.

Adding to the frustration, BookMyShow informed me that PVR claims the show was not canceled. This is outright ridiculous. Why is there such a lack of coordination and accountability?

This experience has wasted my time and money, and I feel cheated. I demand:

Immediate refund of my ticket amount. Rs. 1732
An explanation for this mismanagement.
If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll have no choice but to escalate it further. I expect a swift resolution.

    Bill/receipt for payment made for snacks

    I went to watch Mufasa at PVR Cinemas Juhu, Mumbai on Saturday 28th December 2024. It was the 2.15 p.m. show.

    The card machines did not work at the ticket counter and we paid by GPay, Rs.1560/- . The tickets were sent to a phone number of a member of my group.

    At the snack counter, the bill was Rs. 1720/- for popcorn and iced tea. I noticed again that their card machines were not working and was informed they...

    They said intermision time u can collect with showing baggage coi twr coupon
    When we to again back to collect at intermission time

      No option to cancel the bookings

      We have booked 8 tickets for Dec 4, 2024 and we by mistake booked for hindi show. There is no option on the pvrcinemas site or PVR Inox app to cancel a booking!...

      Booked two tickets for #KALKI2898AD IMAX in #PVR INOX Mantri Square, Bengaluru, for the 7:30 AM show on June 27, 2024. Unfortunately, the show was canceled due to a "technical issue." I used PVR gift cards to book the tickets, and since then, it’s been nothing but a nightmare trying to get a resolution! Case ID: 02925923.

      I’ve called PVR's customer care 50+ times over the months. Each time, they either cut the call or promise to check with the backend team—but NOTHING happens. When the call disconnects (due to their issues), they don’t even bother to call back despite having all my contact details.

      This is beyond frustrating, and it's shocking that a brand like PVR treats customers so poorly. I’ve been chasing my refund for MONTHS without a single meaningful response. Is this how PVR values its customers' time and money?

      @_PVRCinemas—fix this NOW! Your lack of accountability is unacceptable.

        I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your theatre in PVR Superplex, Mall of India, Noida, during the 10 AM screening of Venom in 4DX.

        Unfortunately, I found that the full features of the 4DX experience were not realized during the movie. The expected smoke, water, and scent effects were completely absent, which significantly impacted our enjoyment of the film. My friend and I had high expectations for this unique viewing experience, and it was disappointing to see it not meet those expectations.

        I kindly request that you look into this matter to ensure that future screenings provide the immersive experience that 4DX is known for.

          I visited most of pvr cinemas in chennai where all the pvr cinema halls displaying hindi instruction videos for cinema hall etiquettes
          why they are displaying videos in hindi in non-hindi states, are they trying their smartness to impose hindi on us. If anybody takes video then why the staff denying, if it is in tamil then the person will know it and they won't do it. People coming for movies are not advocates or more educated people to know piracy law, only the vides can educate them but they display it in hindi.

          Also, another scame like thing is, food court in all pvr cinemas in chennai not accepting food card. People availing food card paying money for income tax excemption but pvr not keeping the swiping machine for food cards in food court. Why is it so? any scam is going on, pvr cinemas has to clarify it

              I am writing to follow up on a ticket cancellation that I processed on September 2nd, 2024. The cancellation was for two tickets to the movie "G.O.A.T, " originally scheduled for September 6th, 2024, at 1:35 PM at INOX National, Virugambakkam, Chennai.

                Me and my friends went to see Stree 2(movie name) in PVR BOKARO, initially we were booking tickets online but since the online platforms charges extra amount in the name of convince fees that's why we decided to book counter ticket at PVR BOKARO but to my surprise the counter were costlier than the online tickets for example one classic ticket was costing Rs 170 but the same ticket was been sold at Rs 270 on the counter, when I asked the counter ticket employee regarding the price difference, he told me that the counter ticket price includes a voucher of Rs 150 which I can use to eat the junk food provided inside the PVR premise but if any customer like us who doesn't want the beverages price to be included in the ticket price, there was no option for the same which is against the right of the consumer.
                I want to raise my concern regarding this monopoly of PVR cinemas in my city to improve the cinemas viewing experience.
                I want some strict action to be taken against this monopoly of multiplex.

                  I booked 2 movie tickets for watching INDIAN 2 at inox Marina Mall (Show details - 13 July 2024 3:05pm.ist) due to change in plan cancelled the movie tickets on the same day and booked again 2 tickets for watching indian 2 movie show at pvr heritage 13 July 2024 6pm ist
                  So far I didnt received the refund amount for 2 tickets (Rs.446/-) of the show(July 2024 3:05pm.ist Inox Marina Mall)
                  This was escalated to your representative they registered with case id :[protected]one of the case id )gave details informed me I will receive the refund within 7-8 working days so far didn't receive the refund Did multiple followups reaching customer care representative / even via email they simply register an case give me case id so far amount not refunded still frustrated with pvr cinemas. If i try reaching customer care they just say they have sent mail to their back end team.

                    On July 10th 2024, i had booked 2 tickets for a movie for July 13th and ordered food as well through the PVR online application. (Order id : [protected])
                    Payment was made through UPI, however due to a network issue the website didn't accept my initial payment and i recieved a pop-up informing that my money will be refunded within 5-7 working days. I had to pay once more which went through succesfully. It has been more than a month, and my refund amount of Rs 1604/- is still due and i haven't received any information or response from the customer care center at all. I've called the customer support line multiple times but it was always busy for hours. My complaint sent via the feeback email never got a response back as well. This delay has gone by too far inspite of countless efforts from my side as a customer to contact the support staff to recieve my payment back.
                    I sincerely insist you rectify the issue at the earliest and demand a full refund of my payment as it was supposed to be done 4 weeks back.

                      During my visit, I was informed by your staff that I would receive a 25% discount on food orders. However, upon receiving the bill, I noticed that only a 2.5% discount had been applied. This discrepancy has resulted in an overcharge of ₹1000, which I was supposed to save as per the promised discount.

They disturbed me during the movie 3 times asking me for a ticket. Spoke with rude manager and said it's a routine check. But only I was asked ticket 3 times during the movie.                           Misleading information about PVR INOX passes on their website and app

                          I tried to book tickets for Deadpool 3 through your app today using my INOX PVR pass, but I encountered an error stating that the pass is invalid. I met all the conditions for the 4Dx format on a weekday, but I found out that the terms and conditions were updated on July 8. Why has this update not been reflected on your website or app, especially after 20 days (from July 8 to July 28)?

                          Due to this misleading information, I request either a full refund or the ability to book Deadpool 3 for July 29 at 1 PM at PVR Gandhi Path, Jaipur. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider filing a complaint with the consumer court for misleading practices.

                                I booked a ticket for the movie, “INDIAN 2” at PVR in the In VR Mall Chennai. I had to cancel the ticket today, but there is no sign of the ticket after cancellation. When I clicked the “cancel” button, the ticket just vanished. I didn’t receive any cancellation status or refund. What is the status of my cancellation? Is the ticket canceled, or do I still have it? The PVR app is really bad. I don’t know why they can’t even refund canceled tickets. I want an refund.
