I was trying to book ticket through INOX PVR app on 21 Jan for Main Atul hoon movie my first translation got failed For Rs. 393.44, and i tried again and i booked successfully but my 1st transaction amount still pending i called number of times on your customer care number[protected] i always got assurance you will get your amount with in 7 days but as per your calendar still 7 days not completed actually more than 2...

Yesterday I visited PVR Cinemas in GT WORLD MALL here in Bangalore. The actual movie ticket price was 150. When I went to box office there the staff were forcing me to buy tickets for 250 each in which food is included. I told them that its optional and we can deny it but they didn't agree . I have booked 3 tickets for 14.03.2024 of Article 370 running at PVR ranchi for 2.55 pm show. Dear team,

i booked my voucher with axis bank edge rewarsds.
The pvr wesite did not show the option to settle the rest of the amt of inr 156 after using the voucher .
My voucher showed used and i did not rec any ticket also.

I tried calling them but of no use....

The movie is still delayed by more than 5 minutes just because there was some event held at Audi Screen-1 of PVR RK Cineplex and that too without prior intimation to us. We were waiting outside and then let in late only to see the cleaning still going on. There was lots of inconvenience caused to general public waiting outside the screen/theatre. On these grounds, the PVR Cinemas should be penalised or the audience for the 9pm IST show should...
