I paid for the ticket but I didn't get any message giving me my e ticket. It said transaction failed but the money has been debited. What do I do?

      I booked 2 tickets via the PVR app and the transaction went through and the money got deducted but the tickets weren’t booked. I got a pop up saying the money will be refunded. But still now I haven’t got my money.

        During transaction of 400 rupeee through paytm UPI the link of got expired but money got deducted but not received to pvr cimemas. The staff of PVR said that it will refund within 14 hrs but still I have not received money yet.

            I had enrolled for PVR privilege program on 15-Dec-2021 and in the T&C, it was mentioned that "Members will receive a voucher of Free Privilege Popcorn (Salted) on first transaction of INR.100 or greater, post enrolment".

            I booked tickets using PVR website on 26-may-2022and paid Rs.400, however I have still not received the voucher for popcorn and do not see the voucher in the Privilege section in the Profile. I have not received any message about the Privilege Popcorn as well. Please check and resolve this issue.

              I had booked a ticket for Jurassic World for 11th June and the e ticket link that I was provided working back then but now if I'm opening it is, it's not working. I have reached out to pvr support on twitter but after asking for more info ( which I provided ) they are neither replying to my tweets nor my DM's. I have reached out on WhatsApp and email address provided as well but with same result. Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

                    Today i went in oberoi pvr in goregaon east there i ordered pepsi they charged me 350 rs for pepsi and 350 for popcorns they are charging double and triple to the customers.pls kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I orderd 170 rupee coffee which is not presentable and even tastes bad.Food is overprised and staff is not friendly. I order 2 cup of coffee and a cup of tea which took decades to get me and were even cold and when i asked them to microwave it the staff annoyingly took my complaint and take another decade to give itback to me

                        On 3rd June I purchased 2 ticket of MAJOR in PVR CINEMAS LATUR. The show was in morning the ticket was of 110 each i, e 220 for to so i done payment by card but the staff over there handed me the 2 pvr peri peri peanuts which cost. Of 20 inspite of my refusing and after that I said i don't want it then she told me. Sir we have made bill of this now you have to take this. Very disappointed with pvr service you are just selling your products forcefully I told this matter to another staff member but he also refused to answer my questions. I will never visit pvr cinema ever. The transaction ID of tickets was 7275206

                          We ordered 3 plates of momos. 1 veg momo and 2 chicken momos. All of them were such waste quality momos. Stale chicken and cold food. And that too charging 1300 for the 3 plates.

                          I am ok to pay that much for good food. But it is the worst quality momo i ever had.

                          I want a refund for these dishes.

                            I booked for Vikram tamil movie in S2 Perambur for 6:30 pm show on 7th June, 2022. When I paid through GPay, amount got debited from my account but i didn't get ticket confirmation message. Transaction ID:[protected]. Please do the needful for refund of my deducted amount.
                            This is the second time I am facing a issue. Worst online ticket booking experience in PVR website and App.

                                  During the booking of show they asked for money without mentioning that popcorn will be given along with ticket.ticket of 3 will be only rs 390 but they asked for 490 without telling it.as per competition act guidelines it is compulsory to disclose MRP and it is Non fair trade activity.
                                  So it is my humble request to pls issue full refund of rs.500 asap without any delay .

                                      I tried to book my ticket on PVR app on 3 Jun 22 money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked and again I tried to book my ticket and again same thing happened so in this process I lost my 5070 rs without booking any ticket. I want my money back. Pls look into the matter. Thanku.
