    I booked two tickets on Friday 7, May 2022 for an English movie playing on Sat 8 May 2022 at 01:45pm. The booking was not successful, I did not get my tickets or any confirmation whatsoever but the amount 860rupees was deducted from my account.

    I went to the PVR lulu mall the next day of the movie, they told me they did not receive anything from my number or email and they cannot find me on their system. They again told them I would get my refund, even now I did not receive anything. Please help.

          I had booked ticket at PVR, Phoenix high street mall Pune. For the movie doctor strange in the multiverse of madness. Ticket was booked on 6th May 2022. For the 7th May 1.40 pm show. We paid in cash for two tickets. Rs 680only. The tickets had to be messaged to us but we haven’t received the same. At [protected].

              Video was stopped many times in between movie. There was no 3D view. Very bad quality. Audio was also of some other video.

                          I was on my way to watch movie Jursey in PVR-Bilaspur after work. I reached the enterance 5-mins before the scheduled time of the start of movie. There’s this regular security check, where they never allow you to outside food in cinema hall. A rule which we all have gotten used to. But what I never knew is that PVR also has rule which doesn’t allow you to carry your laptops inside the theater. The worst part is that the staff there are very rude. They will point you the rule written somewhere on some wall saying carrying laptops inside the theatre is prohibited.
                          I was ok with that . So I asked them where I can submit my laptop. The staff rudely told me that give us in writing that management will not be responsible for the loss of the laptop .
                          They person behaved so rudely with us and literally said bad words to us.

                                Pvr dehradun beverage desk guys are overcharging us in the name following covid protocol for not issuing physical bills. Upon denying giving phone numbers (because they send unwamted sms later) physical bill was nor delivered. Upon asking forceabily the guy has overcharged and was unable to exlain the bill details. Desk incharge ajay. Reporting manager paras was defending him labelling as a mistake instead of accepting as a deliberate attempt. Bill no: 0030547 (dated 02/05/2022). Pvr portal to accept complaints not working. Covid has already caused so much pain to society and pvr is increasing that agony of people minting black money under the shadow of covid. Shamefull, pathetic. They refunded the money but the amount from they have made in covid protocol shadow is enormous.
                                Physical bills shall be made available till the covid protocols are relaxed.

                                    On 13/4/2022 I try to book ticket and food using PVR app. But the transaction is failed and no tickets where booked... In that failed transaction I have try to redeemed ₹50 coupon which I earned with my earlier transaction. Since no ticket booked the voucher suppose to refund but so far it is not refunded. I already raise complain and feedback in pvr app so far no resolution provided..
