I Prem Lazarus have paid ₹270 for caramel popcorn in VR Punjab mall, on 25 March 2022. The amount was debited from my bank account but was not shown in the PVR system. So they issued a receipt and said the amount will be refunded in 7 working days. But was not yet refunded. Kindly refund the amount which I paid for the caramel pop corn.

I was booking two tickets for KGF 2 on April 17, 2022. Money was deducted from my account but no tickets were assigned to us.It popped a message saying that "If money is deducted it will be refunded within seven working days".

but its been nearly a month now still haven't got my money back.I also contacted my bank for the same but they told that its PVR side issue.
pls resolve this issue and give back my money.

I've booked a movie ticket dated 12th June 4:15 pm show. Although my payment got deducted and was successful through UPI, I didn't receive any ticket confirmation email from PVR, nor did I receive any response upon submitting this issue to the PVR authorities.
Requesting a refund ASAP. attached are my payment details for reference. Please resolve this issue ASAP

I booked 2 tickets for 9:45 AM for 14th may but after sometime the movie timing changed from 9:45 to 9:00 and received call from Saket, PVR in which person said that movie timing has been changed due to some circumstances and asked if Im comfortable with the timing or not after that I said him tha I could attend the movie that early as I have some other work to attend to so i told him to cancel the movie ticket and refund my full amount. It's been 2 days but i haven't received my refund of my ticket as the person told me to not cancel ticket at my end and now I don't even know if the refund has been initiated or not. Please refund the amount as soon as possible

I had made a transaction through UPI ID for 4 tickets to the movie DON for the date May 16 9:55PM at the Providence Mall, Pondicherry and the tickets were booked on May 15 10:51 PM through UPI. The money was debited from the bank account but the ticket confirmation is not recieved, I am also attaching a screenshot of the transaction without the transaction details as it is personal information and however can be sent if asked privately.

Last night went for a movie at Pvr cinemas, diamond plaza, kolkata for 10.15 show.Seen the price at pvr website 220 per ticket, as i got late for booking so went to the box office for the ticket the guy there said for the same ticket for rs 320, when i asked for the surcharge he said you have to take a compulsory food [protected]@150 which is already included in the [protected]@320.Can i know the reason if i do not wish to take the food coupon am i supposed to pay the surcharged amount.

PVR S2 Mallapur theatre provide the worst theatre experience, showw doesn't start on time annoying ads show must start on time 3:50 pm there were still playing ads at 3:50 that too at full volume. These people are ruining movie experience, charging high prices

I have visited pvr pathankot on 14 may my ticket was booked at 10.10 show in interval my kids demanding for popcorn and Pepsi so I went to pvr food court as such every one know pvr food is bit expensive but for kids everything I asked the attendant for 5 popcorn and 5 Pepsi he charged me 1000 rs for this . I asked him for bill .where is the bill than he asked me for my number after forcing many times he send me the bill on my number. When I checked the bill .there were 5 burgers were also showing .than I went to food court again and asked why you people making fool o[censored]s why don't you give this combo before.than they have any ans.even on 9may same was happened. This is not expected from this much .one thing is clear all the people which were there including Manger was part of it.this is totally ridiculous. Is pvr known for cheating or comfort?

I am aryan i was bought two tickets of dr strange in ghaziabad vaishali sec 3 pvr 14 /may/2022 our total is 450 with gst but they give us popcorn packets forcefully with extra charge is it compulsory Or not

Interval was very short, stall were crowded. Manager was arrogant

This is the worst experience in pvr cinemas Ampa skywalk today l booked 3 tickets for movie Don at 7.05 p. m ( seat no. B3;B4;B16)show but the same all 3 tickets were sold to some other persons and when we reported to staff he also checked those tickets but confused and he told to sit in row A. I got very much irritated. This is the way treating pvr cinemas customers??Because of this we missed 15 min movie and also got frustrated

Although, my payment got deducted 2 times amount is 600 and 450 was successful through UPI, I didn't receive any ticket confirmation email from PVR, nor did I receive any response upon submitting this issue to the PVR authorities.

On 11th May 2022 I book four movie ticket for the film Jana Gana Mana in LuLu gold Ernakulam. I paid the amount through Paytm wallet the amount was 1721.84. Amount was detected from my account but the ticket was not booked. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible to my account I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction

Today on 11th May 2022 I went to PVR Bareilly to watch Movie (KGF -2) at show time of 10:50 PM. The Price of one ticket is Rs.220.00 as per online platform such as PAYTM, BOOK MY SHOW.

I asked the staff at the Booking Counter for one ticket. I offered 250 Rupees, The Staff was so rude / unprofessional asked me to pay Rs.290.00 for one ticket.

I urged that the price of one ticket is Rs.220.00 then how you can...

I was booking tickets for Doctor strange on 10 May 2022 at 12:20am for 484rs. While booking tickets payment was made and then suddenly PVR app showed that booking did not happen and now i have my account deducted for the same i want refund back. I couldn't find customer support on PVR app so i need a way to contact them for full refund process as 484 rs was deducted but i did not get tickets

I went to PVR Sahara Ganj Lucknow to watch Movie (KGF -2) at show time of 7:30 PM. The Price of one ticket is Rs.180.00 as per online platform such as PAYTM, BOOK MY SHOW.

I asked the staff at the Booking Counter for one ticket. I offered 200 Hundred Rupees, The Staff was so rude and unprofessional asked me to pay Rs.350.00 for one ticket.

I urged that the price of one ticket is Rs.180.00 then how you can charge more than the price. He refused to answer and said why don't you book online and pay convenience charge. I was shocked with the behaviour of PVR staff.

I again requested this is not correct and you can not charge such price. He said we are giving food coupon of Rs.150.00 with the ticket. I said I don't want to eat anything and refused to pay approx. double of the amount.

I am not sure whether it is the policy of PVR as a whole or a particular PVR Cinemas.

I am so disappointed with the experience and request you to take action against such incidence.

I am sure this type of behaviour and excess money over and above the applicable price is not the policy of PVR.
