Hi.. This is Anupriya.. Today I visited PVR CINEMAS in Vega City Mall, Banergetta road, I paid Extra Rs.100 for getting popcorn.. For Rs.280 I paid 380 by mistakenly.. Pls consider this and try to refund back.....

On 13/4/2022 I try to book ticket and food using PVR app. But the transaction is failed and no tickets where booked... In that failed transaction I have try to redeemed ₹50 coupon which I earned with my earlier transaction. Since no ticket booked the voucher suppose to refund but so far it is not refunded. I already raise complain and feedback in pvr app so far no resolution provided..

I have booked 3 tickets at PVR Vijayawada for RRR Mar 1st, 3:45pm show through PVR app. Money got deducted but I have not received tickets....

Please 😌 find the my payment TRN FOR booking even i don't get booking confirmation...

Today[protected] I've booked 4 tickets, I paid 1394 via UPI, But no booking is showing in my account. They didn't send any notification about payment errors or ticket booking confirmation....

Not really here. to complain but I just want to see if the company is responding in this kind of situation. you are doing good guys, it is like playing in an online casino like in casinodaysindia.com...

I have paid for Acharya Movie tickets through Phonepe.Payment was successful, but ticket was not generated......

Butther which they have used is not fresh and smells so bad....

I tried to book a ticket payment got deducted but booking not confirmed. I booked again and again money got deducted. Please initiate a refund of one transaction....

Booked tickets via pvr cinemas app on April 11th and made payment through gpay my money got debited from my account and tickets not booked waited for refund as it getting late complained to bank they said merchant not responding so refund cancelled and contact gpay customer care they said to contact merchant or bank. There's not even proper customer care for pvr. Please refund my money

My self kranthi, I had a bad experience while seeing movie on 26th of april, my booking is WFW3CGM, there are so many mosquitoes, I clicked some pics, but I didn’t expected this from PVR cinemas which is leading chain of screens in our state...

I had come to pacific mall, dehradun on 25th Apr with my family. I asked for the combo offer for 2 pepsi, popcorn and nachos, which was being screened on the screening board. They refused me that it is not available and offered me 2 small Pepsi and small popcorn for Rs 870. I asked the manager named Mr Sunil and he was a confused manager just trying to cheat people. He misbehaved.
Kindly take a note and take immediate action.

I bought the tickets for KGF2 today (24th April 2022) at PVR Bilaspur at Magneto mall.
I was charged Rs. 1020 for 2 tickets for premium plus saying that it we are getting add-ons amounting Rs. 300 free. However the same was included in the bill. I requested to delete that cost because I won't be availing the add-ons but my request was forcely denied.
I would request PVR cinemas to refund my add-ons charge of Rs.300. Please do...

Hi, This is Gopal soni..i visited yesterday pvr theater (movie time)near me in davangere city karnataka..2watch KJF 2..during interval i visited the foog counter to buy popcorn..the price was 400per single backet..means they are just make infinite money..buy customer which is wrong ..when i communicate regard this there was no answer..

This happened at PVR forum Mall Bangalore. Date 22nd APR 2022. We were watching kgf2 at Audi 1 imax at 630 pm show and we ordered Veg hotdog that was displayed on their menu. Since they were super slow in taking the orders we asked them to serve at our seats in the hall. They served 2 chicken hot dogs and in the dark we could have easily had a bite trusting them but we checked and realised we were served non veg. We are pure vegetarian and...

I am complaining about the above mentioned company for making me pay two times for movie tickets. I reach out to them and they asked me to show my transactions and I did, yet, they didnt bother to even address my complaints. The incident took place on the 7th of April 2022....

I am sahil garg, long time user of pvr cinemas app but this time i got disappointed why i needed to call pvr cinemas customer care but i am not able to reach them after 25-30 continuous try
since i know the policies and after confirming policy purchased tickets from pvr counter and that was supposed to give me a 50 rs voucher but i didn't receive the same.

I tried booking a ticket for Dr. Strange and an amount of Rs. 273 got debited. But after paying, the app did not confirm my ticket and said that it was a bad transaction. But the amount had already been debited from my account. I want my money back. When can I expect a refund?...
