A guy on quora is telling people that pvr have cameras installed in audis. While your vice president AK gulati had claimed such claims in 2014. What are the facts ? Specifically about ranchi theatre. Because one of my friend said an employee was saying that they have cctv inside audis in Ranchi PVR.

      I was booked the H24, H25 2 elite tickets for Don movie at SPI S2 perambur Chennai May 25, 11.40 am, cash was out to pvr cinemas but seem as transaction failed Rs. 433.48 didn't receive the ticket yet, then i tried the same seats again and paid the same amount, amount reduced from my bank account then again transaction failed, didn't receive the ticket, again I tried the same seats, amount paid, transaction failed, didn't receive any tickets, but in pvr app that H24, H25 11.40 am show booked, i didn't receive the ticket yet. I tried 3 times the same seat H24, h25, 3 times failed and money paid to pvr cinemas didn't receive the ticket, the total balance amount Rs. 1300.44, please refund my money immediately

        We were asked to leave the running movie show KGF2(Hindi) held on 23rd May 2022 6.40pm @ PVR, Escape Cinemas, EA, Chennai, because of some wrong booking date, updated in the system by Mr.Samson, Mr.Rajkumar and Mr.Surya. We had confirmed movie tickets for 23rd May but in message & PVR Mobile app the date was updated as 17th May, for which booking was made on 18th May2022. In spite of ticket availability (half of the theater was empty), we were asked to leave the screen after 30mins of movie time. We even told them, I can't argue anymore, if you want us to pay again for the movie ticket, you take it, but they didn't issue the ticket. This is very un-appropriate & bad behavior by the 3 Employees of Escape, PVR CINEMAS. We are looking forward to take legal action if higher management doesn't make an official apology and make the necessary compensation for this mental harassment.

          Today dated 23rd May 2022 at 19:10pm at Oberoi Mall Goregaon East outlet [Mumbai] ticket counter I had pathetic experience and unprofessional behaviour by your staff Mr Suraj (Entertainment host-as mentioned on his batch).
          I was waiting it the queue since 10 minutes as there was only 1 counter open for ticket booking.I wanted to book a morning show for Wednesday dated 25th May for Bhool Bhulaiya movie but Mr suraj refused it as he claimed that bookings for Wednesday is not open yet you can come tomorrow and book orelse book it online.He was very rude while speaking and he was screaming too.I was first surprised how is it possible that booking for day after tomorrow show is not possible because i am a frequent customer at PVR and such things doesn’t happen anywhere.So i called the respective manager on-duty and he helped me to book tickets for Wednesday show as he was very kind to me.I request you to take some strict action against such unprofessional behaviour by Mr Suraj and shift that person from that seat.If there was some other aged person he would have quietly left the counter.We all come from decent families and this kind of low degree behaviour is not acceptable at all.

            1. This is to bring to your notice and put on record that I had booked movie ticket in the month of March 2022 for five people in your theatre at Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Before booking the tickets, I was informed by your team that there is a provision for electronic wheelchair in the movie theatre for senior citizen and disable person. On the basis of assurance given by your team, I had booked 5 tickets for the movie RRR. The said ticket is enclosed herewith as Annexure – A.

            2. It is very shocking and surprising on reaching the theatre I was informed by the team that nobody is aware how to use the said electronic wheelchair. On insisting and after numerous arguments with your team I was informed that nobody from the PVR is aware how to use the said wheelchair which was contrary to what was told to me earlier. It was very strange that PVR being one reputed Company in the entertainment industry have failed to provide end to end service to customers.

            3. On the basis of assurance and the commitment made by your team and the facility available at Oberoi, Goregaon I had booked a ticket for my father who is having a fracture in his left leg. Considering the facilities, I had booked the ticket for my father. However, I was dissatisfied with the service provided by PVR Goregaon (EAST). That I would also like to draw your attention that inspite of waiting for half an hour there was no other alternative and I was made to lift my father from ground level to the seat. It was very shocking that inspite of there being a wheelchair I had to lift him from the ground floor to the seat. It is very strange that PVR being one of the reputed Company in the entertainment industry has failed to provide customer satisfaction to the bonafide customers like me and my family who paid an exorbitant amount for watching the movie in your theatre. This is nothing but deficiency in service provided by you. I am one of the regular customer of PVR Cinemas and have been visiting PVR since the day it started its service in Bombay however, till date I have never faced any such issues.

            4. I have to further put on record that considering you being the reputed Company in the movie industry I once again booked a ticket on 6th May, 2022 for a Gujarati Movie at 10.15 p.m. through a counter. The said ticket is enclosed herewith as Annexure – B. The said movie ticket was brought at counter at around 8.30 p.m. Before booking the ticket I had confirmed with the person sitting at the desk as well as with the security person confirming that there is a Senior Citizen on wheel and he needs to be carried up for a movie at 10.15 p. m. to which I was given an assurance by your entire team that everything is in place and we will do the needful for taking the Senior Citizen from ground level to the seat. Considering the assurance, I once again booked the ticket. I reached the theatre half an hour before with my father who is already on wheelchair. On reaching the theatre I informed the Security Guard that my father will have to be taken on electronic wheel chair to the seat and once again I was assured by your team that electronic wheelchair is working fine and we will do all the needful in 10 minutes before the movie starts.

            5. Accordingly, just 5 minutes before the movie when the electronic wheelchair was brought no one from the staff members of the Security Guard were able to start the electronic wheelchair. It is very shocking that this is a second time that I have to face this issue with PVR inspite of having confirmation from the team and Security Guard. None of them were able to provide me with the facility.

            6. This is not once but twice I had to face this issue, due to the deficiency in service provided by you my father had to undergo lot of stress and pain for which your Company is completely responsible. It is very strange that your Company inspite of providing electronic wheel chair none of the staff or the Security Guard knows how to use the electronic wheel chair and are misleading the customers while booking the tickets that they are providing all the facilities to the Senior Citizens.

            7. You are therefore requested to compensate me and my family for the mental harassment and the trouble faced by my family including the pain which my father had to undergo. Awaiting, for the satisfactory reply from your end failing which I shall take appropriate steps in the above matter.

              On 22 May, 2022, me & my husband ordered french fries, large pepsi, veg burger - total bill Rs.930. I gave my card for payment & when I asked for bill, i was told that I'll get the bill via message on the phone. I haven't received it, I gave my phone no. also.
              As per the PVR policy, i want a refund of the amount paid. It was displayed on their screens, "If you don't get the bill, your order is on us."
              I visited PVR City centre mall, near MG Road metro station, Gurugram

                The manager named Ashok at edm anand vihar rejected my request to refill my cold drink.
                I bought cold drink and popcorn with invoice number 0034355. I only requested to refill coldrink but the managet bluntly rejected my request. I want proper action for this

                  Yesterday I visited at PVR Centra Mall, Chandigarh to watch a movie with my family the air conditioner was not working there we even complained to the person in charge there but still no action was taken se we had to leave the movie in half

                      whenever I booked a ticket from the PVR app. they forced me to pay for a food voucher. there is no option to deselect this option. Request to you, Please look into it.

                        As I am booking lot of movie tickets in pvr cinemas through their mobile app.but iam not getting any privilege points for that. As iam already a member in that particular program. When I purchase any food and beverages in pvr that time the points getting added but not when iam booking the ticket. Then what's the use of running this kind of programs when you are unable to do such things. I think this is also one kind of a scam where you are cheating your own customers. Pls check and do the needful or just close this kind of scams.

                              I Prem Lazarus have paid ₹270 for caramel popcorn in VR Punjab mall, on 25 March 2022. The amount was debited from my bank account but was not shown in the PVR system. So they issued a receipt and said the amount will be refunded in 7 working days. But was not yet refunded. Kindly refund the amount which I paid for the caramel pop corn.

                                I was booking two tickets for KGF 2 on April 17, 2022. Money was deducted from my account but no tickets were assigned to us.It popped a message saying that "If money is deducted it will be refunded within seven working days".

                                but its been nearly a month now still haven't got my money back.I also contacted my bank for the same but they told that its PVR side issue.
                                pls resolve this issue and give back my money.

                                  I've booked a movie ticket dated 12th June 4:15 pm show. Although my payment got deducted and was successful through UPI, I didn't receive any ticket confirmation email from PVR, nor did I receive any response upon submitting this issue to the PVR authorities.
                                  Requesting a refund ASAP. attached are my payment details for reference. Please resolve this issue ASAP

                                    I booked 2 tickets for 9:45 AM for 14th may but after sometime the movie timing changed from 9:45 to 9:00 and received call from Saket, PVR in which person said that movie timing has been changed due to some circumstances and asked if Im comfortable with the timing or not after that I said him tha I could attend the movie that early as I have some other work to attend to so i told him to cancel the movie ticket and refund my full amount. It's been 2 days but i haven't received my refund of my ticket as the person told me to not cancel ticket at my end and now I don't even know if the refund has been initiated or not. Please refund the amount as soon as possible

                                      Hello,
                                      I had made a transaction through UPI ID for 4 tickets to the movie DON for the date May 16 9:55PM at the Providence Mall, Pondicherry and the tickets were booked on May 15 10:51 PM through UPI. The money was debited from the bank account but the ticket confirmation is not recieved, I am also attaching a screenshot of the transaction without the transaction details as it is personal information and however can be sent if asked privately.

                                        Last night went for a movie at Pvr cinemas, diamond plaza, kolkata for 10.15 show.Seen the price at pvr website 220 per ticket, as i got late for booking so went to the box office for the ticket the guy there said for the same ticket for rs 320, when i asked for the surcharge he said you have to take a compulsory food [protected]@150 which is already included in the [protected]@320.Can i know the reason if i do not wish to take the food coupon am i supposed to pay the surcharged amount.
