            Booked tickets via pvr cinemas app on April 11th and made payment through gpay my money got debited from my account and tickets not booked waited for refund as it getting late complained to bank they said merchant not responding so refund cancelled and contact gpay customer care they said to contact merchant or bank. There's not even proper customer care for pvr. Please refund my money

                  I had come to pacific mall, dehradun on 25th Apr with my family. I asked for the combo offer for 2 pepsi, popcorn and nachos, which was being screened on the screening board. They refused me that it is not available and offered me 2 small Pepsi and small popcorn for Rs 870. I asked the manager named Mr Sunil and he was a confused manager just trying to cheat people. He misbehaved.
                  Kindly take a note and take immediate action.
                  Will put his photo and clipping of pvr dehradun on twitter, if not taken note of this incident...
                  My ticket details r screening of movie on 25th Apr, 4.30pm show of RRR. Seat number J6, J7.

                      Over charge and extra charge and forced charge

                      I bought the tickets for KGF2 today (24th April 2022) at PVR Bilaspur at Magneto mall.
                      I was charged Rs. 1020 for 2 tickets for premium plus saying that it we are getting add-ons amounting Rs. 300 free. However the same was included in the bill. I requested to delete that cost because I won't be availing the add-ons but my request was forcely denied.
                      I would request PVR cinemas to refund my add-ons charge of Rs.300. Please do...

                        This happened at PVR forum Mall Bangalore. Date 22nd APR 2022. We were watching kgf2 at Audi 1 imax at 630 pm show and we ordered Veg hotdog that was displayed on their menu. Since they were super slow in taking the orders we asked them to serve at our seats in the hall. They served 2 chicken hot dogs and in the dark we could have easily had a bite trusting them but we checked and realised we were served non veg. We are pure vegetarian and serving somebody nonveg is so irresponsible and so careless customer service. We went and showed at the stall and the guy was arguing with us saying all hotdogs are nonveg. When we showed them on their own menu about veg hotdog option he had this foot in the mouth. Probably they still didn't understand the gravity or seriousness of the crime they had committed and the loser was offering us refund as if it will help and reverse the damage.
                        PVR should consider this very serious matter and take necessary actions. If I were you i would have tired the people for the lack of sensetivity.

                            I am sahil garg, long time user of pvr cinemas app but this time i got disappointed why i needed to call pvr cinemas customer care but i am not able to reach them after 25-30 continuous try
                            since i know the policies and after confirming policy purchased tickets from pvr counter and that was supposed to give me a 50 rs voucher but i didn't receive the same.

                                    I had purchased 2 popcorns, cost 780 INR. The operator had cancelled the transaction due to some confusion, but didn't inform that. Meanwhile, I paid 780 INR with the scan code. But the operator informed that, the system didn't receive the money and asked to pay the same amount again, confirming the duplicate amount will be reverted back to me.
                                    With that, I paid 780 INR again, but till now, haven't receive the duplicate amount reverted to me.

                                    The supervisor/manager was also there and he had given me his mobile number, but not responding to calls.

                                      Dear Concerned Person,
                                      My name is Adarsh and I use an electric wheelchair. Going to movies in India on a wheelchair has a lot of challenges. I go to Garuda Mall Magrath Road because it is easier than other theaters as all the screens are on one floor. But it still has lots of drawbacks. The screening rooms are not exactly wheelchair friendly or made with an intention for wheelchair users (even though your website claims that you are wheelchair accessible).

                                      Most of the screens have either a few steps or I can't sit next to my friends/family which takes away from the whole movie theatre experience. On top of all of this I have had multiple issues with your staff about where I cannot sit and what all I can't do. I really don't feel welcome. I would like to give an example by telling yesterday's experience:

                                      Yesterday 18th April I went for the 6:10 show at Insigna (Fantastic Beasts 3) where I booked knowing I wouldn't be able to sit with my family and friends. I had booked the very back row seats so I can be as close as possible to my family. I use an electric wheelchair and parked my wheelchair as close as possible to my sister's seat while leaving enough space for anyone to walk in between.

                                      Your PVR staff comes and says I have to go sit in the far corner giving the excuse it comes in the way of fire safety. I argued and said I am not budging and that there are 3 exits and enough room for people to go by me. Also if there was a fire I myself would exit along with everyone else (Since i have an electric wheelchair) . He had such an issue that my family got involved and finally he left us alone.

                                      This is not the first time this has happened. I really feel that I am NOT treated equally, the staff make me feel worthless, and I don't feel welcome at all. It is a huge nuisance that I have to explain myself every time.
