Ok had booked the ticket .money is reduced from my account but ticket is not booked. So please refund the amount sir

Today, at around 12:30 am i booked 2 tickets for Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness at PVR Elements Mall Bangalore through the mobile app, payment was deducted through goay however did not receive any confirmation through any source. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

I went for KGF-2 on thursday afternoon 13/4/22 at PVR ambience mall, Delhi. During the interval i bought a large pepsi and a large popcorn, the total was 800rs. So i decided to pay through Google pay, the signal in that counter was really weak, my payment declined for 2 times, i tried for the 3rd time, and the payment went through successfully, but the cashier moved to the next person and told me that he did not receive the payment, and told me to pay again, but i checked on my phone again and the payment went through, then the cashier said that the refund will be initiated within 2 days, so i decided to cancel the order. After 4 days later i still have not received any refunds. The UPI transaction ID was[protected], my payment ID was [protected]@okhdfcbank and i paid to pvr 59, paytm- [protected]@paytm, The time and date was April 14, 2022 at 7.36pm. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com, phone number is [protected], I request the company to take action immediately.

Not received refund after show on April 1st was cancelled. Been more than 17 days and no refund received. Booking id is WXQFK3W

I have called pvr food counter for this on interval the said its not your mistake

13th of April, i tried booking tickets online twice.. amount of 1532.16 dedcuted twice with no ticket confirmation. Trying to reach out to Customer care since 13th April .. no one attending to the call

I've booked a movie ticket dated 17th April 2022 2 15 pm RRR show. Although, my payment got deducted 3 times amount is 3150 and was successful through UPI, I didn't receive any ticket confirmation email from PVR, nor did I receive any response upon submitting this issue to the PVR authorities.
Requesting for a refund ASAP. attached my payment details for reference. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

We have try to do tickets booking we have done transactions also but tickets was not booked and the money was deducted 3 times 3000k was deducted Hii pvr team we have issue in transaction for booking tickets for the account [protected]@gmail.com mobile [protected] name geetha pyla so please taking this serious issue .

So it's totally bad behaviour of your staff
We are young and hitting is common in cinema so why your staff threat and police complain.

For water drinking there no not any disposable glass

Hi Team, Im came to KGF movie, i was suffocating without ac i have informed to the staff but there is no result from them. I was came out snd sitting outside for air. Paying moneh and sitting out side with suffocating.

After order of high court n superior authority theatre of arved transcube ranip have monopoly and not allowing us to take food which is against law kindly solve asap right now I am watching movie contact no [protected]

I had booked ticket for a movie show at PVR PhoenixCity, Pune for 17th April 2022 at 12:30PM and the seat number was Audi-4, S-15 Recliner. Although they charged a premium price for the recliner seat, the seat was in fact broken and even after complaining to the staff the matter could not be resolved. I had to watch the movie for almost 3 hours in the broken chair which caused a great pain to my back and neck. The behaviour of the staff was also rude and they offered no solution for the problem.

The prices allotted for the snacks are insanely high that I spent triple the amount of money I spent on tickets + GST
this should be discouraged
3/4th bottled cold coffee 180 rs?? is it worth it noo it was the worst I have ever had and about popcorns rs 295 for regular popcorn is so pricey I could eat till I am full if I were at any hotel
and about the dimsums, Doritos pizzas puffs doughnuts its all absolute sh8t
this needs to be addressed this is what makes PVR the worst

I booked 5 tickets today, it took me to bank website, amount got deducted but suddenly it show session expired.

No ticket was and bank says the transaction was successful. No customer support response. I have no clue how would I get the refund.

The tickets are not generated even after making up the payments, pls check this issue and resolve this at the earliest.

Hi, i have been visiting pvr for a long time and recently the price of the products and commodities have tripled and the quality has gone down and we are liable to it, with the increasing taxes and inflation, it is very much over and the service is severely bad and the people there also eavesdropping to our little conversation, i don't why a single scoop of icecream is 130INR, very small bottle of cold coffee is 180INR and the Pepsi small is 225INR, even the water bottle is extremely over rated and not even a single product is near the MRP, it is above the sky and the show also not starts on time, it is always delayed accompanied by tons of ads and there is not even enough seating facility. Plz look into it immediately

I have paid Rs 997.44 for booking RRR cinema for 1.30pm show. Order ID:JASS[protected].Wallet Ref no:[protected].. Amount is deducted but no tickets is send. Please help me to get the ticket or refund my amount.

Air conditioner is running but it's getting switched off while movie is running.

People are complaining about it but it's ignored by them.

I had observed several time same kind of electricity management or money saver technique.

You guys are charging 220 rupees for a movie and services are provided by the chain are the worst
