I had booked ticket for kgf chapter 2 and booking was unsuccessful but amount was deducted but I tried booking again then also amount was deducted I got refund for only one unsuccessful booking I didn't get for other one

    Recently i got 2 vouchers on 06th April 2022 in the i have used 1 voucher on 13th April 2022 on the same day i tried to use another voucher it showing as voucher already redeemed hoe is it possible without my confirmation how voucher can be used can you people help me in this issue pls provide me the details of voucher used i.e., in which account it is used and when???

      Amount has been debited but tickets did not received! the payment was done via Google Pay. There is no customer support online I have tried all the phone numbers and email but nothing has been working. Please refund my amount as soon as possible!!!
      Three tickets of 10:20 PM Beast movie show. 16/04/2022 at spi escape cinemas. Royapettah Chennai.

        I buy a combo meal popcorn and pepsi worth 400 during intervel of 6:30pm show kgf 2 in Amritsar pvr cinema during this i make payment through online paytm, payment has deducted from my account to pvr portal but their staff denied that paymen not done and they suggesting me if you want to take this you have to pay again 400 rs other wise they dont accept yhat payment is deducted from my account to pvr even i show them the screen shot of payment done to pvr.. But they dont agree with that and covincing me to do again 400 rs. I am very disappointment by the behaviour of pvr Amritsar staff they are not coporate and they consume my money.. Its very bad experince i am facing at pvr Amritsar if they dont refund my money.. I understand that they are stolen my money.

                I was trying to book tickets for KGF 2 yesterday[protected] at PVR-EDM. I paid Rs.470.98 at 6:45 PM through my PAYTM Rupay debit card, my money was debited, and the page showed some error and tickets were not booked. As seats for KGF-2 was getting sold soon, so I paid again to book the tickets and the second time, the tickets were booked successfully. But my money was debited the first time. Please refund the same as when I spoke to Paytm customer care, they told me to contact you as the money is received by the merchant is showing there. I'm still trying to contact your customer care but I'm on hold. There's no way to reach you guys.

                  On 14/04/2022 at 1:59 pm I booked a ticket for KGF-2 using the pvrcinemas website. I had chosen the PVR theatre in Ampa Skywalk for a 3:00 pm show on 16/04/2022. But, after the transaction was completed there was no confirmation whether the seat was booked or not but the money had been deducted from my account. Kindly, resolve this issue as soon as possible or refund the money.

                    I booked 4 tickets of movie RRR on 13/4/22 an amount of ₹1374.64 & a coupon on 50₹ got deducted from my account and tickets dint get booked. I tried calling pvr helpline number but no one is answering the calls. Please help me solving the issue.

                      I have buyed pvr gift cards in Amazon and i have tried to book tickets in pvr and the server got down and my gift card was redeemed and i did not receive tickets

                        I booked 4 tickets for kgf chapter 2 online from pvr cinemas.com. My money got deducted from the bank account..but i didn't get any message or email from pvr cinemas. No evidence of my booking in the website. Tried calling customer support but no one seems to be picking up my call. I'm from Hyderabad and tried booking for 6.45 p.m show at sujana forum Mall. My booking was done at 12.45 in the noon.
                        If you guys don't resolve my issue I'll got on social media.
                        My amount of 1567 bucks is now with you.

                              Sir yesterday around 7:00 pm, I booked Two tickets for kgf-2 for
                              Rs.433 /- on the show of Saturday 16 th April, 7:35 AM on, PVR Cinemas - Skywalk, Nelson Manickam Rd, Aminjikarai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600029 . The Transaction of the amount was done by Paytm UPI to PVR cinemas, the transaction from Paytm to PVR cinemas was successful and after to the successful transaction, the page returned to the PVR cinemas - Movie tickets App and it was rotating on the screen and after some time, the page showed that tranction was failed, then I checked my booking in PVR app, my ticket confirmation is not there, The money for my two tickets got debited from my UPI account on transaction from my Paytm account to PVR cinemas, But the ticket confirmation was not done or I cannot find the any status of my ticket through email, Message or through the PVR cinemas - Movie tickets app, Here below I attached the proof of the Transaction for the order of my two Tickets of Rs.433.48 /- from my Paytm UPI to PVR cinemas . (UPI Ref no[protected] .Kindly try to solve my problem as soon as possible and do the needful.

                                Hello! I tried to book 2 tickets of KGF 2 Hindi and after payment it says bad transaction. I tried again and amount deducted again but still no confirmation on tickets.

                                    Today 14 April 2022 at 10:21 AM two tickets for Dr Strange was booked
                                    The session expired and money was deducted from bank but tickets were never recieved or any notifications were given.
                                    Please resolve the issue at the earliest and refund is needed for this

                                    On 5th May 2022 booked 2tickers for kathu vakula rendu kadhal movie. During payment some error occurred and money was deducted from bank but tickets were never recieved or any notifications were given.
                                    Please resolve the issue at the earliest and refund is needed for this

                                      I have booked tickets thru PVR website and used my HDFC account net-banking option to pay the ticket price. It is for KGF chapter 2, at 12 pm at PVR Oberoi Mall, Goregaon.

                                      I see the money is deducted from my account, I got text from HDFC but no confirmation from PVR Cinema. Tried calling their helpdesk at +[protected] at least 12 times in the day and found it busy all the time.

                                      Please help, my show is at 12 pm on Apr 15th 2022
