I had book KGF 2, One Ticket worth 400 with my pvr passport and 55 Taxes and fees. I have not received the ticket and me voucher is showing I have used it.

I want the ticket or receive the voucher amount plus the amount deducted.

    I have paid the amount from Paytm and tickets not booked yet. I have the amount for KGF movie for PVR Shalimar Bagh Delhi dated 16 April 2022 for timing 4:40. But still i didn't recieved any ticket booking. I am attaching the Paytm payment receipt with this mail. Kindly do the needful and solve the issue as soon as possible.

      Yesterday evening i tried to book tickets for kgf-2 movie in pvr cinemas app. My money got deducted but tickets are not booked.Please return my money.

          I had booked 3 tickets for kgf 2 in pvr app on april 14 2022 11.49 AM, the total amount was 550.22 .Money got deducted from my account but ticket didnt got generated so i tried another time, next time also total amount was 550.22 on 11.55 AM .Money got deducted and ticket didnt generated, the transaction ID'S are S21964164 & S22011570 .So kindly refund my total amount of 1100.44 as soon as possible.

            Booked tickets money got deducted but not received tickets.. Need refund.. Rs 1083 paid thru paytm….
            Work on this ASAP ..This really CHEAP worst waste PVR cinemas that you guys don’t have prpoer communication and proper protocol for handling this kind of issue.. With this damm stupid infra u occupy all theatres in city and troubling ppl like hell..

                I wish to complain about Movie ticket booking issue that I purchased on 14.04.2022 through PVR Mobile App.
                I am complaining because the amount was deducted from my bank account but didnt reflected in the PVR App.I even tried to contact the consumer care but no one responded to it. When I first learned of this problem, I reached the PVR Vaishnavi, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because the PVR staff said they arent responsible for online booking. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

                  I have earlier booked 2 tickets for KGF CHAPTER 2 through offline, I received my ticket through a link in my WhatsApp.
                  Today I have booked 3 more tickets through online mode by you PVR app, I have made the payment but till now I haven't received my ticket and neither I have received my confirmation.
                  Even the earlier 2 tickets that I booked through offline, after opening the link that I received is not responding I tried many times but of no use.
                  I made a total payment of 1880.58 for 5 tickets but not a single ticket is available with me now.
                  If I am not allowed to enter the theatre I will take action against you all, I have the payment receipt and the messages.
                  I also tried to contact the customer care many times but they pick up the call. Is this your service towards your customers, worst quality.
                  I want immediate action against it.

                    I have booked tickets in PVR cinemas portal. booking was not done due to portal latency issue. i have used my giftcad while purchasing tickets..
                    ihave tried transaction with twice with 2 different giftcards. each 500. now the balancce is showing as 0. i dint get any update from them regd redemption ..when i tried to conect with them i dint find any contact or support channel to reach out to them.

                      I have booked two tickets from PVR online portal. After seat selection i have proceed with my UPI and 727.32 rupees got deducted. I have no idea that the ticket has been booked or not but i really want my money to be refunded to me.

                        I was booking 4 tickets for KGF Chapter 2 on 15th of April at PVR Elements Mall Nagavara on the PVR Cinemas website. After submitting the debit card details, the transaction failed. A notification appeared saying, if your money is deducted, we will either send confirmation on email/SMS or will refund the money back. Till now neither have I received confirmation of tickets nor the refund. Please revert back on the same.

                          I made a booking for three tickets worth 2562 on 14th April the booking did not happen and the amount has been debited this is happen twice for the same amount 2562.
                          Please intiate a refund of 5124 for both the transactions.

                            On 13/4/2022, tried booking movie tickets on PVR cinemas app twice- first through internet banking and 2nd time through PayTM. Both the transactions got through and amount got deducted but no confirmation of reservation and booking failed.
                            Looking forward for prompt refund

                                I booked the beast movie ticket on13.04.2022 for 14.02.2022 4.pm show in pvr mgf gurgaon mall and I paid the amount through internet banking but ticket is not booked amount is debited kindly return my money back as soon as possible.

                                    Hello, Today i tried to book tickets for RRR on Saturday using the PVR app, I selected the time date and seats for the movie and the payment as made using PhonePe (UPI) in PhonePe it was shown payment sucessfull, but when i got redirected to the pvr app it show that the transaction has failed. I have recieved the message from the bank as well that the money was debited from my account and I have the transaction reciepts with me. Please look into this as soon as posible, either refund my amount or give me my tickets

                                        Post 10hrs of money deduction, no tickets confirmation nor issue.. I had booked from PVR app for KGF 2 and they killed the excitement in such a way.. Worst experience from PVR app. Issue tickets or please return my money
