I tried booking tickets for KGF-2 on 13th April 2022 through PVR website, but amount got deducted and ticket did not confirmed

As first transaction was not confirmed i tried again for 2nd transaction where second transaction also failed. details are given below.

Transaction - 1

Rs.3064.32 spent on POS/Ecom using IB Debit card on 13/04/22 16:48 at PVR LIMITED NOIDA from Ac:XXX772790. IndianBank

Transaction - 2
Transaction Alert: INR 3, 064.32 has been spent on your YES BANK Credit Card ending with 9916 at PTM*PVR LIMITED on[protected] at 05:11:55 pm.

Kindly refund an total amount of Rs: 6, 128.64 immediately.

      Hi I tried booking 4 tickets for KGF 2 Tamil at SPI Theygaraja, Chennai at 16th April 8:00 A.M.

      The payment got successfully transferred through gpay but i got a session expired error and and didnt get any tickets for the movie. I cant even get a refund as their consumer care numbers are always busy.

      Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible

        I ordered 2 tickits for kgf 16th april friday 8.00am show money paid via phone pay
        Phonepay is showing money's been deducted my bank too showing same
        Pvr app is not showing anything at all instead showing me to book new tickits
        Been trying to call them on customer care no answer at all

                  Worst part is none of the numbers are working and no one is picking on the customer care.

                  Ridiculous service.

                  Plz suggest what is the issue for not releasing kannada movies in bangalore.

                        I booked 3 tickets for beast movie via spi cinemas app the amount of Rs. 656 was deducted on[protected].49 p.m . In S2 cinemas perambur . Yet no confirmation was sent through email, text or what'sapp. It's not SHOWING in my bookings too. Kindly check for my bookings or refund the amount as soon as possible.

                              I had booked two movie tickets and later in an hour i saw the price reduced by 70 rs of each ticket so i asked the company to return the difference money they said we will not return. According to their terms and conditions

                                I pre booked two tickets from PVR cinemas app of 'Doctor strange multiverse of madness' .After the transaction i didn't get any confirmation of the ticket. I got tensed and contacted paytm. They said the transaction was successful. I am uploading my transanction id. There is no customer care too. It happened for the second time.

                                    Yesterday I have booked 4 tickets for the upcoming "Beast" movie on 17/04/2022 (Sunday) 6:40 pm show in SPI Sathyam cinemas, the money has been deducted from my account but I didn't receive any mail or message regarding those tickets .

                                        As it was fdfs we were waiting for more than a hour to buy movie tickets. And the booking started we went to buy our tickets he said only cash allowed so we went to take cash from atm we took cash and came again to buy tickets while booking tickets he forced us to buy food coupons worth rs 140 along with ticked the incharge there said i[censored] want ticket buy along with food coupon or else get out.
