I booked two tickets through PVR mobile application for the show of Fantastic beasts at PVR onyx Vasant Kunj at 08:50 p.m on[protected]. Amount for the tickets was INR 1082.72 and same was paid through paytm. The amount was deducted twice from my account with no revert credit for the extra charged 1082.72 INR yet.

PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I booked two tickets through PVR mobile application for the show of KGF Chapter 2 at SPI S2 PERAMBUR CHENNAI. Amount for the tickets was INR 433.48 and same was paid through paytm. The amount was deducted from my account but the ticket booking failed.

    Date of Incident: 11/04/2022

    I was booking tickets for the film Beast in PVR Velachery for a show on Sunday '17.04.2022, 8:10 AM'. Everything seemed to move smoothly until after the payment, the following message popped up.

    "In case the amount got deducted, we will send you an email and SMS else the money will be refunded"

    I would like a refund for the above show.

    If refund was initally considered, I would like to know the status of refund.

      Sir - I have booked ticket for Beast for a show on April 15 at 8.10 Screen in PRV Grand Mall Velachery Chennai. I tried with my first transaction my amount of rupess.650.22 debited from HDFC internet banking.. since ticket was not generated and alert came late, i was tried to book the same second time and INR 650.22 debited from my Debit card. I would like to get the amount back to be created to my bank account.

            Yesterday I booked the ticket via the pvr cinemas app and the amount was deducted, but the ticket was not booked. I don’t see any information in bookings. Attached screenshot for reference.
            Date of transaction: April 11 2022, 8.22 PM IST
            Amount deducted : 688.48
            Movie booked : Beast
            PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Tried calling pvr customer care once we select the language the call getting disconnected automatically. I tried multiple times but no luck.
            Kindly help to get an update

              I booked 2 tickets for multiverse of madness movie via pvr app the amount of Rs. 1362 was deducted. Yet no confirmation was sent through email, text or what'sapp. It's not SHOWING in my bookings too. I tried calling customer care too for my refund after trying 3-4 hours finally one guy answered he said refund has been initiated but I have not received any confirmation for refund initiated on email or sms or elsewhere, when will I receive the refund amount.

              Revert my refund as soon as possible

                  Hi Team,

                  Today 11th April around 6pm IST I tried to book 2 tickets for Multiverse of Madness at PVR Phoenix kurla.

                  Amount of Rs. 1362.12 /- INR is deducted but no ticket issued.

                  No whats app notification or email is received for 3.5 hrs for amount charged or for ticket issued/cancelled. Kotak Bank confirmed transaction is successful.

                  From 3 hrs I am trying customer care, only music is played no one answers! HOW FRUSTRATING!!!

                  Finally one customer care representative picked in Hindi version and said that ticket is cancelled and refund initiated and even after requesting for email or sms confirmation, he said we cannot sms we don't have right to sms, Seriously!

                  Now its 40mins after the call no email/sms or whatsapp notification received? Are the customer care not trained? Why does it takes 3 to 4 hrs to reach one person to talk to at PVR? is this the kind of service PVR gives?

                  Why no notification for ticket booking or refund received?

                  I have a call recording of my discussion with PVR representative.

                  INITITATE MY REFUND AND CONFIRM AT THE EARLIEST. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING SINCE 4 HRS.

                          Ticket not booked but amount debited

                          I tried to book tickets for the movie BEAST tamil movie. Amount debited two times but ticket was not booked. I don't find any customer support contact number in the PVR app. Nearly 2000 rupees debited from my account. Please take necessary steps to refund my money....

                          The transaction was cancelled by the app 4 times after giving to otp
                          And my money was deducted 4 times and the money is not refunded and I have sent many mails as of now no response yet

                            I booked for Beast movie for Saturday and booked all nice but the money was debited from my paytm account rs 828 but the ticket was not confirmed and the money was not returned again please give me money back and when i called the customer care they be like wait and connecting for like 20 mins and still going on what the hell is wrong with this pvr cinemas customer care and not even responding

                              I made an online booking on pvrcinemas.com and the payment was deducted from my account through Amazon UPI I'd[protected] for Rs. 1083.70/- but the pvr web site did not complete the transaction - it straight away took me to the home page after accepting the payment. The booking does not show in my account on their site either.

                                I had made a transaction of Rs 410 in your Elante Mall PVR on 9 Apr 22. The amount of Rs 410 got debited twice.
                                Transaction was made by Axis Bank debit card.
                                Pl find the attachment above of double Transaction.

                                    I made an online booking on pvrcinemas.com on 11.04.2022 18:10Hrs and the payment was deducted from my axis debit card for Rs. 866.96/- but the pvr web site did not complete the transaction - it straight away took me to the home page after accepting the payment. The booking does not show in my account on their site either.

                                    They have no information about customer support other than an email address [protected]@pvrcinemas.com. Calling their number in Gurgaon does not get any response either.

                                    My TransID from bank: PUR/PVR LIMITED/PVRLIMIT4117965/[protected]

                                    Kindly refund my amount of 866.96/- as soon as possible.
