11.03.2022 - Booked snacks online in SPI Cinemas App for Rs.330/- by payment through net banking. Amount got debited from account but order has not been placed. When enquired it was informed that amount will be credited back to my account. But even after 15 days the amount is still not credited in my account.

24.03.2022 - Booked 4 tickets for RRR movie for 6.15P.M. show on 26.03.2022 for Rs.711/- by payment through net banking. Amount got debited from account but seats were not blocked/confirmed and no booking message was received. This failed transaction amount is not credited back into my account.
I request you to take necessary action for the refund of the failed transaction amount 330+711=Rs.1041/-

    I booked my ticket early in the morning and i travel mavli to Udaipur pvr at celebration mall. I reached at 9.45. i entered into pvr cinemas in Audi 02 screen and just before 5 min at 10.55 they cancelled my show. It is very irresponsible act. I really hurts to my family that they get up early and complete their work. I take leave from office for the first day first show. When we arrive their and found such a rude behaviour. I think customer care support services must take action against pvr (Udaipur). Help us to get compensation against this act.

      Hi I have booked 4 tickets for RRR at pvr icon hitech city hyderabad in PVR APP for 26th my payment was successfull through UPI but I havent recived any tickets are communication with respect to it, .my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

        I have made ticket booking for the film RRR for 25th march 11:45 Show at PVR select city walk delhi and made a transcation of 486.36 on 25th march 2:26 Am. The Transcation id[protected]. The Transcation was successful from google pay side but my ticket was not booked as the Transcation failed and i have booked another ticket so please resolve this issue and give me a refund at the earliest

          I tried to book tickets for RRR movie on 24th March, 2022 using PVR mobile app. The show was on 26th March, 2022 10:45 AM in PVR Acropolis, Ahmedabad. I booked 2 tickets F6, F7 and paid the amount using Amazon Pay UPI. The money was deducted from the bank however I received a alert saying that the booking failed. I want refund as the transaction failed. There isn't any information in the app regarding such transactions.

            Hello, today morning i have went to PVR app to book tickets for RRR movie. I have selected date, time, theater and seats. I have proceeded to payment through Google pay. The payment is done in Google pay, but when i redirected to PVR app its shows something went wrong. My money was debited from my account but tickets not conformed. I have contacted Google pay customer care they told that money has been created into pvr cinemas account. But tickets are not booked and my money is created in pvr cinemas
            account. Please help me in getting back my money.

                  Please have national anthem before movie premiere otherwise legal actions would be taken

                    Refund! How ridiculous..how much they will refund. Who will be responsible for the time and money that I spent to watch the movie. Who will bear the other expenses. I hope consumer complaint service will take hard action against the pvr. Bcz they snatch the happiness of the people by these irresponsible and delay information.

                      I had recently watch a movie in PVR Cinema and the same issue I had faced that is Brightness issue, Even Snow is also slightly Black so I give 1 Stat out of 5.
                      Please work on it and make screen more brighter.

                      Firstly I filed a Complaint on Consumer Forum and then send my Complaint link to PVR Official handle and after that Social media Executive called me know all the details that I dissatisfied from the theatre screen. After 3-4 days PVR Cinemas Manager called me and Explain all the situation that about movie Print and data and told me that they will work on it as much as possible. And after hearing to them I agree and I hope they resolved it as soon as possible.

                        Delhi, Shalimar Bagh Pvr Cinemas provides pathetic service; as a result, I have to pay for food twice: first via gpay and again via cash since they claim they haven't received money via online mode. They told that if you pay in cash, you would be refunded in 7 days but I haven't received any refund till now. I've been attaching a payment receipt below for proof of payment and waiting for a solution to this problem for nearly four months.

                          PVR a Biggest name of cinemas. I cant believe what happened with me was 3rd class. I ordered cheese popcorn and the quality was disgusting and 3rd class they are providing rubbish. We paid 240 ₹ for a rubbish popcorns.
                          I must say 10₹ popcorn in local market are much better then this.
                          Seats were also broken. I am seriously so shocked from such a quality from pvr.

                                First of all the movie tickets are very costly for a common person. If he/she wants to enjoy the movie in better experience they must have to pay much amount which is more than his/her imagination despite this there is major concern in buying tickets with combo(chocolates or popcorn/coke) you must have to buy the combos otherwise you cannot able to watch the movie what kind of buisness is this if someone wants to watch a movie and if he/she doesn't have such money to buy this combo ticket what should he do ? This is very wrong it should be liberal ND not mandatory.

                                  Can't cancel booking on pvr app

                                  I booked tickets for the batman for Monday evening but our plans changed and I wanted to cancel it but there's no option to do so. Even bookmyshow provides a cancel option with pvr but the pvr app doesn't. This is a day before the movie as well which is more than enough time to justify cancelling. (bookmyshow lets you cancel upto 20 minutes before the show if I'm correct)...

                                  Yesterday(19th March 2022), I've visited here and ordered food at their café. The cashier was rude and didn't give me the receipt for the same and even after I insist on him to provide it. What is the problem in giving the receipt even though they charge a huge amount for a small cup of pop-corn. They're not paying GST, frauds at the higher level.

                                  Their fake promise of "Consider your food is free if you don't get a bill". What the authorities are doing? And, why others are not escalating the issue?

                                    Allowing kids to watch A rated movie

                                    I want to complaint regarding an extremely serious issue.., In PVR MBD MALL, Jalandhar, punjab. No employee is asking for id for an ‘A’ rated movie. People are coming with thier 5-6 year old kids which is not nice and a matter of a legal issue i want to file a complaint regarding this so please do solve this asap. The movie is Kashmir Files and it is extremely violent for small kids....

                                    Booking ID WWGMGHS.
                                    There were kids allowed in the theatre for movie like The Kashmir Files which had many violent scenes, noone was checking tickets at the entrance, let alone IDs.
                                    I was also served cold and soggy popcorn twice and I was not given any bill. So my food should be free ideally.
