I booked Ticket for ET Movie in PVR App @Spicinemas which is located in Brookfields coimbatore for the date 13March 2022 @4Pm show and the Selected seats are From O8 to O12 totally 5 tickets now my problem is Amount has been debited from my account, but tickets are not confirmed it's suddenly went blank and automatically came outside so iam requesting you send me the full refund amount as soon as possible.

Customer care said that today by mrng 5 Am i will receive but still not yet received. Kindly check on it.. Dnt cheat peoples

    I booked two tickets for BTS PTD live streaming and after selecting tickets and choosing for UPI option i was prompted to UPI page (google pay) and after paying the money it got debited from my account yet there was no confirmation from side of PVR .Now even the amount is debited from my bank account but the tickets aren't booked.
    PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I booked 2 tickets for the BTS Permission to Dance concert live stream at PVR Mani Square, Kolkata on 12/03/2022. The money was debited from my account but the tickets were not booked. Attached is the screenshot of the same debit. My PVR account booking history shows blank and there is no way to track if the refund was processed.

        I booked two tickets through PVR cinemas website for BTS Permission to Dance On Stage show in Kurla at 2 pm. I followed all the steps and paid the money. They deducted the money but when I went to my profile under the pvr website they are showing that I don't have any bookings. I have lost a total of around ₹1641.60 in this. I would either like a refund or a replacement for my two tickets that I booked.

          Hi PVR, i have booked a ticket for BTS permission to dance movie, during the process money was debited from my bank account but the ticket is not Booked. I have received email confirming that amount of 822 rps was debited from my account. Yet i couldn't book my ticket. I request you to take necessary action and requesting to initiate the money refund. Thank you!

              I booked 3 tickets for BTS Permission to dance on stage, 6pm show on 12.03.2022 at Bangalore Element mall. I have received no confirmation even of the tickets even though the transaction was complete and the amount was debited. Amount of Rs 1984. This was booked via the pvr website and the website does not even show my booking history, nor have I received any email or sms. Please resolve the issue by refunding the amount immediately.
              I tried contacting PVR customer support but there was no response.

                  I was trying to book for a show on sat ..after no. of attempts i paid for my bookings ...however the payment was deducted from my account but bookings was done due to some error...

                      I booked a ticket for BTS:PTD on stage live theatre screening, 12th March, Saturday, 2pm, Kandivali.The amount was debited but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or any message.
                      I really hope I get another ticket to the same show as its a one time show and I really want to go for it.

                        I booked two tickets through PVR cinemas website for BTS Permission to Dance On Stage show in Diamond Plaza. I followed all the steps and paid the money. They deducted the money but when I went to my profile under the pvr website they are showing that I don't have any bookings. I have lost a total of around ₹1840 in this. I would either like a refund or a replacement for my two tickets that I booked.

                          I had booked 4 tickets worth ₹2000 via PVR app for a show on 12/3/22 at Cinemax nashik city centre. The money was debited from my account but I didn't get any confirmation email or notification and the app showed that the transcript had failed. Please help me resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                                The ticket was not booked.

                                  I booked tickets for Permission to dance on stage at the Element mall PVR Cinema for the 6pm show on the 12th of march 2022. I received a debit of Rs 1984 on my credit card but no confirmation from PVR. Not able to reach their customer service either. I want a refund for the amount paid.
