I booked 3 tickets for BTS Permission to dance on stage, 6pm show on 12.03.2022 at Bangalore Element mall. I have received no confirmation even of the tickets even though the transaction was complete and the amount was debited. Amount of Rs 1984. This was booked via the pvr website and the website does not even show my booking history, nor have I received any email or sms. Please resolve the issue by refunding the amount immediately.
I tried contacting PVR customer support but there was no response.

      I was trying to book for a show on sat ..after no. of attempts i paid for my bookings ...however the payment was deducted from my account but bookings was done due to some error...
      i want to know about the refund policy as soon as possible and want my money back

        I booked 3 tickets for BTS Permission to Dance Live Viewing on 8th March via Google pay- around ₹2500. The money was debited immediately but the tickets have not been booked. Please look into it, its a lot of money and I'm a student.

          I booked a ticket for BTS:PTD on stage live theatre screening, 12th March, Saturday, 2pm, Kandivali.The amount was debited but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or any message.
          I really hope I get another ticket to the same show as its a one time show and I really want to go for it.

            I booked two tickets through PVR cinemas website for BTS Permission to Dance On Stage show in Diamond Plaza. I followed all the steps and paid the money. They deducted the money but when I went to my profile under the pvr website they are showing that I don't have any bookings. I have lost a total of around ₹1840 in this. I would either like a refund or a replacement for my two tickets that I booked.

              I had booked 4 tickets worth ₹2000 via PVR app for a show on 12/3/22 at Cinemax nashik city centre. The money was debited from my account but I didn't get any confirmation email or notification and the app showed that the transcript had failed. Please help me resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                    I have booked two ticketsusing pvr app for the batman for 10th march for rs, 351/-, payment was done but
                    The ticket was not booked.
                    I checked the pvr app there were no tickets in booked section

                      I booked tickets for Permission to dance on stage at the Element mall PVR Cinema for the 6pm show on the 12th of march 2022. I received a debit of Rs 1984 on my credit card but no confirmation from PVR. Not able to reach their customer service either. I want a refund for the amount paid.

                              I paid 511 to pvr through Paytm, I did not recieve any ticket but from Paytm the money was deducted. I had to purchase the ticket again manually at pvr, they said they did not recieve my previous booking. Later when talking to Paytm for refund they are saying the transaction is complete from there end and please contact pvr. My money is stuck please help

Regularly there are hygiene issues in male washroom and the quality of popcorn or food is pathetic after lockdown I would like to bring to your notice that your staff is illegally selling F&B without bills. Yesterday I bought popcorn’s worth rs 430 and the bill was not texted to me as it was done before. I noticed they were doing regularly...

                                  I had booked the tickets for batman movie on March 6, 2022 at Irrum Manzil, Hyderabad pvr 4dx at 12:40 show. Only after I arrive at my screen I got to know half of the movie got over and I was not intimated in any form. I want my refund.

                                    Not a 1 star aswell for cinema theatre
                                    Worst seats and unhygienic place with lots of bed bugs, flies and not at all sanitizationin done and smells like sitting in some slum and watching movie

                                    cinemax is converted into pvr and pvr please take a look or i have to complain against the mall and i am definetly going to complain in consumer regarding this

                                    i have photos aswell

                                    I need compensation for taking bed bugs from your theatre to home

                                    And cost of pesticide
