Its not a compliant, its a favour that i am asking about my lost phone. I watched a movie Ghostbusters afterlife on 19th nov on Pvr acropolis Ahmedabad at 7:15 pm show Audi 5 . I’m not sure but maybe I lost at the movie theatre, i think it fell down from my pocket, unfortunately i checked after 12:00 am its not switched off so could please check on morning and ask your staff to check it, it would be a great favour for me, I need...

I have booked a ticket to watch Ghostbusters after life on 19th November for 1:50 PM afternoon show. I have travelled all the way from Amberpet to malakpet. After I reached to the movie theater, the management simply said that the show has been cancelled. I wasn't notified nor communicated that show has been cancelled. This caused a total waste of my time and money. Disgusting experience from PVR cinemas treating their customer in this way....

Recently I went to PVR cinemas in Celebration Mall, Khanna. To my surprise they forced me to buy food combo with movie tickets and even said that they will not sell movie ticket without combo. This is harrasment as they are forcing customers to buy food combo against their will. Moreover staff is not cooperative. Please look into matter...

I booked today 4 tickets for the movie Jhimma via PVR cinemas app for the date 19th November 2021. The money got deducted from my account but I'm yet to receive the tickets. Kindly help me with issue. I am attaching the screenshot of payment....

Enemy movie ticket cancel but not refund my amount...

I've been a regular visitor to PVR cinemas chennai, but none of my privilege points are seems to be added in my account.
There should be a solution to it or its just another fancy marketting scam by pvr. it would be better if they address this issue. i have also sent my feedback thrice already on this issue. none returned my complaint from pvr....

I went to pvr cinema at Zirakpur cosmo plaza rasna madam was talking abuse me i order my combo and she’s say we are not sale combo because combo keys are not here she’s very bad girl and talking very bad...

I went to cosmo mall PVR Zirakpur to watch a movie and I ordered a combo which is of 150 rupees but rasma madam and Akshay sir refused me to give that combo and talk with me with abusive language...

I tried to book 4 tickets using pvr app for pushpak vimanam on November 12 2021.
Money got debited from my account but tickets have not been booked.
Literally upset with the service provide by that app. Can any one help me to get my money back to my account....

On date 12.11.2021 i have booked 2 tickets and my money got deducted but i didnt received tickets so now I want my refund back because I have booked another tickets....

As I finished watching a 3D movie in pvr(oberon mall, kochi), I was disappointed to see in this pandemic that the used 3D glass was collecting after the movie. Is this acceptable? The same 3d glass would be used by others as well and if this trend goes, the chances of getting covid is very high. Please kindly take this matter and solve it soon....

In the middle of the movie 2 staff member came to our seats and said you didn’t Pay full amount of your tickets but we already paid for our ticket yesterday we booked our tickets 1 day before the show and staff members are accusing us for not paying full amount and kept saying about CCTV footage that they have privacy policy to not show customers the footage and respected manager threatening to file a complaint against us so this Is how...

I lost my wallet in Audi 3 (J13, J14) seat number. It was brown in colour with one debit card. I had my addhar card & licence in there and 4500 approx cash. Its medium brown color wallet.

I also tried requesting the manager the next day when I came to know my wallet is lost but I got a very bad response and I am very disappointed with it.

As I try to book 1 ticket on 8/11/2021 and I try to redeem my 50 rs vocher but my transaction got failed and my vocher got redeemed and current vocher status is vanished.

I've visited PVR Cinema Udaipur on Nov 07, 2021. In the intermission, my kids went to purchase Nachos and Popcorns, but they added a cold drink as well to the bill and did not hand over the same to kids. ( although they never requested the cold drink)....
