Water bottle =50 rs which is actually not even 1l even higher rate then bisleri we use for daily purpose and other eatables are also on high rate. Outside eatables are not allowed but inside eatables are not affordable for sake of common people or who r below avg.
Atleast sir jo below avg log he unke bhi right he ki wo enjoy kar sake or sir atleast koi afford na karsake to wo apne ghar se laaye wo to allow ho i know sir this things are for safety purpose but itne high rates rakhna to logo ki majburi ka fayda uthana hua

Dear sir/madam,
On 20th feb i booked two tickets for "love aaj kal" movie from pvrcinemas.com website after logging in with my number [protected].
Even after deduction of fund ₹144.88 from my airtel payment bank account i couldn't get my ticket booked.
I called to customer care number and in reply i got an assurance of my refund within 2-3 working days because my ticket got cancelled itself.
Till today i didn't get any refund in my source bank account and i do not get any reply from pvrcinemas.
Please do the needful.

We demanded for ticket in m, n or o row for show of movie thappad scheduled on 2nd march audi no. 5 arved transcube plaza 11 pm.. They said they are full and were given seat in l row.. During show entire m row was vacant with various seats in n and o.. What kind of sadism is this.. Even though seats are vacant in back row but then also people are denied its access...

As per article 121 of the maharashtra cinema hall rules, 1966 movie goers cannot be prevented from carrying own food and water in the cinema halls.
However, today i had a different experience. I visited pvr icon pavillon mall, shivajinagar, pune and while going through the security check, they didn't allow me to carry my own eatables inside the theatre.
Please help me out to solve this issue.

I ordered for a regular popcorn and told him i asked for a regular combo and not large combo inspite of that he gave a large popcorn combo. I m not satisfied with his service. Such an irresponsible service to the customer. Even after telling him that i asked for regular combo he didnt bother to listen and just told me i cant edit the bill its already done. He behaved in a very rude way.

I've booked movie at pvr in 2 days advance, and afterward pvr cancel my booking saying it happen due to some technical issues. I've applied 1 time coupon code worth 300 which i had purchased from another vendor, and now pvr are giving me only 100rs coupon against the cancellation, which by the way was your fault.
Either you reimburse me my 300rs voucher or, get me my booking for the show at pvr.

Today i. E on 28th feb 2020, i booked a ticket for a movie on 29th feb 2020 for 7:40pm show using pvr cinemas mobile app and done the payment from the amazon pay upi the transaction completed and amount deducted

For refference i am giving the transaction id:[protected]

But i haven't received any ticket conformation mail or the booked ticket is not displaying in the my booking history

I request a response this is 3rd time i am raising the request but no response recieved from the respective managment

I went the movie oh my kadavuley with my wife and my kid at galaxy mall redhills on 26.02.2020.

My seat number l8, l9 screen audi 3

Next to my seats full of boys they all drunked and they used some tobacco also inside the screen. Its very irritation that smell like my wife getting vomit also.

I informed the situation to the executive but they wont react anything for that just simply said please adjust.

Dear pvr cinemas management i wont came for adjust this things in the inside of screen. I did not expect the pvr cinemas allow the person like drucked and using tobacco.

What the person checked in the entrance. I dont know how this happen but i need a deemand for iam facing this type of trouble in your pvr cinemas.

Pvr cinemas is like a luxury one but this type of activities you guys allowd very soon it will be like worst theatre.

Quality of the food provided at pvr was 3rd, that to at 4 star hotel rates.
So, i got kfc popcorn from besides kfc store. But, the kfc popcorn were seized at the entry, they kept them at the entry gate only. According to act 1995, it is cheating with customer as well as with nation. I request you to take sudden action against the pvr outlet at pvr panvel.
Not even the quality, but i got my food order delivered 5 minutes before the show was above to over. And after all this, my roasted veg mexican sandwich were cold. I salute them, what a cheater pvr is.

This happened in pvr icon pavillion mall, pune. So i forgot to carry my wallet tonight, i asked the employee (Name - unique) for online payment, he said he’ll only accept paytm, unfortunately i did not had working paytm, and i asked him as till what time the counter will be opened, he told me till 12:15 am, i told him okay i’m arranging money give me little time, i called my home to send my wallet, my wallet came at 12:10, during the interval, and as soon i reached to the counter the interval time was over and it was around 12:12 am, i ordered orange juice, he said he cannot place order, i asked him why, he told you’re late, but he himself told me that i can place till 12:15 am, i wasn’t well, i requested him for the juice, he said he can give me coffee or a shake, but cannot give me juice. Firstly he said he has cleaned the juicer, but then i saw the juicer was kept right in-front of my eyes (Not cleaned), i requested him again, then he told me there’s a problem in juicer and it is damaged, but right before 20 mins during interval i saw him making juice in the same juicer, i said him the same, he started talking rudely and arrogantly, in a very harsh tone. I asked him to call the manager (Name - shrikant), as soon the manager came the employee went away, i talked to him about the incident, he said the same, he listened to that workman, then i asked him about the juicer, the manager said the juicer is totally working. So what was the point of lying and faking around of the workman that the juicer is damaged and it’s not working. The employee and the manager was totally same. This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable and in admissible. First they refuse to take an order and then they lie about the juicer. That employee was in so much hurry to close the counter. Even few more employee came and asked him to take the order, but he refused as he was in so much hurry to close the counter. I never expected such kind of behaviour from pvr’s employee. And i’m never going to visit any pvr further in future.

I have lost my vivo s1 handset in pvr phoenix market city, bangalore on 17th feb 2020 during tanhaji show, at 4:25pm, audi 5. I was the last person to leave the theater and came back after realizing that i left the mobile on seat number l10, and saw cleaning staff and guards were on duty to make the theater ready for next show. I strongly believe that cleaning staff or guards have stolen my mobile.

I was booked ticket kem cho movie in pvr but i was entered wrong pvr but when i was entered in pvr that time my ticket was scanned by your executive also checking done and i was entered in 6 no theater and almost spent 45 minutes but when movie is start than realize we are entered wrong theater than going to customer care and guide this is another pvr after i go to call my family return in between your security come and told us out. I told to him we are not see this movie i come for inform my family. First i need the answer how you guide your customer also i want back my payment of which we are not use your theater. Also your manager mr ravi raj not given proper answer and told me we are not doing any thing i told him we have enough time to reach another pvr.

I need my pay. Ent return which i booked the ticket and popcorn.

I was a previleged member of pvr and i was eligible for large popcorn, officer named ranjith in vr mall, anna nagar, chennai behaved in a very rude way. He redemmed our voucher without our knowledge and never gave a popcorn. I have been a happy customer of pvr for years, but today this officer behaviour made us very upset. If this is the way he is going to behave to everybody, customers will be very upset about pvr.

High prices on snacks counter, in pvr cinemas, red hills near chennai.
As a middle class person, one cannot afford 170rs for one pepsi (500ml) where as the movie ticket price is 150. They are making us to eat junk food by not allowing home food to theaters. Highly dissatisfied with pvr cinemas. To buy pop corn and pepsi it costs around 400+. This should be reduced.

I tried booking two tickets for shubh mangal zyaada saavdhan (For 22 feb, 3 45 pm show at pvr chanakyapuri). Mode of payment was by google pay and ₹934 got debited from my bank account. However, no booking for the same is displayed on the pvr app and i haven't received email confirmation or mobile message either. I tried contacting pvr customer care through all the numbers i could find on the internet but i didn't get any response.

Is it mandatory in pvr to purchase a combo with every ticket? I am from kota and i went to pvr to buy a movie ticket so they told me that you will have to take a combo or we will not give you the ticket, it is mandatory. So i want to know that is it really mandatory to buy a combo with pvr ticket? I don't need to buy any combo if i purchase ticket from online merchants like paytm, bookmyshow etc. I just want to know that is it really mandatory in pvr to buy a combo ticket.

In pvr the snacks cost is too high and i don’t even understand how they actually charge so much. Do you think it’s a 3 or 5 star hotels? Do you pvr rely on common men hard earned money? What if common people just ban cinemas for charging so much? What if we start a hashtag #banpvr? And actually avoid going to pvr? Can someone help us in reducing the cost? Or pvr monopoly wins?

This incident happened 3 times. as per PVR we get buy one get one offer with Kotak debit card. I tried booking the tickets but each time the money gets deducted and no tickets are issued. then i have to call them for refund for days.
When I Call them, they say that issue has been resolved but have not received any refund back. This week they did the same. I booked the tickets online from 2 different cards and both of them failed, money deducted and no tickets were booked. they doing it on purpose.

Pvr provides a special kind of theater called 'playhouse' meant for kids to watch movies, and mostly plays 'children's movies'. Designed for kids, this theater contains a slide will balls stretching across the entire aisle, and the light doesn't go off during movies.

I personally try and avoid booking tickets in a playhouse, cause the lights are kept on which diminishes the experience of theater. Unfortunately, 'dr doolittle' was only being aired in 'playhouse' theaters, so on 15/02/2020, i booked tickets for the movie 'dr. Doolittle' at pvr koramangla, bangalore. During the entire course of the movies, few of the kids in the theater screamed at their fullest volume while playing in the slide, which really hindered the other audiences (Kids and adults) from even hearing the dialogues.

On complaining to authorities about the noise in the theater, their response was that they have already mentioned in the 5th point of terms and conditions, which states - 'you may also experience noise from kids playing inside the auditorium'.

Noise from kids playing is very different from kids shrieking and throwing balls at each other, which even hit me a couple of times since i was sitting on the aisle.

Theater is supposed to be a silent zone for people to watch movies, and not to be turned into an amusement park. And if it's a hugely successful money-making model which encourages parents to buy movie tickets for their kids to go up and down the slide and eat popcorn during interval, i will request pvr to release 'children's movies' simultaneously in other theaters also.

I want to watch jojo rabbit, but sadly it's only being aired in 'playhouse' format. And after the pathetic experience, i don't think i am buying pvr playhouse tickets again.

At the box office counter the ticket issuer charged extra 100rs for food coupon and said that it was mandatory and not optional. This is unacceptable. Either the ticket issuer fooled me or you have to change the way you sell your tickets. Online charges itself cost extra so people come to box office counters to save some buck. Future repetition of such behaviour will make you loose customers.
