Dear sir, in hyderabad multiplex theatres are get an idea to make money from chidrens, recently i checked in bookmyshow website at the time of booking, it s asking ticket for 3 years baby, how they watch movie, how can i leave them at home, now a days small families are there, if thats childrens movie or any special movie for children its ok for some times, but all.., its not correct, every body should respond on multiplex big shots,...

We had watched 6.20 pm, 22nd july 2018 show - sanju movie at pvr dt mega mall gurgaon.
This is to raise the complain that national anthem is played incomplete at pvr dt mega mall golf course road gurugram (Gurgaon) haryana. That should be rectified as this is insult to the national anthem.
Please look into it and rectify the same.

    Hi..i live in surat and usually watch all the movies And always book recliners.hardly book pvr when all other theatres r full. I have complained 4 times about the recliner seats that they all r broken and in a very bad position, but there is no improvement in it. Never really seen such a irresponsible behavior anywhere neither such an pathetic staff. Remember... ur brand value is not bigger than the customer's time and money.

        Hello Team,

        During my last visit to your cinemas in Chennai (Grand Galada) on 14th of July 2018 for the movie Kadaikutty Singam, 9:40 show( booking reference: WJNHJPM), I had ordered French Fries during the break and I noticed that both the Veg Fries and Non-Veg Fries were also been cooked in the same kit and same oil. When I asked then about the same, they didn't give us proper response and told us that they did it by mistake with a careless and bad attitude, and he just simply started taking next orders without giving me a solution. The most funny part of the careless cook was, he told us to eat the same for this one time and this mistake won't be repeated in future. After few more conversations, they told me that they will refund the amount.

        Had I not noticed, I would have been served with a Non-Veg food which is against our religion, cast and our believes. I cannot take this as simple as the cooks attitude.

        We are paying you more than the worth of the particular product, yet we are not being served with a quality and tasty product.
        We've been very openly cheated.

        Pvr is charging too much for the movie ticket.210 RS for just one ticket in pvr vellore.in all other pvr branches they are just charging 120rs for one ticket except pvr Vellore. strict action must be taken on them

          Screen 7 of PVR Mall of India screening quality is very poor. The screen would blank out for prolonged periods while the movie screening is in progress. This results in lot of discomfort and non smooth viewing pleasure.

          Complaints were made to PVR but did not attract management attention. Further, there is no complaints register inside the cinema hall.

          Hi. I tried to book popcorn from the PVR app yesterday and i paid money through paytm. My money got deducted and i got a popup as bad response.. Its been a day since I lost money. Can you help me out with this.

              I have book a ticket on 7th of july from pvr website they reducted the money from my paytm wallet they didnt send me any mail any sms of confirmation of ticket they i call to cc they said ur money money is reducted we will send the money 7 to 8 working days now its became 11 days they havent send me my money back and now they are saying it will take more time

                I have booked a movie ticket on 6th July 2018 for 7th of July. No transnational or confirmation message is received. When I opened my email and see the invoice its of 6th July. I have paid Rs 1535 for 5 ticket. Without Watching movie they are asking for feedback. When ticket is booked its showing the exact time and date of movie. But when invoice is generated its showing the current date. Its the case of Fraud from the side of PVR Cinemas

                  Yesterday on 5th July, 2018 i had booked a show for Sanju in Pvr, sona theatre, Kandivli (W). Show timing was 9am. Upon reaching there at 8:55, I saw a huge line of people waiting for the entry to the theatre. I enquired with the staff and they said it will take some 5 to 10 minutes more for entry. show timing was 9 but the staff said show will start only after 9:20 am. I asked the staff to mention the timing 9:30 if they don’t want to start at 9.
                  I had selected that time slot as my kids were in school and right after the show i was supposed to pick them up. Since the show got delayed by half an hour, all my plans got spoiled. I had to arrange for a friend to pick up my kids. Had i knew it, i would have selected some other cinema which would be fitting in my schedule or wouldn’t have gone at all.
                  This was the worst experience. How do we trust such big names as PVR if they can not deliver what they promise.

                    The problem is high increase in prices of coke and popcorn which costs about ₹300 in multiplex theatres how unfair is this, just think of it how it costs and i am concern about that they are looting consumers money.
                    Can a middle class family could afford it?

                      I went for movie sanju last night 10:30 show at pvr select city walk (Which is ur premium cinema) as soon as i bought the tickets i entered the girl who was frisked me she even didn’t greet me and directly touched my body and asked open my bag i was shocked that how can someone so rude.. This was first incident and then when i was entering in the audi the guy who was talking tickets at the entrance i asked 2 blankets as it was raining outside and i was not feeling cold he told me that he will give me at my seat. I was waiting till the movie got ended but no one came with blankets
                      I wanna asked u guys u r charging tooooo much and not giving even 1% to ur guest charging 400 rs for a single tickets and when someone is asking for a blanket or whatever treat us like a animal this is not good u should learn how to to hospitality serious from a good firm or may be hire some good traner for ur security person and for other stafff too 😡😡😡😡

                          A movie ticket on a weekday at pvr would cost somewhere about rs. 180, but the pepsi prices at pvr are rs. 280 for a large glass. Moreover they have stopped selling packaged drinking water and juices which they did earlier. They have also started selling their own water brand at rs. 60, which tastes like tap water. You are left with no choice but to drink their terrible water or pay up a ridiculous amount for something like pepsi.

                            We have booked a tickets on yesterday night i. E[protected] through paytm to watch ee nagaraniki emaindi movie in pvr cinemas panjagutta, but the management has stopped the show because of the power issues. They didn't have power backup also. But the most irritating part is they identified power issues at 7:30 pm. But they sold tickets till 10:00 pm. So we are all protested against the inconvenience, manager told us that amount will be refunded through which the transaction happens. It is 1.15 pm, i didn't receive my money back. Take this as serious issue otherwise we will ban to watch movies in pvr cinemas.

                            Take necessary action.

                              I had ordered a burger through the pvr app while watching the incredibles 2. The movie showtime was around 11.45 am at pvr transcube in vadodara. My seat no. Was g8. While doing the transaction, i did the payment using paytm app and after payment i received a pop-up displaying "bad transaction... Will be refunded". The price debited was inr 100. Apart the pop-up, i have not received any text or email indicating the initiation of transfer. Request to please refund the amount. I am attaching a screenshot of the transaction in paytm.

                                [protected] at pvr phoenix mall, viman nagar, pune, 9am - jurassic world, when i asked ticket at 9:05 am, counter person firstly checked seats & said nobody has booked any seats so show can't be play.                                 In every pvr cinemas when i bought a movie ticket then they forcefully admits me to buy a food vocher with movie ticket. When i denay to buy their voucher they told me to leave and told me that ots pvr company policy to buy a voucher with ticket.. please take some action as soon as possiable

                                  I am a regular customer of pvr and we as a family really enjoy the experience you provide. We have been visiting pvr from last, i suppose 10 years, at various locations including delhi, gurgaon, ludhiana etc. I would like to share one bad experience with you which we faced recently in ludhiana, silver arc mall dated 12th june. We went to see jurassic world movie at 7.25pm show. At the food counter inside the theater there was a person named mr hemraj (Do). He misbehaved with us very badly. I was with my wife and kid and ordered for nachos. We usually do not like the salsa sauce with the nachos and every time we get it exchanged with the cheese cream sauce. But i dont know why but mr hemraj had a problem in exchanging it and he started speaking very rudly with us as if the the charges of nachos was coming out of his pocket. He shouted at us and spoke with us while pointing his finger at me.

                                  Sir i also come from hospitality business and i know how difficult these days is to retain a customer. You cannot talk to your customer like this. There is a way deal it. You cannot just shout and point fingers at your customers. I told him that i will complain this to your higher authorities but he was least bothered. This is not the experience i have paid for!!!. The behavior was totally uncalled for. Request you to pls look into the matter as we are deeply hurt with this kind of attitude.

                                  Can you tell us proper justification.. y I should pay cancellation protect pay intially while booking a movie tickets... As per my knowledge it should applicable only on cancellation policy right... Are you going to return my 40/- rs again(cancellation protect fee)...

                                    I have come to the pvr growells to watch Parmanu for a 05:15 PM show and the show started at 05:35 PM with adv. Playing throughout, also the National Anthem wasn't played completely it was cut out 20 sec before the ending and there was an adv. Played in that time period, on bringing it to the notice of the manager Mr. Chinar Tipnis, his reply was, we start shows 20 mins late as thats how the norm is the timming mentioned on the website is entering time and din't show any interest in changing the National Anthem clip.
                                    PVR needs to do something about this reckless and careless behaivour towards the National Anthem and people's time

                                      I am watching movie race 3 at pvr cinemas nanded no ac working and sound properly in audi 3 and no proper cleaning service at audi 3 at time 10.45 pm so please take actions against on this it's very problem to seat and watch the movie for without ac at audi vry prblm to see the movie our seat numbr are q row 9 to 12 seat at last row so we have pay the amount 670 total so please take action

                                      Yesterday i watch movie Race3 at 7:30 pm .during intervel i order a combo of rs 320 .the payment is done by debit card and payment of two combos are debit from my acc i.e rs 640 while we taken only one combo so its a humble request to sort out this complaint.thebill is attached with this complaint.I will be very thankful to you.
