[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — unethical behaviour | |||
I am a regular customer of pvr and we as a family really enjoy the experience you provide. We have been visiting pvr from last, i suppose 10 years, at various locations including delhi, gurgaon, ludhiana etc. I would like to share one bad experience with you which we faced recently in ludhiana, silver arc mall dated 12th june. We went to see jurassic world movie at 7.25pm show. At the food counter inside the theater there was a person named mr hemraj (Do). He misbehaved with us very badly. I was with my wife and kid and ordered for nachos. We usually do not like the salsa sauce with the nachos and every time we get it exchanged with the cheese cream sauce. But i dont know why but mr hemraj had a problem in exchanging it and he started speaking very rudly with us as if the the charges of nachos was coming out of his pocket. He shouted at us and spoke with us while pointing his finger at me. Sir i also come from hospitality business and i know how difficult these days is to retain a customer. You cannot talk to your customer like this. There is a way deal it. You cannot just shout and point fingers at your customers. I told him that i will complain this to your higher authorities but he was least bothered. This is not the experience i have paid for!!!. The behavior was totally uncalled for. Request you to pls look into the matter as we are deeply hurt with this kind of attitude. Looking forward to hear from you. Was this information helpful? | |||

Can you tell us proper justification.. y I should pay cancellation protect pay intially while booking a movie tickets... As per my knowledge it should applicable only on cancellation policy right... Are you going to return my 40/- rs again(cancellation protect fee)...
