I booked 2 tickets through pvr cinemas app.. Since plan was dropped.. I chose to cancel the tickets.. But the app or the online website doesnt have option for cancel... Fed up with this hell site and app..
I mailed the customer support thrice... But there was no options for filing queries or complaints from customer.. They have only options for feedback, corporate and bulk booking..
Atlast money and time is totally waste because of this worse app..

I left my mobile on my seat after the movie finished please help, movies show timimg details are: 10:45 pm show, movie name: sui dhaga, audi 2, seat no: q row 3 and 4,. After calling on my mobile number its telling switched off... Please help.. It was a lenovo. Please note our original seat number was q1 and q2 but as the seats were vacant we got seated on q3 and q4. Please help

I booked tickets for a movie (Pariyerum perumal) in pvr cinemas, ampa sky walk when we came for an interval there was a huge crowd on the billing section. I found there is only two people in the cabin who is taking the order and same people preparing food for us.. Where we spent almoat half an hour.. When they cannot take orders on food. Why they are charging double the rate for regular pop corn and regular coke. Totally we paid 600 bucks for two regular pop corns.in the meanwhile movie started after the interval where we loat almoat 15 mins in the movie.. Why they are taking these much time for the billing and they are starting the movie and they know we are waiting in the queue for a order.. The most disgusting thing is the way tgey prepared amd delivered their foods is really worser than worse.

I had booked a wrong date ticket by mistake. On contacting the support to help me cancel/reschedule ticket, i was told it is not allowed.

Agreed that it is my mistake, but there should be some leniency to the customer and either i should be allowed to reschedule or cancel it. My 2000rs gone waste just without reason. Even airlines allow cancelation/change of tickets

I just want to know why you guys are charging rs 60 for 500 ml water bottle named dive. That it was hopeless boring water in it... I complain abt it in the counter he tasted it and saying i m not feeling that.. Do you think we have unnecessary time to complain abt this.. So cheap product u sell that too so higly and overpriced... Where in market we get 1 ltr water in rs 20 then why you guys are charging 3 times higher price for half quantity. This is totally unfair and monopoly of you guys. As a customer point of view this is very disturbing. I purchased this product at mulund nirmal lifestyle mall pvr cinemas this is unbearable and strict actions should be taken against this...

This is very bad that you guys have no value of time show time of today show 30 sep 2018 is 6:15 pm for sui dhada screen 3 i have booked 6 tikets but i m surprised that move entry start after 30 mints of show time

And movie start after commercials add 6.42

This very bad if you guys have no important of public time

I booked a ticket on 15-september- 2018 from PVR app, for the movie Predator at Velachery, chennai.
On my first transaction my money went and i received notification but no tickets has been booked. Then after few minutes, the selected seats have been marked empty. I tried to book again, this time it was successful with the payment and received my tickets too.
It is been 10 days now, i did not get back money for the first failed transaction.

I spent 210 rs for one pizza which was just bread and four tiny pieces of panner and nothing else. Just worst. Then 380 rs for a popcorn that would not cost more than 10 rs in the local market and 200ml coke and a burger which was pathetic. Overall i spent 590 rs and the food standards we the worst. Tickets are super expensive and above that these jaw-dropping rates of very low quality and quantity snacks. I don't know why nobody says anything. It's a huge cheating. If they are charging this much, they should at least give quality food and decent quantity. Very disappointing.

I have booked online movie ticket through pvr mobile app, i selected "uturn" movie and pvr icon hitech city is the location. But it redirected to another movie and i thought it is for "uturn" movie and booked it but it got booked for another movie. Please find the order id = hthd[protected], i need to cancel this ticket. Please help me in cancelling this ticket....

I booked two tickets from the site and payment was also successful but no information regarding seat and cancellation was provided. The show timing is 10.00 am so unable to resolve the issue. Provide me the refund if no alottment has been made else give the details regarding the booked tickets throught the site. The payment was made through paytm account.

We use to go to pvr mgf, it's always that popcorns carry so much salt that is enough to create headache and high blood pressure. So when u think u are enjoying courtesy to capitalism u are actually inviting urself for a hospital visit.

Food is so over priced there with low quality.

Shame on management. Spoiling ur brand name to earn profits but you guys are actually losing your loyal customers like us.

I went to watch a movie at PVR cinemas in silver arc mall, ludhiana on 20/08/18.In interval i went to buy some food of an amount of Rs.220 and the employee over there swaped my card and amount got deducted from my account but the employee said that he has not received amount due to some POS machine error.And then he again swaped my card for Rs.220 and replied that i will get my refund in my account with in a week but still after 1 month i have not got my refund.I paid Rs.440 on that day.
Its a complete case of harrasment and fraud.
Kindly compensate me for this kind of harrasment.

I went to pvr shalimar bagh on 16/9/2018 i. E. Today to watch a movie. Thought of ordering some snacks before the movie starts. But the lady there just ignored me for 15-20 minutes. Also ignored when i was calling her again n again. So finally i thought of calling the manager mr rahul who also thought that my complaining him was unnecessary. At last i had to complain here as there was no help from the manager as well. Pls look into this seriously because if not then they will make it a practice.

I hereby inform you that i was booking movie tickets for tamil movie seemaraja on 15th sept 2018 at 12:38 hours. An amount of rs. 1450.92 [ rupees one thousand four hundred fifty and ninety two paise only] was debited from my corporation bank account through debit card. It’s a tap water which is being sold inside pvr for a price tag if 60rs for 500ml. It’s horrible to taste the tap water and that too with that price tag which is totally unacceptable. A movie for 2 in pvr is always costly affair because of ticket prices with internet charges, parking charges for 3 hours and then eatables which is always expensive. So in total if you are going for a movie in pvr for 2; then be ready to shell out at least...

Sir i go yesterday (10 sep) to watch film paltan in pvr sahara mg road, so i went to ticket counter to buy a ticket, ticket price is 90rs but they forcebly give me ticket with combo of 150 rs food but i want to buy only 2 ticket total price 180 but they called me to pay 480 rupee with combo but i dont want to buy combo and i say that but they refuse to give me ticket in price of 180, and this situation was faced with other people who want to buy, i want yo beat them and call police then i cold down if you have not gain any decisions on this matter then i go to legally because i hert in this day, by they called me forcebly to buy a combo with 150, and without it refuse to give ticket this was not any rule in any book of pvr

I went to pvr cinemas tirusulam branch. I tried to buy a kolamavu kokila tamil movie ticket in front of the counter, i asked one seat 60 rs ticket. But the vendor said ticket not sale for 60rs it will come with snacks package and the minimum amount is rs 350. I asked ticket vendor i don't want any snacks please give me a ticket without snacks package. But he ignored my request and scold me. And the pvr security said "go to local theatres...

It was very uncomfirtable watching c/o kancharapalem at pvr inorbit, cyberabad with family today.

Airconditioning was a total failure from the beginning of the show. We haven't enjoyed the movie and during the interval came out from theater as they haven't fixed the issue post interval.

Though complained to the representatives present outside the hall and came to know that one of the units not working.

During the interval other screen audiences screen 03 also came and given the same airconditioning problem with the manager.

It was a bad experience especially the representatives expressed their helplessness.

I don't want to book any movies with pvr anymore.

Felt like watching movie at pvr today is like watching movie at normal road side theaters.

Hi i usually watch movie at pvr phoenix united mall lucknow uttar pradesh and always book for the gold section/ recliners. The quality of your seats and service is being very much comprised day by day by last 3 times the complain for the latest one is
1) the seats were halfly broken
2) cloth of seat was dirty and not stiched properly 3) recliner were not working had to change seats or get it repaired in the middle of the moviebr...

I am your privilege member & sorry to state this episode o[censored]nprofessional & non fullfilment of commitment from pvr cinemas.
This is in context to one of the movie which i came to watch at pvr pacific mall on 27th june 2018 i. E. Incredibiles 2.in 4dx.
From the start of the movie wherein no a/c's were working the manager mahesh ([protected]) keep committing that a/c's are on will cool in while & bla bla till 45 mins when the suffocation was unbearable, he finally said sorry a/c's will not work. My kid was totally exhausted including me & he was least bothered.
Finally they said dont worry we will refund the amount you can leave your details at the ticket counter & go, which i did. To the agony it's more than 2 months no refund has been made & mr. Mahesh ([protected]) doesn't pick his phone almost 20 calls have been made to him.
Request concerned authority to look into it & get this refund. Order id - sudx[protected]
This 4dx experience is the worst ever had by me & my child.
Pls confirm else would be left with no option but to escalate to higher authorities & social media.
