I had ordered a burger through the pvr app while watching the incredibles 2. The movie showtime was around 11.45 am at pvr transcube in vadodara. My seat no. Was g8. While doing the transaction, i did the payment using paytm app and after payment i received a pop-up displaying "bad transaction... Will be refunded". The price debited was inr 100. Apart the pop-up, i have not received any text or email indicating the initiation of transfer. Request to please refund the amount. I am attaching a screenshot of the transaction in paytm.

    [protected] at pvr phoenix mall, viman nagar, pune, 9am - jurassic world, when i asked ticket at 9:05 am, counter person firstly checked seats & said nobody has booked any seats so show can't be play. Then their senior person came & said there is some technical issue. When i called customer care, he gave the same excuses. My time is wasted.

    In every pvr cinemas when i bought a movie ticket then they forcefully admits me to buy a food vocher with movie ticket. When i denay to buy their voucher they told me to leave and told me that ots pvr company policy to buy a voucher with ticket.. please take some action as soon as possiable

    I used three of my provider privileged f&b vouchers to order food through the PVR app. The app shut itself in the middle of the payment leaving it unfinished. Now, the vouchers are being displayed as used ones. How do I get them back?

      I am a regular customer of pvr and we as a family really enjoy the experience you provide. We have been visiting pvr from last, i suppose 10 years, at various locations including delhi, gurgaon, ludhiana etc. I would like to share one bad experience with you which we faced recently in ludhiana, silver arc mall dated 12th june. We went to see jurassic world movie at 7.25pm show. At the food counter inside the theater there was a person named mr hemraj (Do). He misbehaved with us very badly. I was with my wife and kid and ordered for nachos. We usually do not like the salsa sauce with the nachos and every time we get it exchanged with the cheese cream sauce. But i dont know why but mr hemraj had a problem in exchanging it and he started speaking very rudly with us as if the the charges of nachos was coming out of his pocket. He shouted at us and spoke with us while pointing his finger at me.

      Sir i also come from hospitality business and i know how difficult these days is to retain a customer. You cannot talk to your customer like this. There is a way deal it. You cannot just shout and point fingers at your customers. I told him that i will complain this to your higher authorities but he was least bothered. This is not the experience i have paid for!!!. The behavior was totally uncalled for. Request you to pls look into the matter as we are deeply hurt with this kind of attitude.

      Can you tell us proper justification.. y I should pay cancellation protect pay intially while booking a movie tickets... As per my knowledge it should applicable only on cancellation policy right... Are you going to return my 40/- rs again(cancellation protect fee)...

        I have come to the pvr growells to watch Parmanu for a 05:15 PM show and the show started at 05:35 PM with adv. Playing throughout, also the National Anthem wasn't played completely it was cut out 20 sec before the ending and there was an adv. Played in that time period, on bringing it to the notice of the manager Mr. Chinar Tipnis, his reply was, we start shows 20 mins late as thats how the norm is the timming mentioned on the website is entering time and din't show any interest in changing the National Anthem clip.
        PVR needs to do something about this reckless and careless behaivour towards the National Anthem and people's time

            It is made compulsory at pvr nasik to buy popcorn & cold-drinks with each ticket during morning show. However it is nowhere written anywhere on pvr site or on any terms & conditions that consumer need to buy it compulsorily. It's really a matter of concern that the workers also say that either buy both movie ticket & popcorn otherwise no ticket will be issued. This is really bad about pvr nasik that they are looting customers each day with such a bad scam. I think management must look into matter otherwise consumer forum is the last option for customers.

                I went to a morning show, when i asked for a ticket, he added a combo voucher which i refused to take but he said tbat it is compulsory.. So is it really compulsory if we dont want?? Yaha pe sirf logo ko loot rahe hai.. So take a action as soon as possible. They are just taking an advantage of our politness n patience but now its a high time.
                Toilets are very very dirty.. No cleaning

                    As a first time pvr app user, i'm not able to apply app100 code, when i enter the code it says the code is already used, but i haven't used it.                     We were entered into wrong screen for 5-10 mins and then realized, So after 10 mins we went to our actual show but they did not allowed us to enter for the show, we requested them many times but the person disrespected us and asked to purchase new tickets with the full price for the movie.

                    We need our money back or replacement tickets. I can provide the proof of purchase if it is required. My booking id is Booking ID WT2MXMC, I have booked my ticket from bookmyshow.

                        Yesterday on 13th june i went to pvr motera (Ahmedabad) to watch movie with my family. During interval we ordered food that includes burgers, nachos and ice tea. The total amount was 880 which i paid through card. After that i was informed that they dont have ice tea so we took cold coffee and rest amount was refunded to me. But when i asked for bill the person said he will not be able to provide me the bill as there is a mistake. Still i agreed but when we opened burgers they were stale and smelling badly. When i complained the manager (Mr bhavesh) there was not ready to accept and said there is no problem in the burger. When i asked him that why they are providing the burger on its date of expiry he said"expiry se kutch nahi hota hai fresh hai aaj hi aaya hai". Since he was not ready to accept we requested some other people to just smell and tell him whether the burger is good. All of them said it is stale. But still no action taken. When i asked him to call some senior he said his senior is a lady and he will not disturb her at this time (11.15pm). We ordered food from pvr because we believed that quality is good and i can give it to my kids. Now because of this i feel harassed in front of my guests as they came from delhi and i took all of them for outing. I want my full money refunded as i have not received any bill and i want to be compensated for the harassment caused to me by their unprofessional behavior.

                          I am from pune police. I went to watch movie "veere the wedding" with my family on sunday, june 10, 2018 in audi1 at top most class @ 12:00 noon in pvr icon, pavallion, senapati bapat road, pune. There was a display for standing up for national anthem. Everybody stood up. But no national anthem was presented. There were 8 -10 different 8 to 10 ads & trailers were displayed. Everybody sat down. Suddenly after 5 minutes national anthem by its own & very few people were stood up. Its a crime performed by pvr. I brought to notice of mr. Pralay, the manager pvr cinemas. Kindly allow me to check once again whether the same practice is continued or not.

                            We recently went to jurassic world movie at pvr imax select city walk.. Being an imax theatre it charged exorbitantly for a movie that kept stopping midway due to power failure. It was so frustrating. No one from pvr came to explain the situation also.. It created a sort of panic amongst the viewers as it was a late night show and many o[censored]s got so tired of their unresponsive and apathetic behaviour that we left the hall before the end.. If you pay for a movie 350 rupees that too even on a weekend you expect a beautiful cinematic experience not an awful one.. I would want them to refund our mivie and at least apologise for such kind of rudeness.

                            I watched a movie in pvr Elante, Chandigarh..11 45 pm show...I was unimpressed by the lack of Cleanliness inside the hall...the food items for the previous show were to be seen all over the tray tables...Not to mention the dust over the floor mats inside...kindly take necessary steps to make sure that these don't get repeated in the future...

                              I had gone to pvr cinemas, kochi (Lulu mall) to watch a movie with my family 2 days ago. The movie was screened in audi 02. Unfortunately, the screening was frequently disturbed by music and dialogues from the adjacent movie theater whenever the music from this movie was not loud enough to overpower it. We have never experienced such sound leakage in this theater before and were quite disappointed. Kindly take necessary measures to resolve this problem.

                                Too pathetic in the sense of cleanliness, Audi 8 is very dirty n Stinky as it has crossed the all limits of dirt n stink.

                                No show starts on time, always run late beyond 20 - 30 minutes. Do you have any common sense of business or just making public fool.

                                If no action taken asap, I will surely spread it all over through social media.

                                This is very annoying that u show sooo many ads before the movie that it seems totally a wastage of time...this happens always yestrdy went for a movie timing was 8:05 n it started at 8:25 and even during interval ads took almost 20 mins...Kindly look into the matter n resolve.. we accept fr a great service from you people.                                   Hi,
                                  I came to watch the 8 05 pm show on 10th of june. Veere di wedding is an a certificate movie that requires anybody to carry an id. While the parents are ignorant of bringing the kids, what is management at pvr doing? How negligent can you be? These kids ends up watching such filthy content and it's your job to stop them from entering the screen! Your service is anyways always disappointing at pvr banjara hills from serving expired food to bad washrooms. You can't even control kids from watching a certificate movies?

                                    We visited pvr ecx in chanakyapuri on 6/06/18.
                                    Audi:3
                                    Movie: parmanu
                                    Showtime:11:10 am
                                    No. Of tickets: 3

                                    Seats: n9, n10, n11
                                    I went to watch to watch the movie but the movie was not played due to some technical reasons. The pvr general manager asked us to wait for 10 minutes saying that the problem will be resolved. Everyone kept on waiting and after 40 minutes of showtime and exactly at 11:38 he came and said that the movie will not be played due to some technical error. He said that they'll refund our money but the tax on ticket was not being refunded and due to the inconvenience caused we refused to take the refund.
                                    I want you to compensation for it. Giving back the ticket money is not an appropriate amount of compensation as it is not just about the movie ticket price but also the parking that we paid for and our time that was being wasted by asking us to wait. I never though that you would treat your customer in such a way. I request you to look into the issue and find me an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

                                      We have visited pvr, pavillion mall, ludhiana today.
                                      Audi : 4
                                      Movie : veere di wedding
                                      Show time : 05:30 pm
                                      Row : f

                                      The movie decleared 'a rated' but in our row 'f' there were 2 kids (Under 18).
                                      We have informed to pvr staff about that and reconfirmed that is this allowed for under 18 to watch 'a rated' movie.
                                      They clearly declined and go to audi 4 to check.
                                      But they just go inside and came out without any action.

                                      After tge movie, we again discuss with pvr staff that why you don't took any action.
                                      The executive advised us to complaint on pvr website about that and said "they can't do anything in this."

                                      Just want to say 2 things :
                                      1. If there are rules, then apply for everyone. Otherwise don't create the rule book.

                                      2. Also we have noticed that little kids annoy and create disturbance while watching movie.
                                      Must take some action on it.
