When we wanted to go to a movie, we looked into bookmyshow and found out that the ticket rates were 118 rupees. But when we went to the theater to buy tickets, they charged us 200 for a ticket and gave us a combo with it, and when we asked for tickets without combo
They said
"we don't have any show tickets with out combo and i[censored] need to buy tickets with out combo, u can only do that online"
We asked them if they had normal tickets for any other show and
They said
"all the shows come with combo and there is no show where u can get it at 118 rupees, you need to pay 200"
Most important thing was that they gave us a bill of only 118, there was no bill to so called combos they were saying about.
They r hiding it from pvr cinemas and i hope that's the reason we didn't get any ticket

    Pvr always been worst when comes to stand for promise it does to customer. Always falls assurances and rude behaviour when questioned about the proper service.

    I booked my movie ticket @pvr koramangala (Check the attachment), from your new updated website, where i had option of opting for food serving to seats before interval. I was not served food, when enquired during interval, the manager was busy in getting orders from some customer rather attending my query. This is second time i'm raising my concerned for similar behaviour at your different outlet.

    If you people charge for this behaviour then it's great disaster. Hopefully not to see pvr anymore. Pvr only know how to make customers fools.

      I booked 7 tickets at pvr citi mall andheri (W) on 4/22/2018 for an april 27th shows. Turns out we won't be able to attend the movie as our friend wedding is on the same day.         I’ve booked 2 tickets at pvr cinemas, sujana forum mall. Instead of booking for one movie i’ve picked for other movie. Please help me with the cancellation of tickets and refund my money.         Hi, when I was watching a movie in PVR cinemas, Forum Mall, Koramangala, Bengaluru - food/drink delivery was done in the middle of the movie by blocking my view to the screen. I didn't pay for the movie to get blocked, also by the theatre management itself. This is something, which should change. Thank you!

          I have bought pepsi and popcorn at pvr elements mall, bangalore. The price was rs 410/-. But pvr employee charged me two times on my card. I saw in my card statement that the amount was deducted two times inatead of single transaction. This is not good. You better refund my money. This is so cheap of you guys to rob the customers in corporate disguise.

            For every big hero movies at pvr cinemas hyderabad they are not selling tickets in box office by morning 10.30 they are telling sold out that is before day total tickets they are selling by online with extra charge, and in the canteen they are selling products at 5 star hotel charges so kindly solve this issue as soon as possible, and one more thing while going to movie they have arranged escolater and lift after the movie is over there is no lift we have to out by steps with this old people's are suffering a lot

              I’m keval patel. [protected]. I visit pvr cinemas on a regular basis. Two of your employees rajendra and gauri chand behaved unmannerly with me on 18.04.2018 when i was here to watch ‘blackmail’. Kindly see into the matter. It happened at cinemax suman. There were only 10 people in the theatre room and the two people caused a havoc in the theatre. I couldn’t enjoy the movie after that and am complaining on behalf of all the people present in the hall.

                My name is harmeet and i am from mohali.
                Yesterday (I. E = 17th april) i went to watch a movie in pvr cinemas in vr mohali. My show timing was 6:25, audi 6 and seat number g13, g14, g15.
                I bought the tickets from the outlet out there and it costed me rs. 450/-.
                I gave your associate 500/- and he was supposed to return me rs. 50/- back. Instead he returned me 2 candy boxes (Imli goli) worth rs. 10/- each.
                Even if he had to give me candies, he was supposed to give me 3 instead of two.

                My concern is not about rs. 10/-. Certainly now a days its not a big amount. My concern is the responsibility or the sincerity of that particular staff towards his company's good will and towards the clients.

                I don't want any action against the employee, i just want you to issue a policy here in it is stated that pvr employees are not supposed to return candies or anything else in lieu of money they owe to clients

                      This is rohit mohan from bangalore and i'd like to bring your attention about an incident that occured in pvr imax forum mall, bangalore on 7th april, 2018.

                      I booked a ticket for the movie pacific rim imax show at 2pm, in forum mall, koramangala, bangalore on bookmyshow. After traveling 20km, i found out that the movie was being screened at a regular screen (Audi 3). I spoke to the pvr team and they had no answer expect that i have to adjust with the congested regular screen.

                      I have attached the ticket to support my statement. This fact can be verified with the entire audience who attended this show. Everybody i spoke to had the same complaint.

                      This is not a case where i have been independently cheated but the entire audience have been hoodwinked. I did not pay extra and travel so far to watch the movie in the regular screen and this incident has really disturbed me. I'm sure all the other audience share the same sentiment too.

                      I work at oracle corporation and we regularly visit pvr as a corporate initiative but this experience was abysmal. The disappointing fact came in when the bookmyshow team claimed to have spoke to the pvr team on my behalf and they claim that this movie was screened in imax.

                      The main reason for writing this issue is to bring out the true nature of governance is a big corporation like pvr and the inability to admit the fault.

                      I have no words to tell except that i'm very disappointed with the professionalism of the cinema that had been my favorite since 2010.

                      Please find the ticket attached that indicates the term imax and audi 3 toegther. Audi 3 is a regular audi and this can be physically verified.

                        I have booked 3 recliner seats at screen 2, pvr cinema, growel kandivali east. The seats were infested with the bugs. We were bitten all over. The matter was reported to the manager. Request look into the matter. Informatively, complaint also submitted through feedback form. Its hurt when you spent premium price but get very poor services.

                          amount deducted twice for single movie

                          We had ask for 2 coffee and a medium popcorn (Caramel) however we were given salted popcorn which we don't like. So when we had ask to change it to caramel the guy at the contour refuse to change instead reply back by saying that it can't be replace as the bill is already made so u need to take another order. And we have even ask to pay extra is its required still he didn't show concern for the customer which is so basic service. So overall experience was dissatisfied and upset for such staff behaviour.                               I went for morning show 11.00 am at pvr - singapore mall, gomtinagar, lucknow on 25th march 2018. The boy selling tickets at the counter did not gave tickets and forced to buy food coupons of rs.100/- with each tickets. I told that i have fast of ram navmi today but he said that hall management has not allowed to sell tickets without food coupons. It is a very shameful act for such a big banner. Please look in this matter.

                                We have booked the imax ticket for ready player one on 29.03.2018 (Show time : 08:00 pm) for pvr logix (Imax), noida. Booking time : around 2:30 pm on 29.03.2018 via bookmyshow.

                                When we tried to book a few extra tickets, we found that the imax screens were not listed in bookmyshow website. We tried contacting the bookmyshow customer care. They said it has been taken down from pvr side. So we weren't able to reserve any more tickets.

                                I travelled all the way from faridabad in cab spending around rs.300 and 1.5 hours just to reach there by 7.30pm. After i reached there, i received a call from pvr stating that the show has been cancelled due to technical issues.

                                They say that they can refund the ticket expenditure. But what will be compensation for the travel expense and the time of around 3 hours that we wasted for travelling without any purpose??

                                I suspect that the pvr management knew very well that they were having some technical issues by afternoon. Thats why they have removed the listing of the place from the bookmyshow website. So if they knew it well in advance, why couldn't they informed us earlier? Or at least they should have informed us 3 hours before the show timing.

                                This incident is not tolerable because they are not worried about the hassles faced by their customers. They were not even ready to provide us an alternate arrangement in any other shows. Also note that the pvr doesn' t provide us any refund when we cancel the tickets from our side.

                                And the pathetic part is when i saw other people waiting outside the imax screen to enter. They haven't even provided a sign/notice that says the show has been cancelled.

                                I have heard many similar instances of show cancellation in imax and 4dx screens in pvr. If they cannot rectify the issues, at least try to inform us well in advance.

                                This is really a harassment for people travelled for more than 50km and then came back to home spending almost 3 hours of their time.

                                I want the pvr management to refund the whole amount of the ticket and to compensate me for the travel expense and mental harassment i faced.

                                  Hi team,
                                  This is in regards to the movie show that i booked.
                                  Movie - hichki
                                  Venue - logix mall (Pvr), noida.

                                  The concern is that with the show i bought nachos, which costs me rs.320, whereas the price that was displayed there at the lobby was rs.230 for the nachos and rs.10 for each dip. So, total it should be rs.250, and including 15% of tax it comes to rs.287.50.

                                  The man who came to take order for me, asked me to pay rs.315, and as i did not has change, i gave him 320 rupees. I have complaint regarding this, why he didn’t returned me 5 rupees. If suppose, i have to pay 455 rupees for anything i bought in snacks. And even i don’t have the change, nor any one at the counter. Will any of your representative pay that 5 rupees from their pocket?

                                  Another thing which i didn’t liked, the quality of nachos. I bought thinking that if i paid 320 bucks, i’ll get worth of that price. But it only had good ones on the top, and when i started eating it. It had all cruched ones after eating 4-5 pieces of good nachos. Even at normal cinemas, we get better quality in just half the price of what i paid.

                                  I need proper resolution for this, where i paid 32.50 bucks extra than the amount that i should pay, secondly, i have not got the quality for the actual amount as well. I want complete refund for this order.

                                    I tried to book 2 tickets for 31 March 2018 at PVR:RK Cineplex, Hyderabad . I have mistakenly booked it on A (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion. Could you please try to cancel those tickets and refund the money. Please help me out with this issue.

                                    Can you please resolve this issue as the movie booked for tomorrow only. If you cancel the tickets now then others can book those as well or else my money will be wasted. Please do the needful.
