On 11feb 2018, in phoenix market city - mumbai i had bought a ticket to the movie pad man, screen 3. Seat no: f5. It’s absolutely dissatisfying to have been awarded a broken seat. Me and my husband booked padmavat 3d movie on feb 3, 2018 seat no. Q9 & q10 time 12.45-3.30 @ pvr 3cs lajapt nagar. For movie 3d glasses were provided which was clearly mentioned as sanitized. However those glasses were infectitous and my husband's eyes got affected. Due to which we have been to doc and took ointment and other medicines costing rs. 800. I booked a 4Dx show (Jumanji) via 'book my show' website but these guys ran a 3D show just because the house was not full. There is no mention that it is a 3D show and not a 4Dx. It clearly mentions 4Dx (screenshot of the show details attached)
I now feel cheated.

How can I claim refund?

I seen show timing in pvr in silver arc mall ludhianaon 2 Feb 2018 at 11 pm. I missed my business tour and postponed. But when I arrived at mall for ticket at 10.50 pm. Staff giving me accussess that movie will not run. I need reason why to waste my time. I checked that only 4 tickets were booked for that show. I will due to pvr and manger of pvr of silver arc for wastage of my time and my meeting on tomorrow which can impact on my business....

I am from bhilai and i have a complaint that here in pvr bhilai every south indian movie (Malyali, tamil, telgu) are released and the shows are on empty run!! Where as there are many marathis who wait for a marathi movie to release but pvr doesnt even have one show a day. Its my humble request to show marathi releases in bhilai pvr cinemas. Please?...

Yesterday evening me and my friends went to watch padmaavat. We had our laptop bags with us as we had come directly from our office. Considering baggage factor we were asked to deposit it to a 'cmd' counter (I don't know what that means). To us it was a tea shop. This is obviously a clear violation of the law.

This is kishore k i had booked 2 tickets on 23th december 2017 from pvr application and i paid 663 from paytm but i dint received the ticket. Then i called customer care and informed about this they told 3days it will be refunded. Today its 26 th december but still it is not refunded. I tried to call the pvr customercare it is also not connected. Kindly look on this and do the needful
