Hello team,

I booked a 4Dx show (Jumanji) via 'book my show' website but these guys ran a 3D show just because the house was not full. There is no mention that it is a 3D show and not a 4Dx. It clearly mentions 4Dx (screenshot of the show details attached)
I now feel cheated.

How can I claim refund?

Staff giving me accussess that movie will not run. I need reason why to waste my time. I checked that only 4 tickets were booked for that show. lack of marathi movie release in bhilai

food hygiene

I regret to inform the authorities that the food hygiene in pvr is poor.
I found a cockroach on a samoosa in pvr lulu, kochi.
This is obviously a clear violation of the law.

I need not narrate the entire episode because there a number of cctv cameras inside the premises.
They didnt even apologise despite the clear violation of the food laws.br...
