Respected sir,
I have booked 4 tickets for race 3 18.45 show in pvr cinemas midc laturon june 15-6-18. I request you to cancel those ticket and refund the money to my account. I have tried a lot to cancel the tickets through pvr cinemas.com but i couldn't able to cancel the tickets. I paid 1020 rupees for 4 tickets seat no 14, 15, 16, 17.
I kindly request you to relfund the money.

Respected sir,
I have booked 4 tickets for race 3 18.35 show in pvr cinemas midc latur on june 15-6-18. I request you to cancel those ticket and refund the money to my account. I have tried a lot to cancel the tickets through pvr cinemas.com but i couldn't able to cancel the tickets. I paid 1020 rupees for 4 tickets seat no 14, 15, 16, 17.

    Yesterday on 13th june i went to pvr motera (Ahmedabad) to watch movie with my family. During interval we ordered food that includes burgers, nachos and ice tea. The total amount was 880 which i paid through card. After that i was informed that they dont have ice tea so we took cold coffee and rest amount was refunded to me. But when i asked for bill the person said he will not be able to provide me the bill as there is a mistake. Still i agreed but when we opened burgers they were stale and smelling badly. When i complained the manager (Mr bhavesh) there was not ready to accept and said there is no problem in the burger. When i asked him that why they are providing the burger on its date of expiry he said"expiry se kutch nahi hota hai fresh hai aaj hi aaya hai". Since he was not ready to accept we requested some other people to just smell and tell him whether the burger is good. All of them said it is stale. But still no action taken. When i asked him to call some senior he said his senior is a lady and he will not disturb her at this time (11.15pm). We ordered food from pvr because we believed that quality is good and i can give it to my kids. Now because of this i feel harassed in front of my guests as they came from delhi and i took all of them for outing. I want my full money refunded as i have not received any bill and i want to be compensated for the harassment caused to me by their unprofessional behavior.

      I am from pune police. I went to watch movie "veere the wedding" with my family on sunday, june 10, 2018 in audi1 at top most class @ 12:00 noon in pvr icon, pavallion, senapati bapat road, pune. There was a display for standing up for national anthem. Everybody stood up. But no national anthem was presented. There were 8 -10 different 8 to 10 ads & trailers were displayed. Everybody sat down. Suddenly after 5 minutes national anthem by its own & very few people were stood up. Its a crime performed by pvr. I brought to notice of mr. Pralay, the manager pvr cinemas. Kindly allow me to check once again whether the same practice is continued or not.

        We recently went to jurassic world movie at pvr imax select city walk.. Being an imax theatre it charged exorbitantly for a movie that kept stopping midway due to power failure. It was so frustrating. No one from pvr came to explain the situation also.. It created a sort of panic amongst the viewers as it was a late night show and many o[censored]s got so tired of their unresponsive and apathetic behaviour that we left the hall before the end.. If you pay for a movie 350 rupees that too even on a weekend you expect a beautiful cinematic experience not an awful one.. I would want them to refund our mivie and at least apologise for such kind of rudeness.

        I watched a movie in pvr Elante, Chandigarh..11 45 pm show...I was unimpressed by the lack of Cleanliness inside the hall...the food items for the previous show were to be seen all over the tray tables...Not to mention the dust over the floor mats inside...kindly take necessary steps to make sure that these don't get repeated in the future...

          I had gone to pvr cinemas, kochi (Lulu mall) to watch a movie with my family 2 days ago. The movie was screened in audi 02. Unfortunately, the screening was frequently disturbed by music and dialogues from the adjacent movie theater whenever the music from this movie was not loud enough to overpower it. We have never experienced such sound leakage in this theater before and were quite disappointed. Kindly take necessary measures to resolve this problem.

I ask him what you are doing he says nothing when i force him to show he says this hi chicken. This is what you are doing with people making cheat with peoples. Do you have any answer?             Too pathetic in the sense of cleanliness, Audi 8 is very dirty n Stinky as it has crossed the all limits of dirt n stink.

            No show starts on time, always run late beyond 20 - 30 minutes. Do you have any common sense of business or just making public fool.

            If no action taken asap, I will surely spread it all over through social media.

            This is very annoying that u show sooo many ads before the movie that it seems totally a wastage of time...this happens always yestrdy went for a movie timing was 8:05 n it started at 8:25 and even during interval ads took almost 20 mins...Kindly look into the matter n resolve.. we accept fr a great service from you people.               Hi,
              I came to watch the 8 05 pm show on 10th of june. Veere di wedding is an a certificate movie that requires anybody to carry an id. While the parents are ignorant of bringing the kids, what is management at pvr doing? How negligent can you be? These kids ends up watching such filthy content and it's your job to stop them from entering the screen! Your service is anyways always disappointing at pvr banjara hills from serving expired food to bad washrooms. You can't even control kids from watching a certificate movies?

                We visited pvr ecx in chanakyapuri on 6/06/18.
                Audi:3
                Movie: parmanu
                Showtime:11:10 am
                No. Of tickets: 3
                Booking id: wr8fk6k
                Seats: n9, n10, n11
                I went to watch to watch the movie but the movie was not played due to some technical reasons. The pvr general manager asked us to wait for 10 minutes saying that the problem will be resolved. Everyone kept on waiting and after 40 minutes of showtime and exactly at 11:38 he came and said that the movie will not be played due to some technical error. He said that they'll refund our money but the tax on ticket was not being refunded and due to the inconvenience caused we refused to take the refund.
                I want you to compensation for it. Giving back the ticket money is not an appropriate amount of compensation as it is not just about the movie ticket price but also the parking that we paid for and our time that was being wasted by asking us to wait. I never though that you would treat your customer in such a way. I request you to look into the issue and find me an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

                  We have visited pvr, pavillion mall, ludhiana today.
                  Audi : 4
                  Movie : veere di wedding
                  Show time : 05:30 pm
                  Row : f

                  The movie decleared 'a rated' but in our row 'f' there were 2 kids (Under 18).
                  We have informed to pvr staff about that and reconfirmed that is this allowed for under 18 to watch 'a rated' movie.
                  They clearly declined and go to audi 4 to check.
                  But they just go inside and came out without any action.

                  After tge movie, we again discuss with pvr staff that why you don't took any action.
                  The executive advised us to complaint on pvr website about that and said "they can't do anything in this."

                  Just want to say 2 things :
                  1. If there are rules, then apply for everyone. Otherwise don't create the rule book.

                  2. Also we have noticed that little kids annoy and create disturbance while watching movie.
                  Must take some action on it.

                      Worst movie going experience of my life. Had gone to watch jurassic world:fallen kingdom yesterday 08th june 2018, at 2030hrs lt with my family.

                      For the full duration of the movie the ac was not working.in spite of the repeated complains from most of the patrons, nothing was done to resolve the issue. Could see lot of people leave the movie hall midway as the temperature was unbearable. One expects a world class movie going experience when coming to pvr and especially after coughing up a a lot of money to buy one ticket.

                      If the ac was not working, the customers should have been informed & the show should have been cancelled and the money should have been refunded.

                      The above incident yet again proves that pvr is only interested in pocketing the money without any consideration for customer satisfaction.

                      Hope the management at pvr wakes up & smells the coffee. I would like to get a refund for the tickets (Inr 1902.12).

                        I tried to book 8 tickets for 10-june-2018 at pvr phoenix, whitefield. I have mistakenly booked it on b (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion.                           Hi team!

                          I booked ticket for 4dx at pune pvr at pvr website (For the first time in pvr web site). I booked ticket at 9:45 am, for the 10am show for next day. But accidentally (My mistake) the booking done for same day that is today.

                          I realized the same around 2 pm, when i receive message about review. I called customer care, if they can exchange the ticket to another day. They said not possible. Could you please check on possibility of moving the ticket to another day?

                                when we reached at the PVR we are shocked, The show has been canceled by the PVR ambience gurgaon. We have discussed with the manager named there Sumit. he said they will refund the money as it is. but they are not given us any email about the cancellation. we are in trouble about our money.

                                  Dear team, as i had book the ticket in tamil instead of hindi... On urgent basis i got my office work.. Requesting you to cancell my booking and refund my money in my account... As when i trying to cancel the booking it was not getting cancel.. We want your co-opration and your process to speed up so i can book another time through net banking my email [protected]@gmail.com and my contact no-[protected].

                                    I have booked the tickets for a show at pvr icon oberoi goregaon east (Mumbai) for 2nd june 2018, 7 pm show for the movie raazi. It was a wrong booking. I wish to book for the same show at the same location but for 3rd june 2018 instead of 2nd june 2018. I am unable to cancel my booking. How should i proceed further? My payment transaction is complete. I am a regular visitor at pvr icon oberoi goregaon east (Mumbai). Please help.

                                      I want to complaint regarding a serious issue.., for your vr punjab mall, mohali, punjab. No worker of yours ask for id for a a rated movie people are coming with thier 5-6 year old kids which is not nice and a matter of a legal issue i want to file a complaint regarding this so please do solve this asap and also small kids who are irritating inbetween the movie are also a big problem please find measures to solve this.

                                        We came to watch bucketlist movie show time 3:25pm; 31st may 2018, after standing in a queue for about 10 mins, one guy "standing next" to us asked staff at ticket counter (Miss. Pooja) whether 2 tickets for bucketlist are available... She nodded and told the guy that tickets are available in 2nd row. Soon after we (Standing in row) asked the staff at ticket counter 2 tickets.. That staff replied only seats in 1st row are available. We again asked same she replied the seats in 2nd row has been booked "verbally" by the same guy standing behind us and that too without paying any bucks for those seats. This behaviour shocked us because we were standing in a queue for getting tickets, and just for sake that guy verbally told that he wants to buy two tickets... That staff at ticket counter booked those seats for those persons...

                                        Kindly groom you employees and teach them some ethics how to behave with customers without any bias and inequality
                                        Also we had given written complaint to pvr empress manager at nagpur... Also review our complaint.
