We came to watch bucketlist movie show time 3:25pm; 31st may 2018, after standing in a queue for about 10 mins, one guy "standing next" to us asked staff at ticket counter (Miss. Pooja) whether 2 tickets for bucketlist are available... She nodded and told the guy that tickets are available in 2nd row. Soon after we (Standing in row) asked the staff at ticket counter 2 tickets.. That staff replied only seats in 1st row are available. We again asked same she replied the seats in 2nd row has been booked "verbally" by the same guy standing behind us and that too without paying any bucks for those seats. This behaviour shocked us because we were standing in a queue for getting tickets, and just for sake that guy verbally told that he wants to buy two tickets... That staff at ticket counter booked those seats for those persons...

Kindly groom you employees and teach them some ethics how to behave with customers without any bias and inequality
Also we had given written complaint to pvr empress manager at nagpur... Also review our complaint.

    blocking seats and tickets for public

    This has been observed at hyderabad pvr outlets that last 3-4 rows of the movie hall are always blocked and never available for booking online/ at the window for public. the same is released for purchase just half an hour before the show timing. this is only at hyderabad location... we've stayed at delhi/gurgaon/mumbai/pune and never experienced such. any bollywood/ hollywood movie due to release on friday will have bookings open from wednesday...

    Bought online from near buy 500 rs pvr voucher pc9m4wd on 12 may'18. As per t&c, utilised the voucher in buying movie tickets worth 150 rs directly at pvr madhapur (Hyderabad) box office counter. Immediate after that went to food & coupon counter to utilize my remaining amount but pvr ppl told they cant utilize my voucher as it is already being utilised. I was shocked as remaining 350 rs was left to utilised. Paid cash for same. It was embarrassing

    As per t& c, it is mentioned one voucher for one transaction but t& c also states that it can be used for both food and tickets, also stating that it can be used in direct pvr box office.... So, t&c doesn't define anything clearly on transaction at direct pvr box office counter / anything about food / movies etc stating that customer can go either for food or movie. And i am saying so because at pvr, their box office ticket counter do not have any provision to provide food/ beverages along with movie tickets directly atleast in hyderabad region... Obviously, this mean customer will buy movie tickets at counter to enter the multiplex and then buy food /beverage inside the theatre.

    Now, after all this, i contacted mr bala from near buy and explained the entire thing and he replied stating pvr can only help u in this regard. Post that called multiple times to pvr customer care number which hardly works. At times pvr customer call centre team cuts the call and dont even bother to call u back. Once by god grace, our call was picked and we spoke to mr yogesh on our concern. He understood & asked to mark mail as complaint and assured & promised to refund my remaining 350 rs from pvr. It has been a big harassment, waste of time, energy to do the follow ups and get your hard earn money back. I agree its a small amount for lot but really not ethical of being such good brands. Need my money back for the same.

    You charge 3 times higher rate than other theatres and don’t even allow us to sit inside the PVR campus half n hour before. The guy on the gate asks us to come just before 10mins prior to start the film. I mean ### you PVR. What kind of hospitality is that? This is the worst part visiting PVR. I mean have you ever been to Cinepolis?
    Even after mailing PVR on said ID, PVR is kept asking me to contact nearbuy.com even after appealing a multiple times . What’s the point of mailing you guys . Anyways PVR are not interested in resolving issue or understand customer problem.

      I booked the tickets for parmaanu movie in elante mall chandigarh of 10:00 a. M show on 26.05.2018 for the next day i. E 27.05.2018... I paid through paytm nd payment was successful nd 1038 amount was debited from my paytm wallet... But next day in the morning i observed no tickets were booked... Nd i need to pay again for the tickets... My payment had nit been credited yet... Plss help me out

        I bought 5 tickets from a nearby pvr cinemas when the staff made it mandatory to buy a combo of pepsi and popcorn worth 120 rupees. The staff said that she won't give me any tickets without the combo offer. But there is no such scenario while booking tickets online. So my question is, why it has been made mandatory? What if one does not want to but any combos? Is it right to put customers in such a position where they are forced to buy things against their wills? Kindly answer!

          I have made an online payment for movie "102 not out" through pvr app, at phoenix market city, bangalore.

          It is observed that the transaction is done but ticket is not generated.

          Details : transaction of rs 384 has been made on kotak credit card xx6906 on 24-may at pvr limited.

          A humble request to get this issue resolved as soon as possible...

            Dear sir,
            Today my father and mother went for movie "102 not out" at 3.20 pm show. After show finishes while coming back towards my car she has felt down due to improper paving block fitments in parking area. There are so many places where these blocks got removed due to improper fitment and negligence in timely maintenance. Now, my mother got fracture to her leg and there are other injurious too. Who is responsible for all this?
            They use to charge rs 20 per vehicle for parking over there, why can't they maintain it properly to avoid accidents.
            Afterwards there were 2-3 people also felt down.
            Kindly do the needful in this regards so that, more people cant get injured in near future.

              Hi,

              I booked through lazypay gateway and the ticket cancellation request was made as soon as within 30 mins.
              I am getting continues sms and email from lazypay.
              Why i have been asked for payment for no service availed. I have not watched the movie and the service was for book now and pay later.
              I am not willing to continue with policy argument.
              Please settle your transaction with your vendor.

                Unfortunately my kids have booked the tickets i don't have any use of those tickets because i don't live in the place where the tickets are booked so hoping u will resolve my problem and credit atleast 50 percent of my money pvr must definitely enible cancellation process for tickets it is a very mandatory one. Thought u get a lot of money first u have to concentrate on customer satisfaction

                In VR Punjab mall i buy5 tickets of deadpool 2 but they said it’s compulsory to buy a combo card along the ticket whose price was ₹100 but they charged ₹150 for that combo.This is a complete fraud with the customers to make them buy the combo along with ticket so unfare

                  We came to watch infinity war movie on 20th may 3:30pm show at pvr soul space arena mall, bangalore.ac was working throughout the entire show. We have complained multiple times but no action was taken. We suffocated for 3 hours inside the confined theatre. Public expects a quality service when they are paying for it. We would like a refund against the booking. Why would someone spend hard earned money on such kind of service. We expect atleast this will be treated on high priority and necessary actions will be taken.

                  It has been twice in my past two bookings that I have made the payments for booking my tickets (one for Avengers and the other for 102 not out), but both times my tickets were not booked but the amount was deducted.

                    I've been trying to book a ticket every time i go on to the site pvr site it gives me a system error this is happening every time i visit the site. Pvr wasting people's time by trying to book. Why do you create a site which doesn't work when people try to book tickets if your servers are getting overloaded why don't you upgrade them i'm not ready to waste time for a site which doesn't work...

                    I have booked 3 ticket 2 times, totally 1484 rs debited from my credit card but no tickets booked,
                    Movie name avengers: infinity war.
                    Booking date: 18/05/2018.
                    Show time : 19/05/2018.4.20 pm

                    I can see this problem happens frequently with many user.

                    Is this done purposefully? Is it a way of cheating money from the customer. If pvr cant support proper transaction they should not be authorized for online booking itself. If this is bug in the website then this is could have been fixed long back, same problem can repeat again and again.

                    Same tickets we have tried to book from my friend's account 2wice amount is deducted 1484 rs, but no ticket booked.

                    Please help us to get the money back total 2968 rs from 2 different id.

                        The supreme court has reversed the mandate of cinema halls having to play national anthems. And pvr cinemas have still not discontinued the practice of playing it at the start of every screening. This is totally unnecessary and is an instrument of forced patriotism. People who do not wish the stand up are highly inconvenienced. Also, there's a risk of others physically harming them for showing disrespect although it is not at all mandatory to stand up for the national anthem. This practice has become a nuisance and must stop. Pvr cinemas have chosen not to act on it despite repeatedly being alerted of the same.

                            I tried to book 1 ticket of deadpool 2 (2d) for 18 may, 6:20 pm, 2018 at pvr select city walk imax, delhi. I have mistakenly booked it on c (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion.                             The cost price of beverages and snacks is very high as middle class person cannot afford to buy them. They are charging 150 for ticket but they are charging 220 for regular pepsi and 250 for popcorn as it is very unfair to consumers.
                            We kindly request you to make it mandatory that consumer complaint number is provided on evey purchase of ticket or snacks so that consumer can call directly and the problem will addressed promptly.
                            Please look into the matter by concerned authority to solve this issue as soon as possible.

                              wrong tickets booked

                              We have booked three tickets for avengers infinity war for 12 may via the pvr cinemas application on 11 may. The tickets booked were shown to be of a wrong cinema ie. Pvr naraina instead of pvr edm. We wanted to go to pvr edm, pvr naraina is very far from my residence and was not my intention to book the tickets at naraina. We dont know what to do, whom to contact. Please help us so as to resolve the issue.

                              We by mistake booked 2 tickets for ' Infinity War' though we wanted to book for Razi movie released today (11th May'2018).
                              This is quiet shocking to know after talking to customer care regarding movie tickets cancellation policy, which stated no option of cancellation.
                              We are clueless. This is really a bad situation on PVR policy website on such issues.

                              i have book my online ticket on pvr app booking date is[protected] move avengers infinity war vvip ghaziabad show i booked 6.45pm show but my app show booked 3.30pm as wrongly i lost my 325 rupes plus gst ..as well as lost of time, ..

                                I have paid twice for the pvr cinemas loyalty membership in my name - sushruta reddy and still i havent received the membership. What is wrong?!

                                Each time i try to re-login, it still says i am not a loyalty member. I have paid the membership amount of rs 300 twice! I need a refund!!

                                The worst part is the company doesnt have a proper customer support whichj makes it hard to give a complaint for a resolution!
