We came to watch infinity war movie on 20th may 3:30pm show at pvr soul space arena mall, bangalore.ac was working throughout the entire show. We have complained multiple times but no action was taken. We suffocated for 3 hours inside the confined theatre. Public expects a quality service when they are paying for it. We would like a refund against the booking. Why would someone spend hard earned money on such kind of service. We expect atleast this will be treated on high priority and necessary actions will be taken.

It has been twice in my past two bookings that I have made the payments for booking my tickets (one for Avengers and the other for 102 not out), but both times my tickets were not booked but the amount was deducted.

    I've been trying to book a ticket every time i go on to the site pvr site it gives me a system error this is happening every time i visit the site. Pvr wasting people's time by trying to book. Why do you create a site which doesn't work when people try to book tickets if your servers are getting overloaded why don't you upgrade them i'm not ready to waste time for a site which doesn't work...

    I have booked 3 ticket 2 times, totally 1484 rs debited from my credit card but no tickets booked,
    Movie name avengers: infinity war.
    Booking date: 18/05/2018.
    Show time : 19/05/2018.4.20 pm

    I can see this problem happens frequently with many user.

    Is this done purposefully? Is it a way of cheating money from the customer. If pvr cant support proper transaction they should not be authorized for online booking itself. If this is bug in the website then this is could have been fixed long back, same problem can repeat again and again.

    Same tickets we have tried to book from my friend's account 2wice amount is deducted 1484 rs, but no ticket booked.

    Please help us to get the money back total 2968 rs from 2 different id.

        The supreme court has reversed the mandate of cinema halls having to play national anthems. And pvr cinemas have still not discontinued the practice of playing it at the start of every screening. This is totally unnecessary and is an instrument of forced patriotism. People who do not wish the stand up are highly inconvenienced. Also, there's a risk of others physically harming them for showing disrespect although it is not at all mandatory to stand up for the national anthem. This practice has become a nuisance and must stop. Pvr cinemas have chosen not to act on it despite repeatedly being alerted of the same.

            movie ticket cancellation/refund

            I tried to book 1 ticket of deadpool 2 (2d) for 18 may, 6:20 pm, 2018 at pvr select city walk imax, delhi. I have mistakenly booked it on c (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion. Could you please cancel the tickets and refund the money to epaylater payment method. Please help me out with this issue.

            The cost price of beverages and snacks is very high as middle class person cannot afford to buy them. They are charging 150 for ticket but they are charging 220 for regular pepsi and 250 for popcorn as it is very unfair to consumers.
            We kindly request you to make it mandatory that consumer complaint number is provided on evey purchase of ticket or snacks so that consumer can call directly and the problem will addressed promptly.
            Please look into the matter by concerned authority to solve this issue as soon as possible.

              wrong tickets booked

              We have booked three tickets for avengers infinity war for 12 may via the pvr cinemas application on 11 may. The tickets booked were shown to be of a wrong cinema ie. Pvr naraina instead of pvr edm. We wanted to go to pvr edm, pvr naraina is very far from my residence and was not my intention to book the tickets at naraina. We dont know what to do, whom to contact. Please help us so as to resolve the issue.

              We by mistake booked 2 tickets for ' Infinity War' though we wanted to book for Razi movie released today (11th May'2018).
              This is quiet shocking to know after talking to customer care regarding movie tickets cancellation policy, which stated no option of cancellation.
              We are clueless. This is really a bad situation on PVR policy website on such issues.

                I have paid twice for the pvr cinemas loyalty membership in my name - sushruta reddy and still i havent received the membership. What is wrong?!

                Each time i try to re-login, it still says i am not a loyalty member. I have paid the membership amount of rs 300 twice! I need a refund!!

                The worst part is the company doesnt have a proper customer support whichj makes it hard to give a complaint for a resolution!

                    It's absurd. At times the amount of money we spend on food and beverages in the pvr cinemas exceeds the movie ticket charges itself. Government must have control over the movie ticket pricing and food charges. I'm quite aware of the sick entertainment charges that are implied. However, this public loot is unacceptable. Urvashi theatre, one of the oldest and even more comfortable cinemas also provide an outstanding movie experience. I really hope that govt. Helps the consumers.

                    Be informed that today i wrongly booked my PVR ticket for 04.05.2018 instead of 05.05.2018. I called on mobile no. [protected] regarding exchange of date or cancellation of booked ticket. He replied there is no such policy. Very bad experience. I have face a loss of Rs.1360/- for this. I will mark very bad experience for this.

                      Right now i am watching 102 not out in your pvr nanded. I m regular customer of pvr nanded. Today no ac is working at all. No one is there to listen our complaint at cinemas. Please remove everyone in the screen is complaining and facing issue. Pvr has it's brand name. Please don't spoil it. Hope you will take it seriously

                          poor quality food

                          I ordered a food combo containing popcorn, coke and a veg burger. Bit i was totally disappointed, when i saw the actual burger.
                          They have shown burger full of vegetables and cheese in demo picture, but when u see it in actual, it is different.
                          They have charged rs 415 in which burger is almost for rs155.

                          Felt cheated after getting the product.
                          I will be taking this issue further so that they cannot cheat...

                          Respected sir,
                          This is to let your company know about a horrible incident that took place with me in infinty malad pvr cinemas.
                          I had gone with my family to watch avengers movie in the morning slot of 10.30. However i had a very bad experience at the security counter of your cinemas. Security guard mrs nazma khan who was on duty that so called shift behaved very arrogantly with me and my family as we had requested to know any facility to keep our luggage.
                          We had a small baby with us and that female just spoke arrogantly saying "cinema kya tumhare baap ka hai". Also she constantly kept screaming at my old grandmother for hurrying up with the security check. Also her attitude towards her fellow colleagues was rude which we could tell by her behavior.
                          Now let me tell you iam a reputed doctor working in bmc mumbai. And any politeness from her side we would have appreciated. However i'm shocked your company recruits people like nazma khan. We don't pay to get humiliated from someone like a security guard for wrong reasons. I really hope this matter would be taken very sternly by your concerned administration as i would not want anyone else to suffer the same humiliation which we did from.

                            We went for a movie “avenegrs - infinity war” at 2:05pm on 28th april, 2018 at pvr anupam saket, delhi.in audi 2 the lights were on in between the movie for almost 20mins which caused inconvenience in watching the movie and it happened twice. We complained about it but the staffs didn’t respond. The action was taken after 20mins and we weren’t able to watch the movie. We paid 900 approximately for the movie but it was all waste

                            I booked 2 tickets for 9:45 AM for 14th may but after sometime the movie timing changed from 9:45 to 9:00 and received call from Saket, PVR in which person said that movie timing has been changed due to some circumstances and asked if Im comfortable with the timing or not after that I said him tha I could attend the movie that early as I have some other work to attend to so i told him to cancel the movie ticket and refund my full amount. It's been 2 days but i haven't received my refund of my ticket as the person told me to not cancel ticket at my end and now I don't even know if the refund has been initiated or not. Please refund the amount as soon as possible

                            I faced bigger issue . I booked the ticket at pvr Anupam Saket kiosk on 10 October but the ticket did not come . Worse part was that this ticket was advance ticket . After two days when I went to watch the movie with family then they told there is no ticket . It is a month and I have still not received my money back !!

                              Unknowingly i and my husband have booked two ticket for avengers infinity war in tamil (
                              While searching for english) for 28th april morning 9 in pvr valachery. Can you please cancel this ticket as i could not find any options in website. If possible we are willing to exchange it with any tickets on weekends.

                              P. S. I seriously didn't hope brand like pvr don't have cancellation order in their website

                              While i was booking from PVR cinemas for Avengers Infinity war, I wasn't showed the seat arrangements, my tickets were booked automatically on the front row A corner. I want it to be cancelled.

                                You have taken full money for your tickets but are showing movie with scenes cut from avengers: infinity war. I will be reporting this and further more will gets flyers printed for this which will say, you are taking full money for ticket but showing incomplete movie and have these flyers distributed all over delhi. It may cost me a little but, will certainly teach you a lesson and will hamper with your image. Either you can refund the money for not showing the full movie or face the consequences.
