[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Wrong seat allotment, poor service and movie credits not shown.

I went to watch captain america - civil war (3 d - english) in pvr cinemas, opulent mall, ghaziabad on 10/5/2016, 19:55 show. I specifically asked for centre seats in either of the rows behind at the ticket counter even then the guy booked me r-14 (Left side 4th seat in the third row from the back). At the time of booking, seats were available but as i entered the show centre seats for the rows behind had been already booked and i came to know about my seat. I complained to the usher (Named tinku) distributing the 3d glasses there about the situation before the movie began and he just assured me that the matter will be taken care of, only to not hearing from him again. Halfway through the movie i complained about this to the manager who also did nothing about it except for the false assurance. I had to watch the whole movie there itself.
At the end of the movie, the credits were not shown. Even on me demanding the usher to show the credits (Which had the bonus credit scenes), the projection was switched off and i was asked to leave a telling me that it has no credit scenes. This to my knowledge is not legal. I missed the credits and the scenes. Not to mention the poor service in general and no one there to seek help from.
