The problem is from 4 or 5 months onwards the water tank leacage your service boy came and told that water tank leakage you contact with vijayawada they will arrange new tank. Purchase 3 geyser electric on 15may at Nagpur from Shree Gopal stores
On installation we find 1 geyser not working on making complaint in toll free they issued complaint[protected]
Company person person Pramod visited at premises and reset the geyser in
just 1 minute and demandingg 350 RS after talking with Sameer hopeless company racold

Since i bought this product it has AIR LOCK PROBLEM.
The product was exchanged after lot of followup and mental harassment.
Now once again the same problem has started.
The co. tech says its air lock problem.
Product is for convenience and NOT MENTAL HARASSMENT

When we switch the geyser no power light is glowing that is power is not passing to it and so I request you to please resolve this problem as early as possible, because as the season has been changed and children and elder people can't go on without hot water.

    Sir, we have purchased 200 ltr capacity solar kit from last 5 year back, bz of leakages hot water not coming on tap. One of your haveri sales person come and checked panel board and tank and suggest me re - install new one tank. Heating panel is ok. Purchase new one tank is horrible to me so, he said puff is fixed with gum. Please is there any chance to repair it sir.?

      racold solar heater not heating too much

      Hi, this is regarding my racold solar heater problem which is under warranty. Last year i bought racold solar water heater after seeing the performance of the same at my neighbours house. So i decided to buy the racold water heater and i bought it four months back. Beginning i used to get too much hot water and it was so hot that i could see water vapours coming out from the water. Unfortunately from last one month i am not getting the same...

      I had purchased racold geaser on Aug 2018, since then it was malfunctioned 2 times and was repaired. Very poor service since same malfunctioned occur again and again. Now the third time technician had come and said geaser need to be replaced. As I purchased geaser from Amazon and technician told me to return it to Amazon. Amazon said, return window is only for 7 days and I have to contact customer care only. Customer care executive Mr Deva and his supervisor are saying I need to contact Amazon.
      Racold sell substandard product, they do not have any policy for online product.
      I am stuck with defunct geaser. Invoice and all the relevant product details are attached

        Let me highlight some of the points to in order to give a clear picture regarding the service rendered by racold service team.

        1. 1st date of raising service docket 15.12.2018. On 17.12.2018, received feedback from service team that the problem would be resolved within 48 hrs.

        2. After 17 days of rigorous follow up, a person named mansur visited our place to carry out the servicing. I was shocked to see his unprofessional attitude. He didn't show his id card. I received no sms from racold team regarding any kind of service feedback.

        3. He was supposed to check the geyser thoroughly he just took 2-3 minutes and concluded that there was no problem with the geyser. I had complained about the heating delay and short circuit, but he specified that the heating delay was occurring due to the short circuit and assured me that the problem would be resolved on changing the switch board and 3-pin plug.

        4. He charged me rs. 350/- as service charge but when i asked him to give me a proper bill, he handed me a kind of job sheet and told that its the only thing he has to provide me. I've attached an image of the document along with this complaint. I don't have any idea how a reputed organisation like racold doesn't even have a proper gst bill and then also collecting cash from customers.

        5. After sometime a person named mr. Amit sarkar rang me up to enquire whether the problem has been resolved or not. I told him the whole series of events (Service delay and improper billing) till date. I also told him that first i've to get my switch board changed by my electrician and then only i can give my feedback. He assured me that he'll call me up for final service feedback and with proper money receipt the next day but unfortunately he neither called me up again nor provided any money receipt over mail which he had previously assured.

        Again my geyser is having the same old problem and i've to carry out all the processes in order to receive service once again and also pay another rs 350/-. I don't know what kind o[censored]nprofessional service i'm being provided by racold service team. This kind of harassment is very much unprecedented and now its high time that necessary action have to be taken to stop such incidents.

            Purchased racold solar heater in the month of april 2018, now found leaks in the tank and linings where tubes are connected. I have contacted racold and a guy came for inspection and confirmed that the tank is faulty and it needs to be replaced. But after 10 days of wait i realise the complaint has been closed and nothing being done. Complaint no. Is[protected] and[protected]. Need intervention between racold as they are not responding to the complaints.

              I had purchased a racold geyser product name:- an 10lux 2kw iv 10 litres on 06/11/2017. On 15/12/2018 i had registered a formal complaint to customer care that my geyser is having major problems in heating delay and short circuit. On 17/12/2018 i received a complaint number vide[protected] from customer care with an assurance to resolve the problem within 48 hrs. Since then i've been following up with the authorized person mr. Binod kumar majhi, ph no. [protected] who had called me up the very first day. Every time he assured me that someone will visit our house but nobody turned up. On inquiry, either he disconnected the phone or said that the there has been a delay and the service would be carried out the very next day. At one instance his representative mr. Mansur ph no. [protected] said that he is not even aware that there has been a service issue and clearly stated that he would not visit us until he is informed regarding the same. On 27/12/2018, when i rang him up to get a status update, he specifically mentioned that his representative would visit our place and resolve the issue but since yesterday evening he is not attending our calls.

                I have complained about my issue two days before. Then they told me that next day technician will come. Now already two days but still i am waiting. I called local racold technician from myself and he told me that he is coming but now 24 hrs passed but nothing. Its very inconvenient. I am going to complain in consumer forum.                   I have purchased racold solar geyser of 200ltr capacity on 08.12.2017 from. Venus trading company, jaipur rajasthan by paying rs 63000... Few days back i suddenly came to know that water is not getting heated by its solar light function its getting heated by electricity supply in that geyser... After registering complaint one technician came nd told us that due to scaling in plates water is not getting heated by solar plates... He told us u shd have used water softener nd all... My question nd complaint is that before installation company should check the hardness of water nd inform the customer about the scaling nd all nd the annual charges for cleaning nd all... For cleaning nd all technician asked me rs 5000 nd then annual charges will be aroud[protected]... Even nowdays other companies like water filter companies before installing ro they check the hardness of water nd then they inform the customer whether ro is required or not in yoir area... Racold is such a renowned company... M amazed after paying such a huge amount of rs 63000 company nd the dealer didnt provide information about all these things nd they even didnt tell you about the things which will come. Under warranty nd gurantee... I just want a strict action about all these things nd by this way company nd dealer are cheating people by not sharing the other hidden charges.. I just want my geyser to be repaired free of cost bcz its under guarantee/warranty period... As soon as possible

                    Sir, i have purchased water heater gas geaser on 27/09/2019 & installed on 12th october 2018 by our plumber as per guided by dealer s k patel & co., gf-25 suner complex, harinagar char rasta, rajesh tower road, gotri vadodara. Within 26 days on 7th november water heater is not working, hot water not come out, so i lodged complaint on 9th nov. 2018. Kindly refer my complaint no.[protected] &[protected].in this connection i state that product is under warranty. Part valve is burned as per closed complaint no.[protected]
                    Report of your technician. It is not my fault & product is under warranty i request you to refund rs. 320/- charged by you. You also investigate the matter & do the needful.

                      I got a call from mr. Rajesh [protected] and scheduled visit for today 18 oct at my address. For same i remind him yesterday evening (17th oct). He told don't worry he will be there at 12 pm tomorrow.
                      I called him today (18th oct) approx 10:30 am. He told that he will unable to reach my home as he has to visit another place some seth ji and some other person will come at your address.
                      Now time has cross 12 pm and nobody came at my address.
                      What a poor customer service after sales.
                      My time is also important and i have another lot of work apart of that which is going pending due to your mistake.

                      Dear racold team - i will complain this matter in consumer court because i have disturb with you all and due to non hot water we are using cold water which is not good for me and my family's health.

                            Captioned subject message received from bt-racold. With reference to above i state that technician attended but problem is not solved. He found part valve is burnt. While installed gas pipe is not fitted with vicer. Water heater gas geaser is under warranty & dealer advise me if you installed by your plumber it is o k no problem. This is happened so i ask you who is responsible? It is not my fault so i demanded replacement instrument. Technician also told me if part is replaced it is chargable. I told why should i bear? Regarding this i cotacted dealer but he is suffering from paralysis & undergone icu treatment. Then i decided now part valve charges is pay by me later on i talked to dealer. Immediately called technician jigneshbhai but he is out of our area and told me tomorrow he will attend. So looking to above situation i request you not to cancell my above complain.

                                racold solar heater service number - 160222629.

                                We had raised this complaint with racold for fixing the solar water heater tank in march 2018. After repeated phone calls and reminders no action has been taken and the request got automatically closed.

                                Local service person is saying that company (Racold) is not providing them any support (For parts etc) so they are not able to fix the problem....

                                racold solar water heater - worst customer service

                                Worst Customer Service. I raised a complaint with RACOLD customer service on September 7th 2018. The Water Heater tank was leaking. It will take only few mins for the service person to check & repair it.

                                But there was no response from Customer service about the service. It is 24th September. I am writing here, after so many followup with them & got frustrated to the core. Don't ever buy this product. Waste of Money & Time....

                                This is the worst geysir and geysir service i ever received. Nobody has responded or replaced the geysir till now.
                                That technician call ed us and asked about problem, he said he will come. but i was waiting for 2 days he didnt even come. If we call he is telling will come by next sunday.
                                I bought this water heater past 3 months back. Its very worst product. they are not ready to resolve the problem.

                                Not resolved. Since it is under warranty, these guys don't want to resolve as it will not fetch any service charges for them.
                                If i call customer care they are not ready to respond for the issue . Simply telling will resolve and etc ..

                                What your are expecting from me ? See below how many times i called for your customer service. Got 90rs bill for that toll free number . But till now i didnt get proper response from your end. Check your JP nagar, Bangalore service center . Technician name : Kumar . Very talent guy . because he is not even entered my house, but he told my house circuit connection is wrong, that is why its not working. If you buy new one also it wont work like that . then how it was working past 3 months ? This is how your technicians are working. They dont even open geyser. Take your product and refund my amount .
