[Resolved] Razorpay — about refund | |
I made two transactions rs 2795/- from razorpay on irctc on dated 28 march 2019. This transactions are failed and my deducted from my account. But my money not refunded till date 22 april 2019. I am sending transaction id & bank statement through emails from last 15 days razorpay on their costumers support helpline email id razorpaysupport but nill response from razorpay. I booked a ticket on irctc.ticket not booked but money deducted.waiting for refund from past 12 days.there is no response from customer care.the customer care number does not work at all.will i get refund or not.
