I have paid the loan front loan id :779379 due amount through razorpay but the amount have bben debited from my vijaya bank account but it not credited in the loan front account.     I tried to book tickets via irctc on 3rd Sep 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

      every month 5000 amount is getting debited by my account through razorpay

      Hi,

      I have made electricity bill through Razor pay for a couple of times. 17 Jan 2019 was the last transaction made. But I see that the amount 5000Rs is getting deducted every month from May 2019.
      I have no idea on what basis this money is getting deducted. I have the screenshot of the message I receive by my bank also. I have attached the screenshot of the same.

        Dear sir/madam

        I made the payment through your payment gateway amount rupess 7102/.

        I was take a loan from loan front amount is 7000/-

        So i decided to repay that loan before maturity time.

        So i went on the payment gateway of loan front there are two option 1- razarpay and 2 is mobikwik.
        So i select razorpay.
        Payment was debited from my account but its not credit in loan front account.

        I cross checked with loan front they told me that payment was stuck in razarpay deapartment..

        So i request you to please refund my money that i will make the payment again loan front.

            I have paid the amount to cash been on 16th march 2020 but they told they did not received amount from my transaction Id. After that they have informed me to log a complain to razor pay after that i log a complaint to razorpay and same ticket logged but did not get confirmation of deducted amount .

              I have ticket using GooglePay. The money Rs 2622.78 including internet charges got debited from account. But the railways site it pending from the bank side. I called HDFC bank to confirm on this issue they said, it is a successful transaction from their end.

              This not the first time i am going through this issue from RayzorPay. Please settle the amount or get me a confirmed tickets.

                On 26th aug, whilst booking a ticket on irctc, the amount (₹530.49) has been debited from my account and there is no confirmation for ticket. Please check at your end whether the money has been processed for my ticket.
                Kindly check and revert at the earliest. And it shows pending from the bank end on irctc.

                  I ordered a product from Brandwapshop.c on on 11th August 2019. But I did not received my product till 19th August .                     I ordered sugar cosmetics foundation stick through razorpay today morning and paid rs.979 through google pay. I got a mail from razorpay that they recieved money from google pay. But there wasn't any other details. When i checked sugar cosmetics sites there is no purchase order. Razorpay took the money and no order initiated. I tried to contact them many times for refund but couldn't get them. Please help me with this. I have attached the mail which they sent me with the pay id

                      Hi, today i was booking my ticket from irctc app and paid amount through razorpay payment option. Total sum of amount (710.49) is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked. It's showing pending from bank end and in showing ticket is not booked. Either book my ticket or refund me same amount in my account so that i can book my ticket.

                        Hello,

                        I tried to book a ticket on 19th august, 2019 with transaction id [protected] on irctc through razorpay and did the payment via google pay. An amount of 3061.80 was deducted from my account however when i open the irctc app it says failed transaction due to no response from bank end. Will my money be refunded and if so by when? Please help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                          Hello, i do a payment from razorpay google pay for booking a ticket from njp to sealdah on 18th august, 2019 but when the transaction happen then it is deducted from account but the ticket is not booked. It costs me 1300 rs. Please return my money.

                          As it is an emergency for me please do something so that i can reach at destination.

                          1300 rupees is really big amount for me.

                            I ordered a realme x mobile from yesphone21.com on dated 26 july 2019 for rs 15790/- payment was made to afraz enterprises mumbai merchant of razorpay.com
                            But i received a wireless speaker through dtdc currier docket no. M92163589
                            I tried to contact them thought contact number [protected] and email id [protected]@yesphone21.com provided on the website. Neither the number working nor the email id is genuine. I received my order confirmation on 12:45am 26 july 2019 from this website by email id “[protected]@sg2plcpnl0104. Prod. Sin2. Secureserver.net” but when i reply to this email id the email was not sent to this email id, it means they are fraud.
                            I made payment by credit card as per transaction details below:
                            Merchant number: [protected]
                            Name: afraz enterprises
                            City: mumbai
                            Country: india
                            Mcc: 5732 radio, television, & stero sales
                            Group: others-v : all other merchants
                            Auth id: 027961
                            All the above information and on searching for afraz enterprises online i found that there is no way to contact them that is why, they are 100% fraud.
                            I am assure that dtdc currier company is also involve in fraud with yesphone21.com
                            Why?
                            1) 05 aug 2019 when dtdc delivered currier with docket no. M92163589, currier boy not call me he delivered currier silently like a theif, while the order was prepaid and every currier boy verify that he delivered currier to right person by asking to show your id, but left the currier on factory gate
                            2) every currier company take invoice and/or declaration regarding the package but there was not invoice available with the currier it means dtdc is also involve in this fraud.
                            How it is possible a currier company deliver a packet (Which not contains document, is a goods) and never ask for invoice for the package, left the packet on destination factory gate like a thief. It is clear dtdc is also involve in the fraud with yesphone21.com & afraz enterprises
                            Sir i lost my rs 15790/- and not got mobile till now. So i request you to please help me so that i can got my money back from this fraud merchant.

                            but are you sure that you visit this link from last 2 months. I think you not else you not sent me this link again.

                            But actually this looks bigger then it. when visited to rozarpay.com website I found that every link which can connect to costumer care are not working. the only one reason that suite this is the razorpay.com website is always involved in fraud activities due this they block all links of contacts so no one can not able to reach them
                            there is many complaints found about Razorpay.com because they, their self are fraud so their merchants are already be fraud

                            I tried to book a ticket on irctc via Google pay the amount was deducted from my account but booking status is not confirmed pending from bank end and it is showing under failed transactions and on Google pay the transaction is completed and succesful the transaction amount is ₹1130 date 16/08/2019

                              I repayment of loan in amount 2550 rs...but when i pay 2550 rs then failed then i tried again then failed again...after 2 second my account has debited 5100 rs...and status failed loan after 5 min payment sucessful but 2550 rs not refund in my account...I tried customer care for 2 days nobody pick the call...I thought this is fraud company...please help me...I refund my 2550 rs.

                                Razorpay is a third party payment gateway service who is handling many illegal transactions from the below websites like, online pancard services, passport appointment, with swatch bharath logo's. And all the fraudulent sites will show up with the initial searches of google. Its easy to get trapped by these guys.

                                Razorpay & atom - (Both are payment gateways) they are partnered together for this collaboration of looting money from the public on a professional line.
                                When i went deeper to understand the severity is huge. I am a little worried how many people have already went through this problem in the past and currently going through.
                                My sincere advice is to general public is that don't be lazy. Go to the department directly and get things done in person. If you are doing any online transactions please ensure you are doing with the correct people.

                                    I'm getting charged from the razorpay which I've not authorized. I've charged 2 times of RS 1554 .first one is charged on 12/5/2018 and another one is on 8/8/2019.i've asked my bank for reversal of amount but they denied for refund . Transaction Id with the details I've attached a file .there is a application found in the Google play store where the reviews of every people has a same case. Kindly help me
