I ordered a realme x mobile from yesphone21.com on dated 26 july 2019 for rs 15790/- payment was made to afraz enterprises mumbai merchant of razorpay.com
But i received a wireless speaker through dtdc currier docket no. M92163589
I tried to contact them thought contact number [protected] and email id [protected]@yesphone21.com provided on the website. Neither the number working nor the email id is genuine. I received my order confirmation on 12:45am 26 july 2019 from this website by email id “[protected]@sg2plcpnl0104. Prod. Sin2. Secureserver.net” but when i reply to this email id the email was not sent to this email id, it means they are fraud.
I made payment by credit card as per transaction details below:

Group: others-v : all other merchants

All the above information and on searching for afraz enterprises online i found that there is no way to contact them that is why, they are 100% fraud.
I am assure that dtdc currier company is also involve in fraud with yesphone21.com
Why?
1) 05 aug 2019 when dtdc delivered currier with docket no. M92163589, currier boy not call me he delivered currier silently like a theif, while the order was prepaid and every currier boy verify that he delivered currier to right person by asking to show your id, but left the currier on factory gate
2) every currier company take invoice and/or declaration regarding the package but there was not invoice available with the currier it means dtdc is also involve in this fraud.
How it is possible a currier company deliver a packet (Which not contains document, is a goods) and never ask for invoice for the package, left the packet on destination factory gate like a thief. It is clear dtdc is also involve in the fraud with yesphone21.com & afraz enterprises
Sir i lost my rs 15790/- and not got mobile till now. So i request you to please help me so that i can got my money back from this fraud merchant.

but are you sure that you visit this link from last 2 months. I think you not else you not sent me this link again.
But actually this looks bigger then it. when visited to rozarpay.com website I found that every link which can connect to costumer care are not working. the only one reason that suite this is the razorpay.com website is always involved in fraud activities due this they block all links of contacts so no one can not able to reach them
there is many complaints found about Razorpay.com because they, their self are fraud so their merchants are already be fraud
anyway
