I tried to book tickets via irctc on 2nd june, 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

    I tried to book tatkal ticket via irctc on may 31, 2019 via googlepay.
    The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked.
    The money was not refunded to my account.

    Razorpay failed the transaction, disabling me from booking my importany ticket and did not even refund my money.

      Honorable sir, I am a student from a poor class family. I want to say that I have placed an order before 1.5 months ago but the order isn't delivered yet the customer service center told me that your order will be delivered on 1st May but yet my order isn't delivered, the total order details is attached with this mail.please take action on razorpay and oyyfashion and say them to refund my money as soon as possible . Already I have posted about this in consumer complaint but no result, please kindly take action on razorpay.

        refund not initiated even after 2 months

        On 27th march 2019 i had done a transaction to book a flight (Through ixigo) from lucknow to mumbai. The transaction was a failure and so no ticket was generated, but the amount of 3146/- was deducted from my account. As confirmed by ixigo that withim 7 days i'll receive my money which sadly not happened as they never received the money. Then ixigo asked me to connect with my bank (Icici) and also with razorpay who is the mediator in between...

        I haven't received my refund amount, i made a purchase for flight tickets and cancelled them on april 15th, 2019. Please help me get my refund as the merchant is not responding and it has been more than a month since i requested for the cancellation.

        Please do the needful and help me as my hard earned money is stuck between razorpay and the merchant.

        I booked one kurta on 12/05/2019 which payment was debited from my bank and credited to [protected]@hdfc upi/[protected] but refund is not received till date.

        Normally ticket refund for failed transaction is received automatically but this time i have not received despite complaining multiple time.

          Please note that I had made a transaction against 3146/- through RazorPay almost 2 months back. The transaction was not successful and so the amount should have got refunded.

          No my bank ICICI says they has sent the money back to Razorpay and razorpay says they will not return the money as they are stuck in some processing.

          Please help me out.

          Transaction was done on 27th March 2019.
          The failure was confirmed by the bank and hence bank refunded the money to razorpay's account one month back. Still i have not received my 3146/-

          I have filed more than 50 grievance reports and still not one calls nor responds to mails.

          I am extremely disappointed by the work culture of RazorPay.

          I used to took tickets by 'razor payment gateway'. The ticket was not booked /failure but the amount is debited from my account. I was hoping the amount would automatically credited back to my account, but till now i have not received. Please give me a feedback on this.

              I have tried to book ticket on IRCTC app through my debit card. I was unable to do it because of some network issues but my money was deducted from my bank account . And it is showing error as payment "pending from bank end" . It been 4-5 days after this incident. Hereby I have given my transaction details about it .

                I have cancelled my ticket on 10th may 2019 and its 19th may 2019 today.                         Dear sir,
                        I have received a call on the name of job consultancy, on 11th may'15 saying to register on naukriprovider.com for job. Once completing the registration process with details of debit card, i have got a message that a transaction of rs 3939 has been happen through razorpay[protected] with txn id#314551 from sbi debit card.
                        This transaction has happened without our knowledge and consent. So i request you to kindly consider look into the issue and take appropriate action so that hard earned money can be returned to my account.

                            I had booked an irctc ticket of amount 910 upi reference no.[protected] on 04- may-19. The amount has been debited from my account and there is no confirmation for ticket. Please check at your end whether the money has been processed for my ticket or not as i'm unable to book another without confirmation of the same.

                              Hi,
                              I made a payment of 6000inr for calling device to magicjack.in and razorpay is payment provider for magicjack.in. I waited for 1 week to get the good to be delivered but, i haven't received. I failed complaint request to razor pay. They wasted 20 days of my time and now they are telling that merchant is not responding. They can't do anything about the fraud that took place through them. They r not proparly responding to my requests as well.

                              i will spread a massage to all in our group don't use RAZORPAY payment interface becouse their support executive not responding any complain, I have feel it is a very rubbish payment interface & I will never use it...

                                I made payment through bhim application via razorpay, payment become successful but tickets was not booked and money was deducted from my bank account, i have received the message of successful payment with transaction id on my bhim application account and i have received a text message on phone, but i have not received any ticket confirmation sms.

                                      Hello,

                                      I booked a ticket today through razorpay. The money got debited from my sbi account but the ticket was not booked, instead its showing "payment pending from bank end". It was a tatkal booking and hence i lost the chance of booking a ticket.

                                      Ticket was from new dekhi to kanpur central

                                      The amount which was debited was 1060.49

                                      Can you please help resolving this query
