Dear sir,
I have received a call on the name of job consultancy, on 11th may'15 saying to register on naukriprovider.com for job. Once completing the registration process with details of debit card, i have got a message that a transaction of rs 3939 has been happen through razorpay[protected] with txn id#314551 from sbi debit card.
This transaction has happened without our knowledge and consent....

razorpay money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end

While booking a railway e-ticket through irctc rail connect app, an amount of Rs:980.90 is debited from my account, but ticket is not booked.The payment status is Pending From Bank End .I have done payment through UPI BHIM APP with transaction Id[protected]. Please help me with this problem and refund the amount tl my account as soon as possible....

i have booked a ticket from irctc app using upi option i didn't get tickets but my money is deducted.

I had booked an irctc ticket of amount 910 upi reference no.[protected] on 04- may-19. The amount has been debited from my account and there is no confirmation for ticket. Please check at your end whether the money has been processed for my ticket or not as i'm unable to book another without confirmation of the same.

providing service to fraudulent merchants and cheated me for 6000

Hi,
I made a payment of 6000inr for calling device to magicjack.in and razorpay is payment provider for magicjack.in. I waited for 1 week to get the good to be delivered but, i haven't received. I failed complaint request to razor pay. They wasted 20 days of my time and now they are telling that merchant is not responding. They can't do anything about the fraud that took place through them. They r not proparly responding to my requests...

irctc "payment pending from bank end"

Hello,

I booked a ticket today through razorpay. The money got debited from my sbi account but the ticket was not booked, instead its showing "payment pending from bank end". It was a tatkal booking and hence i lost the chance of booking a ticket.

Ticket was from new dekhi to kanpur central

The amount which was debited was 1060.49

Can you please help resolving this query...

irctc ticket not booked, but money was deducted

While booking tickets through irctc, chose option of googlepay for transaction, the payment was done via razorpay and the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked.
When tried contacting customer service of razorpay there was no response.
If transactions can't be done via razorpay on irctc it should be removed from there as a payment gateway....

passport office fee is rs. 1500/- razorpay deducted rs 4000/-..

The total fee for applying new passport is rs 1500/-. Razorpay is the only method of payement autoselected by passport website. Why did razorpay deduct rs 4000/-? Their customer service is unreachable. I have applied for my parents passport earlier also. Earlier their was no such fraud. This is ridiculous. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

about refund

I made two transactions rs 2795/- from razorpay on irctc on dated 28 march 2019. This transactions are failed and my deducted from my account. But my money not refunded till date 22 april 2019. supporting fraud company

I placed order through a website named "shopkin.in" through razorpay payment gateway. Few days back got to know that this website is fraud and hence blocked i made payment of inr 1595. How could a company like you are supporting these type of fraud company. I want my amount back else i will have to take against you as well.

overcharged

I had applied for passport renewal. The fee for renewal was INR 1500/- but Razorpay charged me INR 4000/-
On complaining to their customer care they say that 1500 was reissue fee and 2500 was consultation fee.
I have never heard in my life about consultation fee in getting passport renewed. Basically they're accusing the government of bribe and corruption and not returning the overcharged amount of 2500....
