Dear sir on 19 the March 2019 I made a booking for Redmi Note 7 pro by making a payment of RS 12890 and received a confirmation that the transaction is successful with order number 12767 my credit card transaction ref no[protected] . My username being Bharathi R Sulibhavi I have not received any confirmation mail and details of product being dispatched till date, the amount has already been deducted from my credit card.

I ordered a phone via myyphone.website - the payment went through to the merchant but I didn't get any confirmation for the order. The support email address and the phone number registered are all fake. On further analysis this looks like a fake site using Razor Pay. Please help at the earliest.

I have seen online that myyphone.com providing samsung a50 at very lucrative deal of 20490 so i purchased a mobile from that website on 19/3/19 at 13:20 hrs. Ref no. 12626 after the transaction, i had not received any confirmation mail or sms from razorpay. This raised doubts in my mind and i just tried to dial there toll-free number but those number shows invalid. Then i tried to communicate through email but that mail delivery also failed....

Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Razor pay amount debited INR 620 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking.
I'm not able to confirm the details from RazorPay because there is no option available to contact the customer care

On 19th april 2019 i tried to book online ticket from kolkata to azamgarh (Koaa to amh) using irctc mobile app.
The payment was attempted using upi address linked to my bank. (Facilitated by razorpay)

The payment seemed to be successful as the amount was debited from my bank account.
However no ticket got booked.

So hence requesting you to kindly help and coordinate in order to refund my amount...

money got deducted but irctc app shows transaction failure

While booking ticket from irctc app i opted for razor pay option for transaction. Money got deducted from razor pay but irctc shows transaction failure "no response from bank". I waited for 10 - 15 minutes thinking response might be slow but then i booked my ticket through debit card.

Also, i have attached my transaction details.

Please, refund the money which got deducted through razor pay....

Irctc payment using razorpay failed | money deducted but refund not received

Booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay (debit card) The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. money deducted booking didn't get confirmed

I tried to book my railway ticket through irctc app and i used razorpay to make my payment. But my ticket is not booked nor do i have got money returned.
My transaction id is [protected].
My transaction status is pending from bank end. But my bank has debited the amount of rs.3711.80. Google pay has also confirmed the transaction.

They told me that some documents had been required like aadhar card, pancard & 6 months bank statement and 2 photo of my. I tried that too but the account had not...

06.03.19 i paid 11574 rupees loan due amount moneyview using ur razorpay. Amount deducted my bank account but server failed not connect moneyview page. Its no one conformation message or mail receive moneyview side. And also check mini statement that amount 11574 deducted razor pay (Ecommerce).
