Hi,
I booked a ticket from IRCTC app on 29 March 2019 from Calicut to Mangalore. For the Google pay transaction I choose Razorpay as the payment gateway. After submitting the details, a request of payment was sent to me in Google pay by razorpay and paid by me. Money was debited from my account but status for ticket was shown as pending from bank end in IRCTC and eventually the transaction failed in IRCTC after some time.
I want the money to be refunded back to my account as soon as possible. I am attaching the details below:

    I had placed the order on 17th march from this website with an online payment. Haven't received my order and not even a satisfactory reply from their end. On mailing them and asking for the same, they couldn't do anything about my order nor my money.
    Hoping a reply from your end keeping the last hope for justice.
    This is not how a customer should be treated or cheated. When a consumer shop online, he/she expects the order on time and if any problem due to which if the order is being delayed, the online company should have the dignity to revert back and not just misbehave as online payment has already been made and thinking now the consumer cannot do anything about it. Whether the order is small or of the big amount, the company should know to value the consumer.

      Hi,
      I've booked a ticket on irctc app and paid using google pay upi ([protected]@okaxis) of amount rs 1180.98 on 26th of march at 2:37 pm and the money has been deducted through razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank but the ticket hasn't booked and it was showing that the payment from the bank end is pending but the money was successfully deducted.
      Please refund my money asap.

        Hi,
        The transaction id [protected] made on 22 march 2019 is not booked but the transaction amount of 880.49 has been deducted from my bank account. The payment is done through google pay & the medium is razorpay. Its still not accessible. I am not happy with how slow the process of online booking is through irctc. Every fellow passengers complain about it. Please help. Details are provided below.

          My name is deepthi. Due to salary issue, i'm unable to make payment. I said the same thing to the recovery team. If im in some work, i disconnected their call. Immediately they r accessing my contacts. They are keep on calling my contacts, because of this flash cash recovery team, i reminded them many times. I'm going to attempt suicide. Flash cash recovery team is responsible for that.

            Hi,
            I have booked two tickets from irctc app from razorpay payment gateway using upi. The tickets have transaction ids - [protected] (Booked on 19 march 2019) and [protected] (Booked on 23 march 2019). Amount has been deducted from bank account i. E. Inr 1890.49 for both transactions but the ticket is not booked with payment status - "pending from bank end". Since the tickets are not being booked, i am expecting refunds for these failed transactions so that i can book a new ticket for my travel.

                Dear sir on 19 the March 2019 I made a booking for Redmi Note 7 pro by making a payment of RS 12890 and received a confirmation that the transaction is successful with order number 12767 my credit card transaction ref no[protected] . My username being Bharathi R Sulibhavi I have not received any confirmation mail and details of product being dispatched till date, the amount has already been deducted from my credit card.

                    I have seen online that myyphone.com providing samsung a50 at very lucrative deal of 20490 so i purchased a mobile from that website on 19/3/19 at 13:20 hrs. Ref no. 12626 after the transaction, i had not received any confirmation mail or sms from razorpay. This raised doubts in my mind and i just tried to dial there toll-free number but those number shows invalid. Then i tried to communicate through email but that mail delivery also failed. I tried to search for some detail on myyphone website, i found that this website belongs to afraz enterprises but when i searched this on the internet i had not found such a company. This site is totally fake please refund my money.

                        Same happened with me I have ordered one phone from Myyphone.com. This is a fake site who is charging amount from customers i have filed a legal complaint to mumbai police and in crime branch against razorpay and Afraz enterprises Raz* Redchilli mobile S/Mumbai India.

                            On 19th april 2019 i tried to book online ticket from kolkata to azamgarh (Koaa to amh) using irctc mobile app.
                            The payment was attempted using upi address linked to my bank. (Facilitated by razorpay)

                            The payment seemed to be successful as the amount was debited from my bank account.
                            However no ticket got booked.

                            So hence requesting you to kindly help and coordinate in order to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                Hi razorpay team,

                                Hi team,

                                On 11th march 2019, i tried to book online ticket from madurai to tambaram (Mdu-tbm) using irctc mobile app.

                                The payment was attempted using the upi address linked to my bank (Facilitated by razorpay).

                                The payment seemed to be successful as the amount was debited from my bank account. However, no ticket got booked.

                                I finally attempted an alternate method of payment to complete my booking.

                                Hence requesting you to kindly help and co-ordinate in order to refund my amount.

                                Details of the failed transaction is as below.

                                  I have booked ticket from irctc but transaction cancelled and money has been deducted. I have compeleted the transaction through paytm upi. Ia have complained to the paytm regarding that but paytm says it is successful from side complaint to the recievers side. So please below are the txn id and upi reference id

                                    Placed an order for sony soundlink wireless around-ear set costing rs 1899/- on 7th march, 2019 on frillmobile. I was supposed to receive 2 headphones:
                                    1) bose soundlink wireless around-ear headphones with mic (Black)
                                    2) bose sound sports free limited edition truly wireless headphones (Ultra violet)
                                    Instead i have received one single faulty jbl headphone today on 10th march, 2019. My order number is 6037
                                    Please arrange for a return of this purchased headphone at the earliest and treat this matter as the most urgent.

                                    I had order dress on bewrely.                                         While booking ticket from irctc app i opted for razor pay option for transaction. Money got deducted from razor pay but irctc shows transaction failure "no response from bank". I waited for 10 - 15 minutes thinking response might be slow but then i booked my ticket through debit card.

                                        Also, i have attached my transaction details.

                                        Please, refund the money which got deducted through razor pay.

                                        Sir I was made DTH recharge thro airtel app.. Rs.305 debited from my SIB account ..but airtel DTH not recharged.. Kindly check and credit that amount.. Of 305
