I tried to book tickets via irctc on feb 1, 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account. Not any notification was received from irctc except failed payment. But money was debited. I had also sent a mail to razorspay regarding this issue.

    I am vivek maravi, booked a train ticket from jabalpur to indore in irctc through razorpay payment on 01/02/2019 to vpa razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank.
    On that time the payment amount debited from my bank account & i thought the ticket is being booked
    But it was not booked and at last shown that payment is not done by bank.
    So, kindly refund the amount to my respective bank account.

      I placed an order on an online shopping site "westernclub" on 25th jan 2019. I paid rs.329/- to razorpay payment gateway. After i made a payment to them, i didnt got any confirmation from them about the order and money has been deducted from my bank account. So i called them on the provided no. And they told me that we will send u a confirmation sms and ur product will be delivered till 5th of feb 2019.

      Again i called them today to know the status of my order but the phone is not connecting (Its saying the person is not available). So i raised a complaint to the razorpay regarding this fraud (Ticket id:- 362596). Just waiting for their response.

      I dont know, why rbi had given a licence to such a fraud company, who dont bother to check the background before providing support to such companies.

      Requesting rbi to take strict action of canceling razorpay payment gateway licence so that they can't cheat other innocent customers.

      Kindly waiting for your reply in this regard.

        I have book a smart phone Viggo M10 on 23 Jan 19 around 18.30 hrs and my amount of Rs 3499 /- was deducted thru Razorpay . I have paid this amount by credit card. Still i have not received any confirmation from Goshoppo . I request to kindly refund my amount as soon possible. It is already more than one week passed.

        Every day i am trying to call the customer care number, the number is showing switch off.

            Hi I placed an order on a online shopping site "WESTERNCLUB" on 19th Jan 2019. I paid 510/- rupees through Razorpay payment gateway.

            The razorpay id is "pay_BlndmeiCoP2lyo"

            It is more than 9 days, I did not received any response from the Western club. When I raised the complaint (Ticket ID: 354372) to Razonpay regarding this fraud, they simply replied that they are only a payment gateway which just facilitate merchant with online payments. My complaint had been closed then.

            My question is why RBI had given a licence to such fraudulent company who neither bother to do background check before providing support to such companies, nor they providing any satisfactory response in case customer raised any concerns.

            Requesting RBI to take strict action of canceling Razorpay payment gateway licence so that they can't cheat other innocent customer anymore.

            I heard nothing new, it is same old automated reply, "we are only a payment gateway which just facilitate merchant with online payments."

            I need my money back as I still have not received my product, neither I received any reply from WESTERNCLUB. Please keep in mind that I will not let it down easily. I will make every efforts to let everyone know about your company and the merchants you are tied with.

            Requesting Consumer complaint to kindly escalate the matter as don't want others to get trap in Razorpay and Westernclub fraudulent web.

                  Booked a ticket on 13th of jan 2018 from irctc app and made payment of 2026 rs through razorpay, amount got debited from my account but the ticket didn't got booked, it has been 10 days still the amount is not reflecting in my account .. I am attaching the details plz refund my money. The ticket was from kpd jn to howrah of 29th march 2018, usually when transaction fails i got it refunded in 3-4 days but razorpay has been very bad in their service to customers.

                    passport payment reciept is only 1500Rs, Return my 2500Rs immediately Razorpay, Dont send excuse emails that you are just a payment gateway
                    Payment was supposed to be of only 1500, why 4000 has been debited, I will take a legal action against razorpay if this matter is not solved immediately ! Refund 2500 As soon as possible

                    Why I have charged 1500 Rs extra for passport application, the application fee is 1500 but you charged me 3000 Rs.
                    Please return my 1500 extra deductions ASAP as it’s illegal, otherwise I am forced to log a complaint.
                    I will tweet about this fraud in tweeter as well by mentioning passport office and gov of India.

                              Hi sir, i was trying to book a tatkal ticket from tata to new delhi. I paid the amount of rs.740.49 from my dbs bank debit card. The money was successfully received by razor pay payment gateway but the ticket could not be booked. Reason: no response from the bank is shown on the irctc app under failed transactions. Kindly, look into this issue and initiate the refund.

                                I was trying to book a tatkal ticket from irctc site on[protected]. I have made payment by google pay through razorpay. Although the transaction has been settled from google pay end and amount has been debited but not reflected on irctc end, where it is showing "transaction status : pending from bank end".

                                I would like to request a refund. I have attached all the relevant screenshot from both end.

                                    I had booked an irctc ticket of amount 1165 upi reference no.[protected] on 13- jan-18. The amount has been debited from my account and there is no confirmation for ticket.                                       Hi,

                                      Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 482.94 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message recived from my bank as below:
                                      Your a/c no. Xxxx824093 is debited rs.482.94 on 13-01-19 and a/c linked to virtual address razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank is credited (Upi ref no[protected].

                                      Rs 354.00 has been debited from my account on card transaction on 08/01/2019 at 9:07 pm via pos 38RR[protected]at RAZ*Razorpay Software txn#[protected] but unfortunately same is neither credited nor reflected to receipient account till date.A complain has been lodged against ticket no 339328.                                         Irctc refund status

                                        I had made payment for booking irctc ticket through razorpay on 17.12.2018 transaction id [protected]- amount rs.5541.96/-.

                                        I cancelled ticket and irctc refunded the ticket amount to razorpay on 11.01.2019 irctc transaction id [protected] amount of rs. 4140/-.

                                        I would like to know my irctc refund status for above case.

                                        I have attached the booked tickets mails, cancelled confirmation mails and amount refund mails for you reference.
