We Received a call on the name of sbi, saying to activate message service to mobile number, the person took our details of debit card and within a few moments we got a message transaction of 8999 Rs. through Razor pay, this transaction was without our knowledge and consent.so we request you to kindly consider our issue and take appropriate action...

      I booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

      I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank.

          I book train ticket and i will do a payment from razorpay aap foro irctc and i do it by debit card and second one by internet banking for one ticket because of my network problem after sometime both of the payment will be deducted from my account please refund my money back to my account one i got refund second one in down image 7 and 8 number shows the payment by razorpay app for irctc

          I deepak kumar booked one air ticket worth 10, 132 rupees on 18 Feb 19.But amount deducted two times from my account with total 20, 264 rupees. I have been send them mail many times but didn't get response.Till now I didn't get refund.

                Hello There,

                I have used Rajorpay service to pay on irctc to book a ticket. Later I cancelled it and according to IRCTC, they have refunded it on 07th Jan through Rajorpay.

                The amount still not have credited(as on 12 Feb 2019). I opened a support ticket(354917) but they are not cooperative. Rajorpay refund tracking service also shows that it has been delayed but not provide any update since last 15 days when I checked first. I also asked them to provide ARN (Acquirer reference number) so I can take my bank help to trace the refund but they are not providing this information as well. You can not connect them over phone at all.

                It's amazing that sitting on customer money with no accountability is super easy in India. Please beware before you use Rajorpay as a payment gateway to book the ticket on IRCTC.

                It took 66 days for them to refund my money finally after complaint to Indian railway through their coms platform. IRCTC support is pathetic and Rajorpay support is equally bad. They have displayed their toll free number on their website but only have recorded message that "Due to unusually high traffic, please log ticket using support channel on website". Moral: Do not book ticket on IRCTC mobile platform if you want to make payment using UPI, where crooks such as paytm, Razorpay are listed as UPI platform, use desktop site, There are few good options there.

                It's more than 50 days now(Today is 28 Feb 2019) since I am awaiting for refund. The last response from you of 13 Feb 2019 over email where you said that you have escalated this matter to your partnering bank.

                You have demeaning the word escalation. Did not get any reply from bank even after escalation and if indeed not what's your standard operating procedure says to deal with such kind of issue?

                You are liable to be dragged in Pune district consumer forum soon.

                  I made a ticket booking on irctc using razorpay gateway through google pay upi.
                  Amount was deducted from my account but it wasn't paid to irctc.
                  Transaction was successful on google pay upi, but it was not received by irctc.
                  Razorpay is the payment gateway where the transaction is lying. Please check the matter.
                  Also the ticket has not been booked because of payment is not received by irctc from razorpay.

                        I've repaid the due amount through my google pay. For the loan taken from slicepay.
                        1) the amount has been debited from my bank account. But slicepay has not confirmed the payment.
                        2) there is no way i can contact razorpay or slicepay.
                        3) i've sent an email, giving the necessary screenshot, yet i'm left with no response.
                        It's been more than 20 hours, and surprisingly, this is not my first time. Every time the same issue.

                            I tried to book 2 general tickets in IRCTC mobile app using razorpay-SBI- bhim app.
                            But both transactions failed- amount of Rs.615/- is found withdrawn from my SBI account but both transactions failed.
                            Transaction ID: upi/DR/[protected]/IRCTC/HDFC/RAZORPAY/ Rs.300/-
                            Transaction ID: upi/DR/[protected]/IRCTC/HDFC/RAZORPAY/ Rs.315/-
                            both dated 07/02/2019 at 11:30:40 and 11:39:04 respectively.
                            Hence refund needed.

                              Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 5613.76 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The messagew recived from my bank as below:

                              Dear customer, your account is debited with rs. 5613.76 on[protected].54.44 by upi ref no.[protected].

                                I am an old customer of flash cash app. My history is so good of regular loan transaction with flash cash but now i am facing repayment issue. I have paid my repayment amount 10147 that due date was 30th nov 2018 after the payment i send email with screenshot of payment but they did not update my payment status on app. Even i called them for update my payment status but they replied that server issue. I did multiple calls to customer service from dec to jan regarding update but they just reply me server issue and made my overdue charge on app. I ask them please clear me what is the issue but they had no idea about this. After 2 month they replied me on email that your payment was refunded due to some technical issue but they did not notify me by call or sms. So i was also not aware about that matter. I have the all proof of emails and payments now they are ignoring that i did not call them and they have no call records. They want to charge overdue amount 7800 extra to me. Total amount 17800 that is not my fault. I will pay only my repayment amount which is 10147 if they are agree otherwise i am going to raise a case against flash cash on consumer court.

                                IAM Devendra I have booked IRCTC ticket with DBS debit card on[protected] and that ticket was not booked but money was deducted, till now I didn't get refund please check it that transaction and refund my money back.[protected] is my refund id .
                                Rs 2000 Deducted my bank account MEDRRAZORPAY AI V/D 30/12/18.
                                IM Not transaction this amount. This is fraud transaction.

                                  I had booked tatkal tickets on 19/01/2019 twice.
                                  In both cases the ticket didn't get booked but the transaction went through and i was debited of inr 1380 twice.
                                  It has been 3 weeks and i checked my transaction history and saw that the refund was initiated and amount was credited in my bank but i don't see it reflecting in my bank statement.
                                  How long will it take for the amount to be credited?

Before availing the service i have cancelled my appointment with them and they have done the refund via your service. I have already filed grivances regarding this and none responded correctly. Last time a person named vinab gave me the details regarding this and its not satisfiable. Am i able to get my money back or not? If yes is the response, when will i get back?

                                      I placed an order on an online shopping site "westernclub.in" on 24th jan 2019. I paid rs.1443/- to razorpay payment gateway. After i made a payment to them, i didnt got any confirmation from them about the order and money has been deducted from my bank account.

                                      I also tried to check my order details on their website, but i shocked when i did not find any of details regarding my order and about my address, personal details etc. Then i realized about the fraud.
                                      And then immediately called them many time on their given customer service no. To know the status of my order but the phone is not connecting (Its saying the person is not available).
                                      I attached the screenshot about messages and their address for reference

                                      And also i want to tell that this website is also showing ads on facebook and they are changing their website name as and when and this time a same website is showing on facebook (Screenshot attached), iam sure that this is also their fraud website and also their payment getaway is rozarpay.

                                      I dont know, why rbi had given a licence to such a fraud company, who dont bother to check the background before providing support to such companies.

                                      Requesting rbi a to take strict action of canceling razorpay payment gateway licence so that they can't cheat other innocent customers.

                                      And also requesting to facebook to not to show these fraud website ads on their app, as peoples are assuming genuine platform becausethese are showing on facebook.

                                      Therefore, kindly look seriously in to this matter and stop this type of organized robbery through govt. Licencing system.

                                        Dear razor pay,
                                        On the last day of repayment due date i tried to repay at 10 pm but the login through otp was not happening since otp was not coming to registered mobile number [protected]. Next day (Today morning) log in became possible through otp and flash cash has charge me extra 120 rs on repayment as over due charges. This is totally irresistible, why technical problem of flash cash put us in problem. Please review it and see how many times otp was attempted but otp was not coming if you are technically advance and resolve my issue immediately.
